Can you be a little more specific? I assume you are speaking about some sort of residence in Armenia. Are you speaking about www.parev.am (http://www.parev.am/)?

I haven't personally stayed there, but I have heard many good things about the apartments as well as the owners from more than one person. I actually had reservations there for later on this year, which I ended up cancelling due to personal reasons not related to the place at all.

And of course you can check out their website which has a lot of information and pictures about the place. If you look up the address on a Yerevan map, it is actually in the very center of town.
