I still can't figure out why our President made such a move?? But I believe that Turkey will not open the borders for several reasons the most important one perhaps being; the "Azeri" problem... With that said can we conclude that this supposedly positive 'will' of the Armenian side would be interpreted as a smart diplomatic move from Armenia, knowing that Turkey will not tone down its position whatsoever...?

If a female from your family does fool around before marriage as a "male" you have to clear your honor (sharaf) and take revenge by killing your own. Most of the time the male goes unpunished.

The only objective of the move is to deflate the azeri's arrogance knowing it has turkey on its back.
