Yes. And as true and obvious as your statement, so it has been for those who survived all those initial, numerous , horrific assaults --- and so it has been for the last 600 + years .
And then they tried to eliminate the last of us.
90 + years later their children are saying --- "we had nothing to do with that , our hands are clean!" ---
But , --- we get to keep everything that was stolen and ?? We have no shame ??
I say , many troubles do we have, but to our east and our west is evil. Beware.

Two Azerbaijanis found guilty of murdering chief architect of
Solikamsk, Olga Karapetyan

In Russia two men, accused of the murder of the chief architect of the
city of Solikamsk of Perm region in 2010, were found guilty by the
juries. According to "RIA Novosti" the Investigative Committee of
Russia reported about that.

According to the investigation at the begging of 2010 an unknown
person approached to two natives of Azerbaijan and offered money to
assassinate the architect of the city Solikamsk. They were spying on
the woman and in the morning of the 18th of March, 2010 she was shot
at the stairwell of her house.

"By the unanimous verdict of the jury the convicted are found guilty
of incriminated activities whereas one of them as unworthy of
indulgence. After discussing the consequences of verdict the court
will pass the sentence," it is said in the statement.

As Komersnat-Perm reads, of the chief architect of the city of
Solikamsk of Perm region, Olga Karapetyan was killed on the 18th of
March, 2010 at the stairwell of the house where she lived. Two men, 46
and 27 were found guilty. One of them is recognized as unworthy to
indulgence. The court will pass the sentence after the discussion of
consequences of the verdict. At the end of the last year law
enforcement agencies of Perm region adjudicated the alleged murderer
of the chief architect of the city of Solikamsk.

As Komersnat stated that man, Azar Akbarov was a former soldier of
Special Forces of Azerbaijan, already serving a sentence of murder and
illegal possession of weapons. The investigators couldn't disclose the
second person.

One of the main potential versions of the murder was the professional
activities of the architect. The offence could have been connected
with her refusal to give permission for demolition or construction of
an architectural monument.

It was set by the investigation and the court that the above mentioned
individuals at the beginning of 2010 accepted the offer of an unknown
person to kill the chief architect of the city of Solikamsk in return
for monetary compensation.

It happened again on Saturday night. A group of students from the
Armenian seminary were walking to the Armenian convent when a group of
extremist xxxish youngsters harassed them. But the police did not want
to listen to that, they didn't want to hear the fact that in the state
of Israel it's not always us, the goyim, that are the provocateurs.

Most of the time, in the Old City of Jerusalem, it is the xxxs. At
least 20 police officers illegally entered the seminary to apprehend
two students whom they accused of giving a black eye to one of their
attackers

These incidents are all too common for those of us who live within
the ancient walls of Jerusalem. A year back I was chatting with an
Armenian priest when suddenly, out of nowhere, he was spat on by a
passing xxxish teen. Once I realized what had happened, I wanted to
shove that kid against the wall and remind him of his own people's
history but the priest went on and on about turning the other cheek. I
decided to heed his word and be a "good Christian" for that night.

No matter how many times our community and Patriarchate have complained
about these harassments, the authorities have been determinedly
indifferent. Rather, their response has always been to arrest an
Armenian seminary student. The police might never bring this to your
attention but not a single such attack has occurred with a Muslim. Why
does it happen with xxxish youngsters who walk around the Old City
believing it is their inherent right to harass those who differ from
their preferred demographic?

The indifference by the police will eventually lead to far worse
incidents. I had a preview of that a few years back when we discovered
graffiti on of the walls of the Armenian Quarter that read "Death to
Arabs and Armenians." The incident went unreported as the graffiti
was quickly washed off. But the authorities continue to act as if
such sentiments don't exist among young xxxish extremists; for them,
in the land of the xxxs, everyone else is suspect.

