Forum Rules (Everyone Must Read!!!)

1] What you CAN NOT post.

You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this forum to post any material which is:
- abusive
- vulgar
- hateful
- harassing
- personal attacks
- obscene

You also may not:
- post images that are too large (max is 500*500px)
- post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or cited properly.
- post in UPPER CASE, which is considered yelling
- post messages which insult the Armenians, Armenian culture, traditions, etc
- post racist or other intentionally insensitive material that insults or attacks another culture (including Turks)

The Ankap thread is excluded from the strict rules because that place is more relaxed and you can vent and engage in light insults and humor. Notice it's not a blank ticket, but just a place to vent. If you go into the Ankap thread, you enter at your own risk of being clowned on.
What you PROBABLY SHOULD NOT post...
Do not post information that you will regret putting out in public. This site comes up on Google, is cached, and all of that, so be aware of that as you post. Do not ask the staff to go through and delete things that you regret making available on the web for all to see because we will not do it. Think before you post!

2] Use descriptive subject lines & research your post. This means use the SEARCH.

This reduces the chances of double-posting and it also makes it easier for people to see what they do/don't want to read. Using the search function will identify existing threads on the topic so we do not have multiple threads on the same topic.

3] Keep the focus.

Each forum has a focus on a certain topic. Questions outside the scope of a certain forum will either be moved to the appropriate forum, closed, or simply be deleted. Please post your topic in the most appropriate forum. Users that keep doing this will be warned, then banned.

4] Behave as you would in a public location.

This forum is no different than a public place. Behave yourself and act like a decent human being (i.e. be respectful). If you're unable to do so, you're not welcome here and will be made to leave.

5] Respect the authority of moderators/admins.

Public discussions of moderator/admin actions are not allowed on the forum. It is also prohibited to protest moderator actions in titles, avatars, and signatures. If you don't like something that a moderator did, PM or email the moderator and try your best to resolve the problem or difference in private.

6] Promotion of sites or products is not permitted.

Advertisements are not allowed in this venue. No blatant advertising or solicitations of or for business is prohibited.
This includes, but not limited to, personal resumes and links to products or
services with which the poster is affiliated, whether or not a fee is charged
for the product or service. Spamming, in which a user posts the same message repeatedly, is also prohibited.

7] We retain the right to remove any posts and/or Members for any reason, without prior notice.

- PLEASE READ -

Members are welcome to read posts and though we encourage your active participation in the forum, it is not required. If you do participate by posting, however, we expect that on the whole you contribute something to the forum. This means that the bulk of your posts should not be in "fun" threads (e.g. Ankap, Keep & Kill, This or That, etc.). Further, while occasionally it is appropriate to simply voice your agreement or approval, not all of your posts should be of this variety: "LOL Member213!" "I agree."
If it is evident that a member is simply posting for the sake of posting, they will be removed.

8] These Rules & Guidelines may be amended at any time. (last update September 17, 2009)

If you believe an individual is repeatedly breaking the rules, please report to admin/moderator.

True it is not verifiable thanks to the efforts of your buddies - actually, I don't know if you were directly involved or not. You perfectly knew it and you know how to hack the Hi4um database where you are a Mod; I knew that your "evidence" would involve Hi4um. How surprising!!!
For the record, I have mirror backups of some of those network54 shutdown forums but, we both know that they can't be used as evidence.

If you care to know, you always make me "laugh" - in a sad way - because your lack of perspicacity amazes me. I neither love you nor hate you; actually, I pity you for being so useless and shallow, and have no respect for you for your lack of integrity!
You also make me "laugh" - again in a sad way - when you desperately try to act "cool!"

        Good Night!

Re: Watertown Armenians in arow over ADL's anti-genocide stance

Some may think that the discussion about Sipfrod is off topic but, it's not: the likes of Sipfrod, Winoman/THOTH/Winston, Imasdun/Fadix...joined forces with jurks such as ThornyRose/Stormig for many years to make sure that the anti-Armanian policies of the ADL - and other J.e.wish organizations that denied the reality of the Armenian Genocide - are fully enforced on Armenian forums and all discussions on the subject are properly monitored and censored.

Some of you may not know how many Armenians have been harassed and ostracized by the above mentioned individuals and how many Armenian forums - where it was allowed to question and discuss the ADL's policies and the J.e.wish responsibility/role in the fact or the denial of the Armenian Genocide - have been shut down.

Today, all those who believed that the ADL is not all mighty and should be confronted, can celebrate a victory - though modest??? - and the shameful and servile lackeys of the ADL that were Sipfrod and others should feel nothing but shame if only they had a minimal sense of morality and integrity.

This "morning," while having breakfast, I have browsed some of my old notes and posts and found out that

              1. Sipfrod was a moderator on ThornyRose's forum - check the dates and the number of posts (Look for "Seapahn)"
Sipfrod Moderator of "Non-Turkish Crimes Against Humanity Forum" [Invalid data as shown by Sipfrod, see posts below.]

