  • New ASALA attack is turkey

My mistake. A group that is pretending to act like ASALA composed of turks is attacking US consulates.

"ISTANBUL (Reuters) - Three Turkish policemen and three gunmen were killed in an armed attack on the United States consulate in Istanbul on Wednesday, the city's governor said......

Istanbul governor Guler said, according to Turkish media, that the three dead gunmen were Turkish citizens, believed to be aged 25-30......"

I see. So your approach is that "we" are angles and friends and all the problems are by others. Kanki Gourban the reality is that turkey and turks (not kurds) are one of the most haters of the US and its policy in the region.

CNN and other major media outlets originally attributed the 'terrorist' attack on Al-qaeda. http://blogs.usatoday.com/ondeadline...-shootout.html

Something similar happened in 2003, this secureconsulate building was built after that earlier attack which right about the time U.S. invaded Iraq and was used by Turkey to deny use of airspace to lead air strikes. http://ap.google.com/article/ALeqM5h...aHWdwD91Q9U700

Turkey reporting that it caught the surviving attacker and four others purported connected to the attackers; all the attackers appear to be Turkish residents. http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20080710/...late_attack_23
