Basic scenario --- I go to Armenia and buy some land and attempt to accomplish helpful things.
Somewhere on this forum I read something like this --- some people have left Armenia because of troubled times and there are several farms(plots of land) that are now vacant and unproductive in small villages throughout Armenia.
So --- general idea is to buy one or more "vacant plots" and do interesting and innovative (I think) things to help community and country

So --- can anyone in country give me a general idea about how long to grt citizenship and do I need to get citizenship to buy land and start developing.
The goal is not to come in needing a job or looking for work but rather to make jobs and works of merit.
As America cannot go to another country and "give" democracy so one cannot instill "communism. However if a person is community minded that person can do things for the benefit of the community without the necessity of making a profit for his self but with the idea of making the actions profitable to the community. Thereby making the endeavor doubly profitable because not only has work been "created" for the community members but also the fruits of the labors of the community has produced something of merit and real value for the community. Thereby iliminating the extraction of the fruits of the community's labor to somewhere other than the community.
So --- have many ideas and am still a couple of years away from "the attempt" but need to start lining things up now.
Any tech heads up is appreciated. I know I need to go and wander for awhile to orient and gather data --- so thanks