Unfortunately, these extremist tendencies are worrying a small
community that has never bothered the state. Throughout the decades
of conflict between the Israelis and Palestinians, the Armenians of
Jerusalem have kept a low profile in their quiet quarter. But don't
mistake us for pushovers. If there is anything we Armenians and xxxs
share it is tragic histories that have taught us that you cannot
always rely on others to defend you and you cannot always turn the
other cheek. The application of fair rule and law is a must for a
community that has simply given up on changing the apathetic attitude
of the authorities. It has reached the point where I overheard someone
say to one of the seminary students: "Take the beating. If you react,
they will arrest you. You are not xxxish".

It's no exaggeration that Israel loves to boast about its 'growing
Christian communities' in a Middle East that has been increasingly
hostile to Christian communal life. But sooner or later, Israel has
to admit that in achieving a state in the Middle East, it has also
acquired the ills of the Middle East. Occasional consideration to
this menace may go a long way in containing the damage.

The issue of granting asylum in Armenia to Yazidi refugees who
have been forced to flee their homes in Northern Iraq to escape a
jihadist onslaught by the Islamic State "is not even on the agenda,"
Armenian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Manasyan said at the RA
National Assembly on Wednesday, May 27, in response to a question by
Epress.am correspondent.

Note, 4 Yazidi organizations had called on the Armenian Foreign
Ministry to raise the issue of theIraqi Yazidi's genocide in the
UN, as well as provide humanitarian assistance and asylum to the
representatives of the religious minority.

"What rights do the Yazidi organizations have to make such a request?

Have they been authorized by the Yazidi community to appeal to us on
their behalf?" Manasyan countered.

Touching upon the statement [ARM] by Davit Babayan, press secretary
of the office of the president of the Nagorno-Karabakh, about the
readiness of NKR to grant asylum to Iraqi Yazidis, Manasyan said,
"That's nonsense. There can be no such thing."

In an interview with Epress.am Sinjar Yazidi National Union President
Boris Murazi said that the Foreign Ministry had officially rejected
their appeal.

Today, Manasyan also denied Armenia's intention to taken in
representatives of the Armenian community in Syria. According to
the official, the visa regime with Syria has been simplified, and
Armenians in Syria are free to come to Armenia, however "it's not
for us to decide the fate of the community."

"Until now, no anti-Armenian actions have been taken; it's all been
against Christians, against religious minorities," Manasyan added.

AZERBAIJANI WHO KILLED 19 YEAR-OLD ARMENIAN DETAINED FOR 2 MONTHS IN MOSCOW

YEREVAN, OCTOBER 14, ARMENPRESS. The court of Moscow decided to detain
Azerbaijani Emil Zulfugarov who killed 19 year-old Anna Sargsyan,
an Armenian student who refused his proposal.

As "Armenpress" reports, citing Russian Media, Zulfugarov inflicted
seven deadly strikes to the girl, who died till the arrival of
ambulance in the result of the received injuries. The incident happened
in Khachatryan Street, near the underground.

Later it turned out that during the last 2 years Azerbaijani youngster
was attracted with the girl and after receiving several denials he
started to pursue her.

The girl's father turned to the police for assistance to protect his
daughter but Police did not take into consideration his complaints.

The student's last seconds fixed camera installed on the street: The
youngster approached the girl and inflicted several knife strikes to
her stomach. He escaped after the incident but he did not try to hide.

Police arrested him short time later.

There is still no information why the Police did not react to the
complaints of the girl's relatives.

YEREVAN (Public Radio of Armenia)—Turkish policemen have broken the door of Sourp Kevork (St. George) Armenian Church in Mardin, Turkey.

Hatun Jajur, who has voluntarily undertaken to clean the church, had left for a while and found everything turned upside down upon return.

“Not only the main entrance, but also all other doors of the church were broken,” Jajur said.

The Church is one of Europe’s seven most endangered monuments. For 15 centuries the Church of St. George was the spiritual home of the large Armenian community in the Turkish city of Mardin. This Grade I registered historical building was founded in 420 AD and was in use until the Armenian genocide of 1915. In spite of its outstanding historical and cultural importance, this monument is currently in an advance state of decay.
