Forum Rules (Everyone Must Read!!!)

1] What you CAN NOT post.

You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this forum to post any material which is:
- abusive
- vulgar
- hateful
- harassing
- personal attacks
- obscene

You also may not:
- post images that are too large (max is 500*500px)
- post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or cited properly.
- post in UPPER CASE, which is considered yelling
- post messages which insult the Armenians, Armenian culture, traditions, etc
- post racist or other intentionally insensitive material that insults or attacks another culture (including Turks)

The Ankap thread is excluded from the strict rules because that place is more relaxed and you can vent and engage in light insults and humor. Notice it's not a blank ticket, but just a place to vent. If you go into the Ankap thread, you enter at your own risk of being clowned on.
What you PROBABLY SHOULD NOT post...
Do not post information that you will regret putting out in public. This site comes up on Google, is cached, and all of that, so be aware of that as you post. Do not ask the staff to go through and delete things that you regret making available on the web for all to see because we will not do it. Think before you post!

2] Use descriptive subject lines & research your post. This means use the SEARCH.

This reduces the chances of double-posting and it also makes it easier for people to see what they do/don't want to read. Using the search function will identify existing threads on the topic so we do not have multiple threads on the same topic.

3] Keep the focus.

Each forum has a focus on a certain topic. Questions outside the scope of a certain forum will either be moved to the appropriate forum, closed, or simply be deleted. Please post your topic in the most appropriate forum. Users that keep doing this will be warned, then banned.

4] Behave as you would in a public location.

This forum is no different than a public place. Behave yourself and act like a decent human being (i.e. be respectful). If you're unable to do so, you're not welcome here and will be made to leave.

5] Respect the authority of moderators/admins.

Public discussions of moderator/admin actions are not allowed on the forum. It is also prohibited to protest moderator actions in titles, avatars, and signatures. If you don't like something that a moderator did, PM or email the moderator and try your best to resolve the problem or difference in private.

6] Promotion of sites or products is not permitted.

Advertisements are not allowed in this venue. No blatant advertising or solicitations of or for business is prohibited.
This includes, but not limited to, personal resumes and links to products or
services with which the poster is affiliated, whether or not a fee is charged
for the product or service. Spamming, in which a user posts the same message repeatedly, is also prohibited.

7] We retain the right to remove any posts and/or Members for any reason, without prior notice.

- PLEASE READ -

Members are welcome to read posts and though we encourage your active participation in the forum, it is not required. If you do participate by posting, however, we expect that on the whole you contribute something to the forum. This means that the bulk of your posts should not be in "fun" threads (e.g. Ankap, Keep & Kill, This or That, etc.). Further, while occasionally it is appropriate to simply voice your agreement or approval, not all of your posts should be of this variety: "LOL Member213!" "I agree."
If it is evident that a member is simply posting for the sake of posting, they will be removed.

8] These Rules & Guidelines may be amended at any time. (last update September 17, 2009)

If you believe an individual is repeatedly breaking the rules, please report to admin/moderator.

NATO doesn't need saving, Turkey does. They were literally blackmailing NATO and the US over the missile deal last year. One has to be astonished that Turkey tries to muscle the US, even threatening to block the use of incilirik afb. Today they're actually getting in the way of fighting ISIL in Syria, a move that's probably going to bring the US and Russia together.

NATO has no value in a disjointed liberal EU. They are becoming another all talk no action like the UN. Here is a perspective from the chosen ones. They are even lost.

The Syrian civil war, still spiraling out of control, may soon lead to something even worse: a Russian-Turkish conflict that would engulf the region, magnify the war’s death toll and destruction, a…

I think that might have been true pre Russian intervention in the Crimea. After that move, I think the alliance has regained purpose.

NATO is formed and run by who?
To forget or discount the purposeful instigation and fomenting of the various revolutions by the NATO leaders is to continue giving credibility to the incredulous.
--- think the alliance has regained purpose --- LOL.
NATO is a front for the thieving european/us moneymonger control elite. Nothing more.
            That's NATO's purpose
Nobody in the north Atlantic has been under threat of attack in many decades, lol.
Please look and see, the thieving factions are out in full (FULL) display ... Mighty USA can't stop Isis ??? Sure, lol. Or they have been supporting them and outright breeding them !!!! Saudi Arabia giving millions in support to KNOWN terrorists with full USA/euro knowledge. Everyone knows turc benifit of stolen oil and terrorist support.
All has been known by NATO . That equals NO credibility, and deservedly so.
NATO has one purpose ... To back up the ultra elite. Nothing more.

In short, Russia has most Nordic countries by their balls if they want to stay warm in winter. Europeans alliance with NATO are all talk. When its comes to action they are awfully quiet. We have seen NATO's "backing" in 2008 with Georgia, their "backing" with the Ukraine and their lovely "intervention" in Syria. Now turkey is barking for their backing ... Good luck turkey!

You're right, they haven't been under threat of an attack until match recently when Russia actually invaded a sovereign nation. Actually two nations, Ukraine and Georgia. Russia's actions pretty much gives reason for NATO to still exist. The whole purpose it was created was to fight the Soviets in Europe.

                  --- until Russia --- invaded --- Ukraine.
Good western propaganda line, now try the truth ... Us/euro instigated regime change by *** violent subtrafuge *** in Ukraine to install adverse conditions on Russian border.
Russia was paying a fortune to Ukraine for naval base and gas transit fees. Russia made no invasion overtures to Ukraine since Kruschev's idiot move. Russia fully lived up to that dumb move.
NATO --- exclusively organized and fomented Ukraine disaster.
Anyone who thought that conniving move by west in Ukraine was going to lock Russia up in the sea of Azov or allow "missil defense" (lol) on Russia's doorstep was dumb.
Georgia ... You might want to talk to the Ossetians about being invaded, and by who.
You have done nothing more than reiterate western propaganda.

                      Accurate analogy and funny too.
How about this ... Insurgents in Idaho get weapons from Russia. Or this ... Liverpool insurgents get air drop of humanitarian aid from Russia. Or ... Turc community in Germany seeks autonomy and is aided by Tatars of Ukraine.
Of course, the only time it's not funny is when it's happening in countries outside euro/us.
                      Such absurdity.
