Establishing Pan-Armenian Force-Major fund

If in past we transferred just 1% of the collected yearly donation amounts to the reserve Force-Major fund, now we could easily handle/afford the possible evacuation and even relocation costs in no time.

We must create/establish such a fund that will be accountable to the public only.

It’s high time to establish such an emergency fund.
