Forum Rules (Everyone Must Read!!!)

1] What you CAN NOT post.

You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this forum to post any material which is:
- abusive
- vulgar
- hateful
- harassing
- personal attacks
- obscene

You also may not:
- post images that are too large (max is 500*500px)
- post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or cited properly.
- post in UPPER CASE, which is considered yelling
- post messages which insult the Armenians, Armenian culture, traditions, etc
- post racist or other intentionally insensitive material that insults or attacks another culture (including Turks)

The Ankap thread is excluded from the strict rules because that place is more relaxed and you can vent and engage in light insults and humor. Notice it's not a blank ticket, but just a place to vent. If you go into the Ankap thread, you enter at your own risk of being clowned on.
What you PROBABLY SHOULD NOT post...
Do not post information that you will regret putting out in public. This site comes up on Google, is cached, and all of that, so be aware of that as you post. Do not ask the staff to go through and delete things that you regret making available on the web for all to see because we will not do it. Think before you post!


2] Use descriptive subject lines & research your post. This means use the SEARCH.

This reduces the chances of double-posting and it also makes it easier for people to see what they do/don't want to read. Using the search function will identify existing threads on the topic so we do not have multiple threads on the same topic.

3] Keep the focus.

Each forum has a focus on a certain topic. Questions outside the scope of a certain forum will either be moved to the appropriate forum, closed, or simply be deleted. Please post your topic in the most appropriate forum. Users that keep doing this will be warned, then banned.

4] Behave as you would in a public location.

This forum is no different than a public place. Behave yourself and act like a decent human being (i.e. be respectful). If you're unable to do so, you're not welcome here and will be made to leave.

5] Respect the authority of moderators/admins.

Public discussions of moderator/admin actions are not allowed on the forum. It is also prohibited to protest moderator actions in titles, avatars, and signatures. If you don't like something that a moderator did, PM or email the moderator and try your best to resolve the problem or difference in private.

6] Promotion of sites or products is not permitted.

Advertisements are not allowed in this venue. No blatant advertising or solicitations of or for business is prohibited.

services with which the poster is affiliated, whether or not a fee is charged

    Անսպասելի բռնկում Բաքվում. Հայաստանի անելիքները

    Հունվարի 19-ին Բաքվում տեղի է ունեցել ընդդիմադիր մեծ հանրահավաք: Ըստ տեղեկությունների, մարզադաշտը, որը իշխանությունը հատկացրել է հանրահավաքի համար, չի բավարարել մասնակիցներին տեղավորելուն, եւ հանրահավաքը հոսել է դուրս: Բազմամարդ ակցիայի մասնակիցները պահանջել են վերջ տալ բռնատիրությանը, ազատել քաղաքական շարժառիթներով դատապարտվածներին, հետ բերել օֆշորներ տեղափոխված փողերը, լուծել երկրի խնդիրները, եւ այլն:

    Բաքվում բազմամարդ ընդդիմադիր հանրահավաքի իրողությունն անսպասելի է: Անսպասելի ոչ այն իմաստով, որ կան Ալիեւի իշխանությունից դժգոհներ, կամ՝ որ այդպիսի դժգոհներ դեռեւս կան ազատության մեջ: Անսպասելի է, որ նրանք անցկացնում են բազմամարդ ակցիա՝ ապրիլին տեղի ունեցած նախագահի ընտրությունից ամիսներ անց, եւ միաժամանակ՝ այն չի վերածվում իշխանության հետ խոշոր բախման, իշխանությունը չի գնում ակցիան ուժով ճնշելու ճանապարհով:

    Նախորդ տարի հոկտեմբերին Ադրբեջանում պետք է լիներ նախագահի հերթական ընտրություն, սակայն Ալիեւը անսպասելի որոշում կայացրեց եւ ընտրությունը տեղափոխեց վեց ամիս առաջ: Շատերն այդ քայլը դիտարկեցին արցախյան կարգավորման համատեքստի շրջանակում, սակայն եղան նաեւ գնահատականներ, որ Ալիեւն այդպիսով փորձում է ընդդիմությանը զրկել հոկտեմբերի ընտրությանը լավ պատրաստվելու հնարավորությունից:

    Բոլոր դեպքերում, ապրիլի վերարտադրությունը ստացվեց, ընդ որում Ադրբեջանի չափանիշներով՝ հնարավորինս անաղմուկ, թեեւ ակնառու էր, որ Ալիեւը վերարտադրվեց քաղաքական եւ քաղաքացիական ազատությունների նկատմամբ հերթական բռնության միջոցով:

