Not swayed by Turkey

"I am very concerned that you would even consider publishing a very offensive and tactless article written by Turkish lobbyist Jason Epstein ("Armenia needs real, not symbolic, help," opinion page, April 25). I live in the neighboring city of Glendale and have many family and friends in Pasadena.
Clearly what I read in your paper was not informative or newsworthy; it was shameful propaganda. The events of 1915 are not up for debate. They are historic facts well-documented in United States archives.
Would you dare to print an article in your paper on the xxxish Holocaust with such disrespect? Obviously, neither the writer of this article nor your paper have any morals or standards and would rather fall prey to Turkey's million dollar lobby than speak the truth. The United States of America should not be intimidated by Turkey or any other country to stand up and speak the truth about any issue - especially one at this magnitude."
