The Gavar Special School, the only school for mentally and physically handicapped children in Gegharkunik, Armenia, would like to announce it's campaign, "Building Our Future".
The school is in great need of capital improvement and is working hard to improve education for special needs children in Gegharkunik. A website has been created at: http://www.GavarSpecialSchool.org to show the needs and plans of the school. If you are in America, we are working with the Orion Philanthropic Center to provide tax benefits. If you are in Europe, please contact us through the website so we can share with you our partners there. Any and all support is welcomed however major improvements such as a new roof and physical therapy equipment are the most dire needs.
In short, we are asking anyone who wishes to improve education in one of the most economically challenged regions of Armenia to help. The school's administration is committed to providing complete transparency and is open to all partners.
