azeris now claim Tigranakert fortress is an azeri fortress called gavur gala. google does not show any results for such a place as gavur gala.

Armenians target ancient Azerbaijani historical monument

Armenians continue their attempts to steal and falsify the rich history and culture of Azerbaijan in the lands, which they once filched from their neighbor.
The Armenian historians try to appropriate the ancient Gavur-Gala church in the occupied part of Aghdam region of Azerbaijan. Recently, they have conducted archaeological excavations in the territory of the region, trying to open the main entrance to the Gavur fortress.
The Armenian archeologists called the ancient Gavur-Gala monument as "Tigranakert Castle", although the monuments found in 1971 in an area called Gavur-Gala in Azerbaijan's Agdam has nothing to do with the Armenian culture or history.
The Gavur-Gala ancient settlement was discovered and explored by eminent Azerbaijani historian Rashid Goyushov at the end of the 20th century.
The patterns belong to the first mid centuries A.D. The Christianity was the reigning religion in Azerbaijan in ancient times, while the belief to great Goddess was also preserved as an indicator of traditional ancient Turkic faith. This three-meter stone monument exactly carries these features.
The statues, which depict a group of human figures, are one of the most original plastic art patterns discovered in Azerbaijani territory.
The figure hanging up of his hands folded on the breast, and eyes looking up to the heaven has been described in an original style. Along with elements differing the statues held in terms of style figures founded from Tovuz and Shamakhi regions of Azerbaijan, they have a lot of similarities, including resemblance in their static stance, position of hands, the size, in ethnic type, and being a long-haired.
This common style proves that these art patterns belong to Azerbaijani Turks and has no relation to Armenians.
Over the last two decades of occupation of Azerbaijani lands, Armenians could rewrite the history and manipulated the facts about the monuments, especially those belonging to ancient Albans.
The Armenians claim that ancient Caucasian Albania in the historical territories of Azerbaijan belongs to them.
Azerbaijan and Armenia fought a lengthy war that ended with the signing of a precarious cease-fire in 1994. Since then, Armenian armed forces have occupied over 20 percent of Azerbaijan's internationally recognized territory, including Nagorno-Karabakh, defying international calls and UN resolutions.
After invading Azerbaijan's territories, Armenia has been pursuing the campaign of ruining cultural and historical monuments of Azerbaijani people. The Armenians are fabricating facts about the monuments of the ancient Caucasus Albania. A variety of ancient Albanian scripts, wall designs and crosses have been replaced by Armenian attributes. A number of mosques are used as store-houses. Buildings as well as unique exhibits of the museums located in the occupied Azerbaijani lands have been either destroyed or used as a basis for new museums, with Armenians claiming that they belong to them.
The first human dwellings like the well-known Azykh and Taghlar caves, the Garakopak and Uzarliktapa burial mounds, located in the occupied territories, are being used for military purposes. Most of them have been destroyed. Cemeteries, mausoleums, monuments, mosques, temples and monuments that once belonged to Caucasus Albania and other cultural heritage sites in the occupied regions of Shusha, Lachin, Kalbajar, Gubadli, Zangilan, and Fuzuli have been destroyed along with burial mounds in Khojaly, Aghdam, Aghdara, Fuzuli and Jabrayil.
The destruction of Azerbaijani cultural monuments in the occupied territories continues to this day. The invaders are carrying out large-scale archeological excavations, destroying burial mounds.
Total damage inflicted to Azerbaijan amounts to $6.7 billion, according to approximate calculations based on the documents of 1994. The figure excludes items of intangible heritage, and it is impossible to determine the immense moral value of these destroyed, ancient and irreplaceable cultural monuments of the Azerbaijan people.
Preservation of historical and cultural monuments in the Armenia-occupied territory of Azerbaijan as memories of the nation's centuries-old history is a matter of international importance, because Azerbaijani people's cultural heritage is an integral part of the world culture.
The destruction and damaging of the historical and cultural monuments by the Armenian invaders in the occupied territories of Azerbaijan contradict the 1954 Hague convention on preservation of cultural values during armed conflicts, the 1992 European convention on preservation of archeological heritage, and the 1972 UNESCO convention on preservation of world cultural and natural heritage.

