The undead like Theriault are stirring from their loooong, silent slumbers and rising from their coffins - they probably smell some ARF money and the chance for some lectures, free lunches, and the occasional honorarium. In 6 months it will all be gone - either the border will be open and everyone will be happy (and all objectors to the deal will have shut up shop), or the border won't be open and the whole deal will have collapsed (and all supporters of the deal will have shut up shop) - so the undead had better be quick and get their nourishment while it's available!
