I posted this news only to test your reactions and I did not be mistaken. You diasporans are really sick and do not deserve anythink.
Yeah, the Armenians in Armenia must love Turkey for keeping the border closed (thereby forcing them to emigrate and become part of the diaspora you hate so much). You do know that half of the population of Armenia are descendants of survivors of the genocide or refugees from Western Armenia, right (just like half of the Armenian population of Istanbul descends from genocide survivors)?

But why don't you ask Armenians from Armenia yourself? There are quite a few on this forum, including Anonymouse and karoaper, who I believe is still an Armenian citizen.

Thank you for proving my point.

But don't count Armenia out just yet.

Re: Turkish citizen killed in Yerevan

Throughout my life in Armenia, the word Turk has been synonymous with the word beast, poison, barbarian, thief, etc... The turkish held belief that Armenians from Armenia are somehow "cool" with Turkey is a testament to how "simple" (as in mentally handicapped) turks are, translating to the ease with which they are "educated". If a portion of Armenian citizens want the border opened, or some normalization of relations with Turkey, it is only due to practical considerations of economics and politics, thinking that it could help Armenia. While Diasporans see Turkey as a nation of rats, Armenia sees Turkey as a nation of rats that unfortunately covers one side of the wall. As such, diplomacy, politics and economics matter, especially because Armenia does not possess enough rat poison.

But, what these pathetic sons and daughters of Atadork don't realize is that Armenian citizens are more dangerous that Armenians from diaspora, because as opposed to relatively limited actions of Diasporans, Armenians from Armenia actually work towards a more powerful Armenia, which is a much bigger threat to Turkey than Armenian lobby agencies. Because a powerful Armenia will have no qualms whatsoever about turning Turkey into ash. Of course, their leaders know this, and fundamentally their focus is not on Armenian diaspora, but on Armenia the country. It was essentially the actions of Armenian citizens that inspired thousands of loyal, patriotic Armenian Diasporans to take real steps towards securing a more powerful Armenia.

Just, to add. The mountain Ararat is holy to every single Armenian, especially an Armenian from Armenia, who gazes upon the white peaks every living day of his/her life, but cannot go there. Armenians are only few hundred miles from the ancient cities of their ancestors, but cannot go there. All in all, a free and powerful Armenia is capable of terrible revenge dealt upon turkey. The only thing keeping this from taking place is inadequate military/political power. In fact, the ferocity with which Armenia fought the Azeris is in part because we see in them the turks.

We Armenians in the Diaspora are but the vocal surface above the silent deep of the nation of Armenia.

Btw, this just my opinion that's all.

Karo, let's not forget Ani. Why it is still in Turkeyland I do not know. I'm not sure if even the Turks know. Is it because the Seljuks were partially responsible for its destruction and eventual abandonment?

Although bell-the-cat was a bastard sometimes, I thought he was spot-on here:

Those Armenians probably did not look upon Ani in quite the same way as Europeans would look at a romantic ruin enveloped in vegetation. Most of Armenia was a desolated land filled with the ruins of abandoned settlements, and Ani was seen as the most dramatic example of that destruction - a symbol of Armenia's lost glory and inspiration for what could be attained in the future. By the end of the 19th century, Ani for Armenians had became more than a place - it had became an ideal. Novels, plays, and even operas were written using Ani as inspiration.

A brief history of the abandoned medieval Armenian city of Ani - the rediscovery of the ruins during the 19th century.

I think some issues exceed your mental limitations if you ask such a stupid question.

I did not said that "Armenians from Armenia love Turks" Of course not. But they are absolutely different than you. If there are some Armenians from Armenia at this racist forum this means they are the radicals. Ordinary people at Armenia do not love Turks, and they have a reason for this. But, they also do not hate from Turks as you did. They do not suffer with an inferiority complex like you to feel that they are somehow superior, western nation bla bla bla. They are still the people of this region and we share many common traditions with them like food, music, daily life, etc. They are "still Armenian" but for you being Armenian is only some kind of hobbit related with Turkish hatred.

You, Diasporans are the biggest enemies of Armenians. You do not want a normalised relations with Turkey and developed Armenia because this Turkish hatred is your only identity and you do not want to lose this. You behave so selfish that even you support the fascist regimes in Armenia to boost the Turkish hatred.