Ցեղասպանության 100-րդ տարելիցին ընդառաջ Հայաստանում «լրտեսական կրքեր» են թեժանում: Ամեն ինչ սկսվեց Ջեմալ Փաշայի թոռան հայաստանյան այցով եւ ունեցած ելույթներով: Այն մեծ աղմուկ առաջացրեց Հայաստանում՝ այն հայտարարությունների պատճառով, որ նա արել էր ցեղասպանության հրամանատարներից մեկը եղած իր պապին սպանած հայ վրիժառուների հասցեին: Ջեմալ Փաշայի թոռը մի քանի այլ հայտարարություններ էր արել, որոնք արդարացիորեն առաջացրել էին հայաստանյան հանրության վրդովմունքը:

Դրանից հետո թուրքագետ Ռուբեն Մելքոնյանը հայտարարել էր, նշելով նաեւ մի քանի կազմակերպությունների անուններ, որ Հայաստանում կան թուրքական քարոզչության գործակալներ, որոնք նպաստում են հայերի ցեղասպանության ժխտման հարցում, համաշխարհային կարծիքը մոլորեցնելու հարցում Թուրքիայի պաշտոնական քաղաքականությանը, որն առավել աշխուժանում է ցեղասպանության 100-րդ տարելիցին ընդառաջ:

Գրեթե նույն բանը դեկտեմբերի 25-ի ասուլիսում հայտարարել է ցեղասպանության թանգարան-ինստիտուտի ղեկավար, ցեղասպանության 100-րդ տարելիցի միջոցառումների պետական հանձնաժողովի քարտուղար Հայկ Դեմոյանը, ասելով, որ Հայաստանում կան թուրքական քարոզչությունը սպասարկող գործիչներ:
Փաստորեն արդեն երկու անգամ հրապարակավ հնչել է բավական կոնկրետ մեղադրանք այն մասին, որ Հայաստանում կան Թուրքիայի ուղղակի կամ անուղղակի պատվերով գործող կազմակերպություններ ու անհատներ: Այդ հայտարարությունները թերեւս բավարար կոնկրետություն են ունեցել, որպեսզի դրանցով հետաքրքրվեր ԱԱԾ-ն եւ պարզաբանում ակնկալեր դրանց հեղինակներից:

Ընդհանրապես, «լրտեսական կրքեր» բորբոքվում են անելանելիության պարագայում: Անգամ բառի բուն իմաստով լրտեսական կրքերի դեպքում: Երբ պետությունները որեւէ լրտեսի են բացահայտում, ապա նախ երեւի թե փորձում են նրան օգտագործել արդեն իրենց շահի համար եւ միայն դրա անհնարինության դեպքում են բարձրաձայնում բացահայտումն ու արտաքսում կամ դատական պատասխանատվության ենթարկում:

Հայ-թուրքական հարաբերության խնդիրը «լրտեսական կրքերի» դաշտ տեղափոխելը բխում է հենց թուրքական քարոզչության շահից: Փաստացի ստացվում է, որ Հայաստանն ասելիք եւ անելիք չունենալու պարագայում ստիպված ձեռնամուխ է լինում գործակալների, պատվեր կատարողների բացահայտման: Դա թուլության դրսեւորում է:

Ուժեղն ունենում է իր «պատվերը»: Եվ այդ իմաստով կարեւոր է, թե իսկ ի՞նչ պատվեր ունի հայ-թուրքական հարցում Հայաստանը: Պահանջատիրությունն ինքնին հասկանալի է, դա պատվեր չէ, դա յուրօրինակ իմպերատիվ է, որ չէր արող չլինել: Իսկ այդ խնդրի իրավա-քաղաքական եւ տեղեկատվա-քարոզչական արդիական սպասարկման հարցում Հայաստանն ի՞նչ «պատվեր» ունի աշխարհին, Հայաստանի հասարակությանը, Թուրքիայի հասարակությանը:

