It would have both a good and bad effect.

Good - The Kurds of Turkey would intensify their separatist movements.
Bad - The Kurds of Iran would intensify their separatist movements.

The case of Iran is very serious. An autonomous Kurdistan on Iran would automatically cause a chain reaction in northern Iran leading to tensions to Iranian Azerbaijan. If the Iranian Azerbaijan becomes Independent, then our only contact with the outside world will be Georgia. I don't even want to think about this scenario.

Perhaps. I personally think he was damaged beyond repair by his Bolshevik parents. I know his deformed type well. In the Middle East they were always a minority within the Armenian community, even amongst socialists Hnchaks, but they tended to be so outlandish and weird that they always stood out in public. They were also the ones Dashnak kids would beat up on in Lebanon, Iran and Syria. So, it just goes with the territory.

Something like this happened in Los Angeles once. I think it was in Glendale. There is a newspaper published here called Nor Gyank and its editor was writing negative things about the A.R.F. for a while. One night he got beat up by them and so his stance on the A.R.F. changed from negative to neutral-positive.
