What you PROBABLY SHOULD NOT post...
Do not post information that you will regret putting out in public. This site comes up on Google, is cached, and all of that, so be aware of that as you post. Do not ask the staff to go through and delete things that you regret making available on the web for all to see because we will not do it. Think before you post!

2] Use descriptive subject lines & research your post. This means use the SEARCH.

This reduces the chances of double-posting and it also makes it easier for people to see what they do/don't want to read. Using the search function will identify existing threads on the topic so we do not have multiple threads on the same topic.

3] Keep the focus.

Each forum has a focus on a certain topic. Questions outside the scope of a certain forum will either be moved to the appropriate forum, closed, or simply be deleted. Please post your topic in the most appropriate forum. Users that keep doing this will be warned, then banned.

If you do participate by posting, however, we expect that on the whole you contribute something to the forum. This means that the bulk of your posts should not be in "fun" threads (e.g. Ankap, Keep & Kill, This or That, etc.). Further, while occasionally it is appropriate to simply voice your agreement or approval, not all of your posts should be of this variety: "LOL Member213!" "I agree."
If it is evident that a member is simply posting for the sake of posting, they will be removed.

Note from the blog EurasiaNet «Tales Toastmasters"

So how to get U.S. troops home from Afghanistan? According to officials from Azerbaijan, lost on a train in Azerbaijan.

To paraphrase a statement of the American journalist Henry L. Mencken, war like love: easy to start but hard to finish, and the withdrawal of NATO forces from Afghanistan in 2014 is likely to be existent organizational nightmare in fact need to take out thousands of troops, to pack and send the darkness of all weapons.

But do not worry: NATO pal Caspian, Azerbaijan, offers American and NATO troops cheap return tickets on railway trains of the Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railway, which is expected to be operational in 2014.

If all goes according to plan, the troops of Georgia - Republic seconded to fight in Afghanistan, the largest contingent of non-NATO countries - can come off in the middle.

"Azerbaijan has allocated the necessary infrastructure for the withdrawal, which can be expanded in the future", - assured the Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan Elmar Mammadyarov, the meeting of NATO on 5 December in Brussels.

35 percent of non-lethal supplies for the International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) in Afghanistan still transported through Azerbaijan, he said.

Railway line Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railway, constructed by the friendly forces of NATO in Azerbaijan, dreaming to join the North Atlantic Alliance and Georgia NATO member Turkey, was unveiled last month, the alliance emissaries of the above three countries. The presentation was presented and the system of other land, air and sea routes, both existing and prospective.

With an eye on the commercial benefits, Baku has promoted this railway line as another key line of communication between the East and the West. But along with that of Azerbaijan (presumably) trying to take advantage of potentially good opportunity to go back hundreds of millions of dollars invested in this project.

Moscow, which usually has something to say on most topics relating to NATO in the Caucasus, not yet voiced their attitude to the idea of NATO troops, cheerful crowd heading home through the two former Soviet republics.

Not spoken, by the way, on this subject and the North Atlantic alliance, at least publicly. Perhaps his representatives are busy discussing the possibility of obtaining a group discount?
