Searching For A Speech Made By Dr. Ronald Munch

I`m searching for a speech made by Dr.Ronald Munch(or Dr.Ronald M�nch with a German �), an academic from the University of Bremen, Germany who made a speech in the European Parliament in Brussels, Belgium on November 13, 2008 where he said that if Ataturk were alive today, he would have to stand trial for war crimes.
