- vulgar
- hateful
- harassing
- personal attacks
- obscene

You also may not:
- post images that are too large (max is 500*500px)
- post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or cited properly.
- post in UPPER CASE, which is considered yelling
- post messages which insult the Armenians, Armenian culture, traditions, etc
- post racist or other intentionally insensitive material that insults or attacks another culture (including Turks)

The Ankap thread is excluded from the strict rules because that place is more relaxed and you can vent and engage in light insults and humor. Notice it's not a blank ticket, but just a place to vent. If you go into the Ankap thread, you enter at your own risk of being clowned on.
What you PROBABLY SHOULD NOT post...
Do not post information that you will regret putting out in public. This site comes up on Google, is cached, and all of that, so be aware of that as you post. Do not ask the staff to go through and delete things that you regret making available on the web for all to see because we will not do it. Think before you post!

2] Use descriptive subject lines & research your post. This means use the SEARCH.

This reduces the chances of double-posting and it also makes it easier for people to see what they do/don't want to read. Using the search function will identify existing threads on the topic so we do not have multiple threads on the same topic.

3] Keep the focus.

Each forum has a focus on a certain topic. Questions outside the scope of a certain forum will either be moved to the appropriate forum, closed, or simply be deleted. Please post your topic in the most appropriate forum. Users that keep doing this will be warned, then banned.

4] Behave as you would in a public location.

This forum is no different than a public place. Behave yourself and act like a decent human being (i.e. be respectful). If you're unable to do so, you're not welcome here and will be made to leave.

5] Respect the authority of moderators/admins.

Public discussions of moderator/admin actions are not allowed on the forum. It is also prohibited to protest moderator actions in titles, avatars, and signatures. If you don't like something that a moderator did, PM or email the moderator and try your best to resolve the problem or difference in private.

6] Promotion of sites or products is not permitted.

Advertisements are not allowed in this venue. No blatant advertising or solicitations of or for business is prohibited.
This includes, but not limited to, personal resumes and links to products or
services with which the poster is affiliated, whether or not a fee is charged
for the product or service. Spamming, in which a user posts the same message repeatedly, is also prohibited.

7] We retain the right to remove any posts and/or Members for any reason, without prior notice.

- PLEASE READ -

Members are welcome to read posts and though we encourage your active participation in the forum, it is not required. If you do participate by posting, however, we expect that on the whole you contribute something to the forum. This means that the bulk of your posts should not be in "fun" threads (e.g. Ankap, Keep & Kill, This or That, etc.). Further, while occasionally it is appropriate to simply voice your agreement or approval, not all of your posts should be of this variety: "LOL Member213!" "I agree."
If it is evident that a member is simply posting for the sake of posting, they will be removed.

8] These Rules & Guidelines may be amended at any time. (last update September 17, 2009)

If you believe an individual is repeatedly breaking the rules, please report to admin/moderator.

  • "Azerbaijan is doing its best to strengthen its army and its key stimuli here are the conflict with Nagorno-Karabakh, the growing army of Armenia and the rivalry with Iran in the Caspian Sea region. But today Azerbaijan is not as rich as it was a few years ago. N 2018, it is going to spend on defense $1.6bn. This is much more than Armenia is going to spend ($512mn) but half of this sum will be spent on interior troops, national security and repressive arms. Defense will get just $800mn. The Azerbaijanis have lots of unpaid contracts but are still there to buy more arms, like MIG-29 or SU-25 – planes that will hardly be able to overcome the air defense systems in Armenia and Nagorno-Karabakh. Thus, the current state of Azerbaijan’s army and military budget is a chance for the Armenian side to close the gap and to guarantee stability in the region."

So, the Azerbaijanis are looking for alternative options, particularly, they are considering buying Chinese or Pakistani systems, which are much worse than Russian Iskanders. After Azerbaijani Defense Minister Zakir Hasanov’s Oct 2017 visit to Belarus… November 30th, 2017. EADaily

      14:09 • 04.12.17

I doubt the Turks would want that to happen, invading Armenian territory will give an even bigger excuse for the Bear to have a larger military presence, borders between Armenia and Turkey are guarded by Russian soldiers, not us, if Azerbaijan wants a war, they'll fight in the AK but not in Armenia.

Maybe if the Middle East gets hot.

A stupid turkic diversion in the hopes that Armenia will waste some resources from the Eastern fronts to their shet hole enclave. I sure hope you will do something stupid from that side, they will be toast.

Take into count centuries old Turkish mentality of conducting war.
They concentrate or aim at population. Whenever they could, Turks hit population first in order to break enemy morale.
Yes, it is not Middle Ages, But turks have not changed. They try to starve, massacre and demoralize before facing army. Like with us, blockading for 25 years and trying to weaken population. For 25 years we hear nothing but you’re going to starve and we will buy too much arms and get stronger.
Militarily we never heard any smart plan, but only the Turkish mentality.
Will they control their genetic urge to use the opportunity to bomb and kill civilians?
I cannot guarantee, however stupid or immoral that can be from them.
We better plan on means to put a quick end on that Turkish opportunity.
Also, we should not count on Russians to stop the Turkish(at least not very direct involvement) appetite immediately or on time(inadvertently or on purpose to teach us a lesson).
But if our civilians get hit hard from Nakhichevan and we have 1000s of losses, it will be hard to keep concentrated in push to Kur/Araz or any big operation in Artsakh.
Because we are sensitive to cyvilian losses, we would get distracted.

There is only 6km of opening (North) that they can advance towards Armenia. The flat lands of Nakhichevan is surround by mountains makes it easy to see any troops amassment. They do not have enough military in the enclave to advance anyplace. turkey will not venture with their cousins, since they are waking on a thin line with NATO and their fake marriage with Russia is temporary.
The first shelling on Armenian civilians from Nakhichevan, (if it was up to me) I would level the few city in that shet hole and take it back.
As I mentioned before, we should cut all the water coming down from our territories.

I don't see any major war with the azeris unless a major war will spread all over the Middle East pressuring Iran. Overall, things are not looking too good for the azeris. They might only do something stupid due to their internal desperations that should work for our advantage. Every year that goes by, with low oil prices, they will eventually self implode.
The shekelists and the Saudis want to start a major war to destabilize Iran. The US has North Korea as a priority and doesn't want to see higher oil prices. We are good for now. I hope!

Only reservation, I think he is too optimistic: ge vives the proportion of slaveminded people only 20%..., I guess it is still much higher.

                  • Increase in the price meat does not effect the majority of the people since they cannot afford to eat meat.

                    The poor eat potatoes

                    .
Politics is not about the pursuit of morality nor what's right or wrong
Its about self interest at personal and national level often at odds with the above.
Great politicians pursue the National interest and small politicians personal interests

                      2017-12-09
