It is a very commendable essay . I encourage you to polish it, re structure it and and make its focus on us Armenians. Reading the essay I have learnt much more about the xxxs and their wanderings in the concentration camps than what catastrophes befell our race and nation in our tragically unique and unequalled genocide , defying any parallels in modern history.

Well the thesis is trying to prove that the French bill is ok - not trying to explain how we suffered or how different our genocide was from the xxxish genocide.
The essay is more about the context in which the law was based around, and that includes the UNIQUE situation the recognition process is in.
