I bought the Planters whole cashew Value Pack. It is one pound and five ounces. See nutrition information for fat and saturated fat content? Don't mind if I do!

Ok, the can is turned over. 14 grams of fat total, 3 saturated 2.5 polyunsaturated, and 8 monounsaturated. That doesn't even add up!

every time i ggo to hourootyan and there are mixed nuts on the table i dig around for cashews... and then after a while i get a slap on my hand by my mom, she tells me "zadel chga!!!"

Whoa! Can you imagine my surprise if I pulled out a peanut instead of a cashew? Then what the xxxx would be the nutrition information? Perhaps somebody with a can of peanuts readily available can field this one?

yea seriously why do some freakin companies do that? they put on boxes of freakin coffee crumb cakes ::cough:: entemann's ::cough:: "May contain nuts". what i dont understand about that is, why they don't even know what's in their own product.

this is a very true point.. friggin everything u buy has the label "may contain traces of peanuts".... what the hell is up with that?????? I THINK ITS ABOUT TIME WE RECIEVE AN EXPLANATION FOR THIS DONT U GUYS THINK???

what if your allergic to peanuts .. its not enough u cant eat stuff with peanuts in them.. then you can't eat things that may have traces of peanuts... you might as well freakin starve to death!!!!
