Looks like a Galaxy. I had better luck with galaxys as they are not as sensitive to things like moisture and temperature changes compared to apple.
      Hayastan or Bust.

Minister: Iran ready to provide specialists for Iran-Armenia railway construction

YEREVAN. - Iran is ready to send specialists to Armenia for the preparation of the railway construction, Armenian Minister of Transport and Communication, Gagik Beglaryan, said in the parliament Wednesday.

The Minister recalled that he has met with Iranian Vice President Eshaq Jahangiri and other high-ranking officials. “They promised to provide specialists, who will come this month. But of course, money is required for the road construction. The feasibility study of the project is already ready, and now we are looking for the means of construction,” Beglaryan noted.

The Iran-Armenia railway is planned to be build in six years, and the project cost is estimated at US$3.5 billion.

Confusing! Is it a railway, a road or a road for a railway?

That money would be better spent upgrading all of the internet connections in Armenia, upgrading the water pipes/irrigation channels, upgrading the electrical networks, and upgrading waste management, and building e-government software.

At 3.5 (B)illion $$$ I'd say it's RxR tracks and tunnels going through mountains.

That is a lot of money but then this would be a great strategic and economic asset for Armenia and Iran. The cost will be shared and it would make sense to have Iran pay for most of it as it is a much richer country.

Absolutely no need to upgrade the internet in Armenia. It's as fast as most of the western countries.
