I just quickly browsed through the site and there are some odd links (some links bring you to the wrong photos or sites, some links just don't work). Is it possible they tinkered with it while it was hacked?

Don't think it was hacked, they're just fixing stuff.

              Website currently says:
              Ведутся технические работы.

В ближайшее время работа сайта будет восстановленна

              Maintenance.

In the near future the work site will be restored
Number of Site Visitors Increase due to Attacks on Xocali.net

Xocali.net web-site, containing archive of documents in relation to the issue of Khojaly, was attacked early on March 2.

When the site administrators started investigating who is attacking their network, they found out Baku’s IP-address 81.17.90.144 of the Bakinternet Network.

It’s worth mentioning that Xocali.net web-site, which has been put together to focus on crimes and acts of false interpretations, made by Azerbaijani media resources and various propaganda organisations, has been subjecting to attacks since the very first day of its presentation.

However, hackers intensified their attacks after the Azerbaijani media openly called to hack Xocali.net. In addition, Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister Elkhan Polukhov called the country’s society to involve in different social networks on Internet to resist the Armenians.

Any hacking into a web-site is a crime; in Azerbaijan, too.

Referring to these numerous attempts to hack the Xocali.net web-site, the “Xenophobia Prevention Initiative” makes the following statement:

“Regardless of all these attacks, information in relation to the issue of Khojaly and any additional information about falsifications of Azerbaijan will be spread throughout all available information resources.”

              About Xocali.net Project:

Xocali.net web-site, presented on February 24, is mounting a wide range of documents of relevance to the issue of the Khojaly. It investigates and brings to the world acts of crimes committed against the civil population of Khojaly village and following falsifications and disinformation. Included here are various international and Azerbaijani resources in relation to the tragic death of people.

Azerbaijan launched its second website wholly in Armenian this week (while we have zero Armenian websites in Azerbaijani) called Armenia.Az http://armenia.az/

The first one that still remains unchecked and very dangerous is Irevan-Az.com http://www.irevan-az.com/

First they spread anti-armenian propaganda in russian and english, now they're spreading it in armenian. Basically they have no clue how to retaliate for xocali.net.
