You can be free under foreign rule and enslaved under the rule of your own. I guess you meant to say "Koreans should take back their independence".

Both concepts of freedom and independence are good in theory but rely on how an individual defines freedom and independence.



North Korea accuses South of using 'human shields'

North Korea has accused Seoul of using human shields on the island where firing from the North killed two South Korean civilians this week.

The North's state media said the South was using the deaths for propaganda.

Two marines also died in the shelling of the South's Yeonpyeong island. Their funerals were held on Saturday amid rising anger in the South.

The North has also issued a new warning on US-South Korea military exercises, set to start on Sunday.

The four days of exercises include the USS George Washington aircraft carrier and its battle group.

North Korea's official KCNA news agency said: "If the US brings its carrier to the West Sea of Korea (Yellow Sea), no-one can predict the ensuing consequences."

Take a look at the military balance below... I'd be worried about my "neighbor" to the south if they were spending that kind of money on military. Oh wait... the U.S.A. is to the south of me

(I especially like the tiny writing with the asterisk next to it where it states: oh yeah, American troops are stationed there as well.... even if the numbers aren't accurate since the troop deployments are always changing)

North Korea is ruled by Koreans and protected by Koreans. South Korea is ruled by foreigners (with a puppet Korean government) and protected by 30,000 American soldiers (industrial military complex). There should be one United Korea. Kick the foreigners and traitors out.

Many people have said that Armenians are better off being ruled by non-Armenians and perhaps there is truth to that since we were also divided East and West with many traitors living among us. This allowed the greater powers to infiltrate and destroy our Nation.

"If the U.S. truly wishes to ease the tension in the Chosun [Korean] peninsula, rather than protecting the puppet South, they should control the South, so the South will not hang on to maintaining the NLL [Northern Limit Line] by invading territorial waters and firing artilleries," KCTV said. "This incident shows that the acutal offender of the armistice is the puppet South and it is the U.S. which created tension in the Chosun west sea."

If anybody else was saying this, I'd take it as "the North Koreans should take their freedom back"...but I'm almost certain you mean something entirely different.

USS George Washington is being sent to the Yellow Sea after North Korea attacked South Korea's Yeonpyeong island. By dispatching the USS George Washington, Obama is telling North Korea and its ally China that belligerent behavior will bring consequences.

I could have sworn i was fishing there this spring lol. It sure does look like D town, maybe not enough black smoke but close.