Թուրքական քարոզչության պատվերի համատեքստում մեղադրական մթնոլորտի ձեւավորումը չի փոխարինի հայկական «պատվերի» բացակայությունը: Միգուցե ներքին հանրային էֆեկտը լցնի վակուումը, բայց արտաքին ազդեցության առումով չի կարող հանդիսանալ լցնող կամ փոխարինող: Ընդ որում, հայկական «պատվերը» չպետք է լինի լոկ կլոր տարելիցի շրջանակում: Հայկական «պատվերի» հրամայականն ավելի մեծ է եւ ներառում է նաեւ աշխարհքաղաքական ներկայիս իրողությունները, Թուրքիա-Արեւուտք անվստահության եւ Ռուսաստան-Թուրքիա ռազմավարական գործընկերության աճերը, գլոբալ զարգացումները:

Աշխարհը փոխվում է, եւ հայ-թուրքական հարաբերության հարցում հայկական մոտեցումների փոփոխությունը, նոր մոտեցումների ձեւակերպումը հրամայական է, պետականության կենսունակության հրամայական: Այդ հարցում համարժեքության առայժմ թերեւս եզակի օրինակ ցուցաբերել է Կիլիկիո Արամ Առաջին կաթողիկոսը, որը Երեւանում Հայաստան-Սփյուռք համաժողովի շրջանակում հայտարարեց Թուրքիայի դեմ դատական պահանջ ներկայացնելու մասին՝ Սիսի կաթողիկոսարանն ու հարակից այլ տարածքներ Կիլիկիո կաթողիկոսարանին վերադարձնելու հայցով, հայտարարելով, թե կգնա մինչեւ մարդու իրավունքի Եվրոպական դատարան:

Թվում է, որ հայկական օրակարգը պետք է որսար պահը եւ ձեւակերպեր «պատվերը», գոնե այդ մասով: Բայց առայժմ Հայաստանում կարծես թե այլ «որս» է հասունանում:

Azerbaijan develops "lie detector" to unmask Armenia's falsifications

Azerbaijani scientists have developed a special "lie detector" to unmask Armenia's falsifications, said Fuad Akhundov, Deputy Head of the Public and Political Department at Azerbaijan's Presidential Administration.
"The recent attempts by Armenia to include Lavash in the Intangible Heritage List of UNESCO as Armenian bread, as well as its attempt to usurp Duduk as an Armenian musical instrument inspired the Azerbaijani scientists to examine into the old Armenian dictionaries. Interestingly enough, there is no trace of these words in the dictionaries" Akhundov said at a press-conference on December 25.
Akhundov added that the newly initiated project is particularly focused on the Armenian society.
He said Elshad Alili, a linguist in the Caucasian History Center, reviewed 18 ancient Armenian dictionaries but found nothing related to the words lavash and duduk which have Turkic roots.
"This comes as most ancient Turkic dictionaries contain these words since the 7th century," Akhudov noted.
"If the Armenians, as they claim, have been using those words from old time, we should find them in their dictionaries. Armenians created an Armenian-Russian dictionary in 1837 which doesn't include the words lavash and duduk. In other words, the Armenian lexicon has never owned these words," Akhundov said.
The "lie detector" will be the main instrument to stand against the mechanism of spreading of Armenia's lies, according to Akhundov.
"Armenia has added the description of Lavash in its modern dictionaries and even Wikipedia. But our linguist Alili is working on the original ancient dictionaries belonging to the 18th century," he said.
Akhundov noted that the main objective of the "lie detector" is to demonstrate the Armenian society that its government presents them a falsified history about Armenia.
He said Armenia was doing its best to prove the world that namely they are the indigenous people of the Caucasus with other nations being aliens who have borrowed the "words of Armenian origin."
"Now the modern technologies have allowed our scientists to present the truth to the world. Armenia even claims that the Georgian khachapuri belongs to the Armenian cuisine. It is enough to study the Armenian and Georgian dictionaries to see the reality," Akhundov added.
Akhundov said Azerbaijan is preparing to present the new technology even to UNSECO.
Armenia has recently appealed to the UNESCO in an effort to present Lavash as a typical example of its cuisine. However, the UNSECO passed a resolution to acknowledge it as a common heritage of several regional countries, after reconsidering the issue based on Azerbaijan's appeal.
Revealing the original root of Lavash, Kamran Imanov, Director of Azerbaijan’s Copyright Agency, said the word lavash comes from the word “ash" that means to cook and etymologically belongs to Turkic world.
The Azerbaijani literature contains basic information about Lavash by the greatest poets and writers, including Nizami Ganjavi, Mehseti Ganjavi and Xagani Shirvani.