    Արդյոք Ալիեւն իսկապես մտահոգ էր հնարավոր ընդդիմադիր շարժման ուժգնության կապակցությամբ: Թե՞ Ադրբեջանի նախագահը մտահոգ էր ոչ այնքան ինքնին ընդդիմությունից, որքան դրան արտաքին հնարավոր աջակցությունից: Հատկանշական է, որ արդեն տեւական ժամանակ Ադրբեջանի նախագահը ինչ որ լրտեսական սկանդալներ է բացահայտում, որոնցից ոչ բոլորն է, որ ուղղում է հայերի կողմ: Բոլորովին վերջերս բացահայտվել էր հերթականը, եւ այդպես էլ հայտնի չդարձավ, թե Ալիեւը ու՞մ, ո՞ր պետության օգտին լրտեսություն իրականացրած խումբ էր բացահայտել:

    Միաժամանակ մեկ այլ հատկանշական իրողություն է այն, որ նախագահի արտահերթացված ընտրությունից հետո Ադրբեջանում երկու-երեք ամիս անց տեղի ունեցան արտակարգ զարգացումները Գյանջայում եւ միաժամանակ նաեւ վթարը Մինգեչաուրի ՀԷԿ-ում, ինչը հոսանքազրկեց Ադրբեջանի մայրաքաղաքը եւ կաթվածահար արեց խոշորամասշտաբ զորավարժությունը, փաստացի ցույց տալով, որ Ադրբեջանն իրականում կարող է կախված լինել մեկ «էլեկտրալարից»:

    Գյանջայի իրադարձություններում մեղադրվեցին ծայրահեղ իսլամականներ:

    Այդ ամենն էլ տեղի էր ունենում Հայաստանում թավշյա հեղափոխության ֆոնին, որը քաղաքական խոշոր մարտահրավեր էր Ադրբեջանին մի շարք առումներով: Այն դեպքում, երբ Ադրբեջանն իր գործողություններով այդ ժամանակահատվածում փորձում էր մտահոգություններ առաջացնել սահմանին հնարավոր լարման կապակցությամբ, որի վրա, ի դեպ, թավշյա հեղափոխության դեմ փորձում էր խաղալ նաեւ իշխող նախկին համակարգը:

    Ի՞նչ շարունակություն կունենա Բաքվում ընդդիմության անսպասելի բռնկումը: Դա վկայում է այն մասին, որ Ադրբեջանում նրա իշխանությունը այդուհանդերձ երերու՞մ է, թե՞ Ալիեւն է փորձում ինչ որ խաղ խաղալ եւ օգտագործել ընդդիմադիր տրամադրությունները, ինչ որ իմաստով գոլորշի բաց թողնել եւ իրականացնել այսպես ասած «դեմոկրատական» դիմահարդարում:

    Ալիեւն այդպիսով գուցե կփորձի թուլացնել միջազգային եւ ներքին դժգոհությունը միաժամանակ, ձգտելով նաեւ եթե չհավասարվել, ապա կրճատել այն տարբերությունը, որ արձանագրեց Հայաստանը թավշյա հեղափոխությամբ:

    Ադրբեջանի իրադարձություններն անշուշտ մեծ ուշադրության են արժանանում Հայաստանում: Այստեղ առանցքային հարցերը թերեւս երկուսն են: Նախ, Ադրբեջանում ներքին ցանկացած աշխուժության պարագայում Հայաստանում պետք է բազմապատկվի աչալրջությունը Ադրբեջանի հետ սահմանին: Երկրորդ՝ Հայաստանը պետք է փորձի հնարավոր խողովակներով ձգտել օգտագործել Ադրբեջանի ներքին իրողությունները արտաքին քաղաքական տիրույթում: Եվ թերեւս ամենագլխավորը՝ Հայաստանի համար Ադրբեջանում որեւէ իշխանափոխություն դրական իմաստ կարող է ունենալ մի դեպքում, երբ իշխանության եկած ուժը էապես այլ մոտեցում ունի Արցախի հարցում եւ հրաժարվում է ռազմական շանտաժի ու հայատյացության պաշտոնական քաղաքականությունից, այլ կերպ է մտածում եւ գործում Արցախի հարցում եւ պատրաստ է Ադրբեջանի հանրությանը դուրս բերել պատերազմի եւ ատելության հռետորաբանությունից:

    Հակառակ դեպքում Ադրբեջանում որեւէ իշխանափոխություն, այդ թվում ոչ թե միջկլանային, այլ թեկուզ ժողովրդավարական, ոչ թե խաղաղ համակեցության հնարավորություն է, այլ նույնիսկ մարտահրավեր:

    It’s finally hitting back to Washington that they cannot let turkey to get too close to Russia.
    Erdogan looks to be a real winner here.
    Its not that turkey and Russia will be real allies, none of both is capable of it, but together they can do real damage all around.
    I don’t care about western interests here, but our tiny interest and survival could be swallowed up.
    Lets see if western globalists let the leash loose a little in Washington.
