you know what i find annoying most of the time at work @ the Bay? customers (especially old ones - no offense to anyone) just come to my department (electronics) and decide that they know everything. and they claim their TV is busted and needs to be fixed. best part is when they take out their bill.. THEIR SEARS BILL.
oh man, they just keep getting dumber and dumber. lol.

ps. we dont sell kenmore appliances either!
