I have 5 CD's of this guy and he is just absolutely amazing. I recommend the "Ani " cd . great inspiring Armenian instrumental. I guarantee everyone will love it.

Very good music. Especially for driving.

Which one's your favourite?

I love Makhmoor Aghchig. And Artsakh.

Did you guys see the Russian figure skater (with an armenian coach) at the Salt Lake Olympics who performed on Ara Gevorkian's Artsakh? Most ironic part was that the Azeri judge gave him the highest score. :)

absolutely beautiful

typical armenian melodies :) drive your soul insane :D

i especially love the kanon and duduk in the instrumental

when you tell people you love armenian music, they automatically think ' rabiz music' and it makes you want to bash there heads in

but in reality this is the type of music we love ( not rabiz)

I don't know why any moron would equate Armenian music with "rabies music".

"Rabies music" is simply nothing more than a melange of Turkish and Arabic stuff, mostly Turkish. I loathe it. I don't listen to it.

How many of the rabies remember Sayat Nova? None probably.

Ah Sayat Nova...I'm listening to Ophelia Hambartsumyan singing "fakhradn meragh".

Maziiiiiiiirrrrrrrrrrrrrrrt rrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrehaaaaaaaaaaaaan!

It's a shame that these songs are almost not listened to anymore.
