NEW HOME POLITICAL SYNDROME
Apparently, a new phenomenon has appeared in the Armenian home political life which maybe called Raffi Hovhannisyan’s syndrome. Why Raffi Hovhannisyan’s because it was the honorable leader of the Heritage party to lie down his mandate and after to retake it. Now the same thing, or nearly the same thing, is happening in with the former member of the Heritage party Vardan Khachatryan. But it is not him to lie something down and to retake it, but he is being dismissed and again assumed, then again dismissed. The SDHP in two days already managed to spread information on Vardan Khachatryan. Once they stated that he is not a member of the SDHP because in accordance with the order of the party, one may become a member of the Social-Democratic Hnchakyan party only after 1 year of their dismissal from another party. Afterwards, the SDHP press speaker Narek Galstyan issued a statement that Vardan Khachatryan is anyway a Hnchakyan member. After, the SDHP central board stated Vardan Khachatryan is not a SDHP member.
It is difficult to guess how many times Vardan Khachatryan will become a member and will be dismissed from the Hnchakyan party within the forthcoming hours or days. Anyway, a new and interesting phenomenon is obvious to have appeared in the Armenian political reality which deserves serious professional study. The impression is even that Vardan Khachatryan’s price in politics sharply increases and decreases and the Hnchakyan buys him and sells in a hurry. Of course, in case of such an honorable figure as Vardan Khachatryan, this comparison is not correct and quite inconvenient but in this case, how this phenomenon maybe otherwise described. This phenomenon would be very mild to be considered incorrect. But, apparently, Vardan Khachatryan likes what is happening around his name. Otherwise, he would issue a statement and would either join or leave the Hnchakyan party for the party to decide who makes decisions within them in reality. Or Vardan Khachatryan is possible not have personal opinions on all this.
It is evident in case of the SDHP serious developments are also expectable which is connected with its cooperation with the Armenian National Congress. As it happened in case of the Heritage.
