Why people will worry about future? There is absolutely no need to worry. Price of houses will get skyrocketed in near future and houses will be sold so so fast in also in near future. no wander. I am Japanese living in USA and Canada. USA is 100 % different from Japan(economy). Our government bail out any banks and investing banks except Yamaichi sec. even though Japanese government debt and government bonds ae bought by japanese people and institute. since then, vitality of banks is lost and they could not anything good for society.
but usa did not bailout any banks and cmpany and usa has no debt to China and Japan etc, and no citizen has any debt and companies have no debt. there is lots of things producing biz. people are very modest and financially conservative. people live within means.
The economical future of usa is bright and huge,especially prospect for the houses is so bright. The price of house will pick up and go up to the moon 100 % sure. because USA is completely different from Japan and better than Japan. God bless USA.USA is so so great and great country. I love it.
