I'm hearing a lot about Kurt Cobain lately. Something about 10th aniversary. MTV is playing his concerts, MSN is headlining it. what's it about? Has it been 10 yrs since his death or something? (Not a nirvana fan, sorry)

Kurt was doomed because of the life he lead. He was a great musician but I can't say much about his intelligence.

I think nirvana's music is brilliant. Rarely have I come across a band that has so many ...how shall I put it..um..soulful? music? ...they lyrics are crap (mostly)...but the music and they way they're sung, you can't not like the music, you might say you don't, but honestly ...Lithium, Something in the way, Drain you, Lounge Act!

He was not a great musician. As a matter of fact, he was an awful guitar player. But he had creativity and soul.

when layne stanley died, i was really saddened, he was an awesome singer.....you really felt the pain in his voice, because it was real.

the guy died from being lonely, he had no friends, no one. Even after he OD'ed they didnt find his body till a couple of days later.... because he had no one who cared about him enough to check up on him time to time. His body was so badly decomposed that they had to look at his dental records to know its him. He already had hardly any teeth left from all the heroin he did over the years.
