    The Ossets are enemies of the Chechens. Many Ossets and Cossacks fought with Russia against the Wahabis. It could also be Georgians who conducted the mission.

    This is a way for the wahabists and external forces to destabilise the region and create inter-religion hatred. So far it's succeeding, and USA is the secret backer of these islamists. Anything that weakens Russia is in USA's favor.

    PanARMENIAN.Net - RA Foreign Ministry Spokesman Tigran Balayan said that three Armenians, including one citizen of Armenia – Arsen Elbakyan, were killed in the terrorist act at Vladikavkaz market. “Consul General of Armenia to Rostov-on-Don Ararat Gomtsyan left for Vladikavkaz,” Balayan told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter.

    Besides, according to the list published on the website of Vladikavkaz city administration, Sergey Grigoryan, Irina Gasparyan (1964) and Arsen Elbakyan (1986) are among 16 victims of the terrorist act.

    Shahnazar Shahnazaryan (1920) is on the list of those who were hospitalized.

    The blast occurred near the city's central market at 11:22 Moscow time. The explosive device, equivalent to 30-40 kg of TNT, was detonated by a suicide bomber in a car.

    At least 16 people were killed, including a child. According to the Minister of Health of North Ossetia, around 113 people suffered in the blast. 99 people were hospitalized, including children.

    A criminal case was initiated over the explosion under several articles of the Russian Criminal Code – murder of two and more persons, terrorist act and illegal trafficking in weapons.
