    SAAKASHVILI MAKES ANOTHER INACCURATE STATEMENT

The President of Georgia Mikheil Saakashvili says in his interviews that the economy of Armenia "is dependent" of the Russian economy and Armenia is a "poor" country. Saakashvili has repeated his statements, said many times during the recent months, in his interview given to "Newsweek". "Georgia President's statement is unacceptable and inaccurate," Alexander Markarov, political expert and analyst told Panorama.am. According to him; regarding the democratic developments in Georgia there is no improvement and the country's stability is lost in the aftermaths of oppositional demonstrations. In this regard, it remains that Saakashvili finds in-house and foreign enemies, says the expert. Georgia has also got in-house enemies chaired by the oppositional forces, and regarding the foreign ones - Russia is pointed. According to Markarov Russia has been strategic partner of Armenia and many local companies have Russian capital and origin. In this regard it's quite natural that there is serious cooperation between Armenia and Russia. It is important to remind that one of the Georgian oppositional leaders of Nino Burjanadze said in her interview given to Panorama.am that the statements of her President are "inaccurate and silly ones".

Saaksashvilli should not be saying Armenia is poor because Georgia is also an extremely poor country as well. Yes Armenia is a very very poor country as well but that Georgian President had no right to make a defamation about Armenia. The Georgian President should apologize to Armenia and their leader. Armenian's have a good reason to be angry.

Ok lets see who is richer: http://www.imf.org/external/pubs/ft/...DPDPC&grp=0&a=

It looks like Georgia but not by much at all there is only $61USD Nominal between the two.

John; if he has any sense in his 'dunc' kelukh he would apologize, as it is though I don't think he would.

Thanks for providing the figures, and it looks as though they're not much better off whatsoever, they're even slightly below us a good deal of the time.

Re: Saakashvili makes another inaccurate statement

Speaking of inaccurate statements, someone who DID make an accurate statement is Alexander Lukashenko.
          --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Saakashvili is America’s ‘Son of a b!tch’: Lukashenko

In a three-hour interview with Washington Post senior associate editor Lally Weymouth last week, Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko called Saakashvili a ‘son of a b!tch,’ reports Georgia’s InterpressNews.

On the journalist’s presumption that Lukashenko would never have problems, Lukashenko answered:

“I won’t. Recently in Georgia, President Saakashvili suppressed in a most brutal way a manifestation of the opposition. Yet you continue to deal with him. Why? Because Saakashvili is your son of a b!tch. Tell the Americans we think very highly of them. We will never build an iron curtain to prevent them from coming to Belarus.”

He accused the US of organizing rallies in Minsk during elections. “Who else to blame? You gave them money. Should I blame China? We will not allow you to create a fifth column in Belarus . . . to undermine the system in Belarus. My power is okay. But God forbid you to turn around the situation in our country and have events unfold…,” Lukashenko said.

            No son. He's all b!tch.

Re: Saakashvili makes another inaccurate statement

Sakashvili is US's b*tch, but US on the other hand keeps trying to distance itself from him, especially after his reckless war.