              2. Winoman/Winston/THOTH was a moderator on another ThornyRose forum:
              Winston/Winoman moderator
              Home Page

              LOL I could not find a forum where the third musketeer - i.e. Imasdun/Fadix - was a moderator. =(

[Considering that some of the data above is invalid, the below conclusion cannot be totally valid. See also posts below.]
In any case, the above suggests that
              1. If you check the dates, it seems that the forums existed simultaneously and different "body guards" moderated different forums
              2. Sipfrod was active on network54 and, most likely, was involved in the shutdown of the Armenian forums, along with ThornyRose, Imasdun and winoman and J.e.ws - one of them, supposedly, jurkish.

              One "last??" piece of information:
ThornyRose was also connected with cilicia.com - now Armeniapedia, what a small world??? - and its owner and there used to be a long article by her on cilicia.com about her visit to some Armenian churches. The article mentions a couple of names that may be of interest; unfortunately, I could not locate the article on the Web, neither a personal copy of it.

OK Fair enough! So I revert back to my yesterday's position when I said that I was not sure about your networ54 activities.
I did not check it carefully and failed to see that it was copied from Hi4um. Obviously, I'm not that familiar with Hi4um and did not check carefully the layout.

In any case, what matters is that it does not change much to your relationship with ThornyRose, Imasdum, winoman etc. and your long track record of joining J.e.w.sh and jurks to make sure that ADL's policies are not questioned on Armenian forums.

Contrary to you, I don't have issues admitting when I'm mistaken; I'm not as fragile as you.
And, yes, as you have, apparently, done in the past, you are capable of hacking in order to provide "evidence." This time, it did not seem necessary.

Considering your relationship with ThornyRose, Imasdun, Winoman etc. and your long track record of sabotaging any discussion that questions the ADL policies on Armenian forums, do you expect us to believe that you're not capable?
*repeats* Yesterday, I said that I was not sure of your direct involvement in the shutdown of those forums and, today, I was mislead by that page. So I revert back to my yesterday's position.
You even lack the courage to admit and embrace your actions with pride! Does it reflect a lack of conviction, a lack of integrity or, simply, the fact that the ADL lost the battle?

Abe Foxman of the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) has an alter ego that is larger than the “Incredible Hulk!” For example, he stopped Mearsheimer/Walt from discussing their new book in Chicago; labeled ex-President Jimmy Carter “a bigot” for publishing his tome on an Apartheid Israel; and forced the Vatican to consider changing its format for the Latin Mass. Only Watertown, MA’s Town Council has been able to stand up to this One-Man Censor Board.

(Turkish website for EU funded project monitoring and covering media freedom and Independent Journalism publishes article explaining that ADL's second statement suggesting "dispassionate scholarly examination" of Armenian allegations of genocide between Armenians and Jurks was the result of Turkey's pressure on Israel and Shimon Peres' intervention; provides commentary of recent developments by Turkish publisher and Israeli college representative - Turkish publisher concludes that Turkey's denial position is futile regardless of state interests or conscience because studies of the tragedy have made the postion for genocide denial more difficult to defend, confirmed that Israel and ADL were being insensitive to genocide deniers, Turkey's denial stance caused research and analysis which makes Turkey's practice of leaning on others using strategic relations more difficult - Israeli concludes that Jurkey and Israel should recognize genocide, confirms that ADL acts independently of Israel and has no authority to act on Israel's behalf, ADL's recent statements have had no impact in Israel, not discussed in Israel b/c the Israeli people really do not know what is happening in U.S., claims denying genocide does not accomplish anything, states the "Armenian gencocide must be recognized."

(Turkish newspaper publishes opinion piece explaining the impact of ADL's recent statements, mainly strategic, military relations between U.S., Israel and Turkey, potential peace talks between Israel and Syria; article rehashes ADL's recent actions and recent and pending diplomacy between Israel and Turkey that Turkey claims caused ADL to retract its recent genocide recognition position in lieu of suggesting "dispassionate scholarly examination" between Turkey and Armenians, details Turkish disappointment and Turkey's concerns that genocide recogition offend Holocaust victims and the memory of the Holocaust and that unless ADL's shift is corrected it will interfere with Turkey's relations with both U.S. and Israel, explains that although Turkish government recognizes ADL is independent from Israel, non-governmental and located in the U.S. that Turkish public would not be able to discern difference and confusion would potentially escalate anti-Israel, anti-US sentimnents and further explains that Turkish government would not be able to stop anti-semitism that would flow from genocide recognition and the requirement for the same is a deal breaker for Turkish-Armenian reconciliation, bottom line is that Turkey perceives ADL's acts as "seeds of discord" in Turkish-Israel relations which may have a "poisoning effect".
