ՀՀ Զինված ուժերը բարձրացնում են իրենց մարտունակությունը

Հայաստանի զինված ուժերի մարտական պատրաստության պլանի համաձայն` շարունակվում են հոկտեմբերի 1-ից մեկնարկած ռազմավարական հրամանատարաշտաբային զորավարժությունները: Զորավարժություններին ամբողջ կազմով ընդգրկված են ՀՀ զինված ուժերը, ինչպես նաեւ ՀՀ կառավարությանն առընթեր ոստիկանության զորքերի եւ ԱԱԾ սահմանապահ զորքերի ստորաբաժանումները:

ՊՆ մամուլի ծառայությունից հայտնում են, թե զորավարժությունների ընթացքում իրականացվում են մի շարք ծավալուն միջոցառումներ, մասնավորապես` նոր կազմավորվող եւ վերակազմավորվող զորամասերի ներգրավմամբ գործողությունների իրականացումը: Այդ զորամասերի վարչակազմերի հետ անցկացվել են ներդաշնակման պարապմունքներ: Գործնականորեն ստուգվել է նաեւ ՀՀ կառավարությանն առընթեր ոստիկանության զորքերի մարտունակությունը, ինչպես նաեւ ԱԱԾ սահմանապահ զորքերի զորահամալրումը եւ միջոցառումների անկացումը` համաձայն պլանի:

Ռազմավարական հրամանատարաշտաբային զորավարժությունների ընթացքում բարձրացվում է բոլոր կարգի շտաբների պատրաստության որակը, զինված ուժերն ստանում են գործնական փորձ, դաշտային վարժվածություն, ինչպես նաեւ իրականացվում են մի շարք միջոցառումներ, որոնք ՀՀ զինված ուժերին հնարավորություններ են ընձեռնում հավուր պատշաճի կատարելու իրենց առջեւ դրված խնդիրները:

Զորավարժությունների պլանի համաձայն` փորձակվել են անօդաչու թռչող սարքերը, առաջին անգամ հակատանկային ստորաբաժանումները գործնականում կիրառել են նոր հակատանկային միջոցները, որոնք նախատեսված են հակառակորդի ակտիվ պաշտպանություն ունեցող զրահատեխնիկան խոցելու համար, մեկ անգամ եւս հստակեցվել են հրթիռային զորքերի խմբավորման եւ կիրառման հարցերը

Իրականացվել են կենտրոնական ենթակայության զորամասերի հետ կապված մի շարք միջոցառումներ, մասնավորապես` արագ զորաշարժերի իրականացումը, բարդ, փոփոխվող իրավիճակում ծագող առանձին խնդիրների լուծումը: Առաջին անգամ հակաօդային պաշտպանության զորքերն ամբողջ ծավալով իրականացրել են բարդ մարտավարական հնարքներ` հաշվի առնելով հավանական հակառակորդի ավիացիայի քանակական աճը:

ՀՀ զինված ուժերի կազմավորման օրվանից անցկացվել են բազմաթիվ զորավարժություններ: Հատկապես վերջին տարիներին անցկացված օպերատիվ մարտավարական, ինչպես նաեւ ռազմավարական հրամանատարաշտաբային զորավարժությունները վկայում են, որ ՀՀ զինված ուժերը բարձրացնում են մարտունակությունը եւ պատրաստ են կատարել իրենց առջեւ դրված բոլոր խնդիրները:

Armenian militaries are involved in military-educational program of NATO

YEREVAN, OCTOBER 9, ARMENPRESS. It is very important for Armenia to participate in military-educational programs undertaken by NATO. This was announced by press secretary of Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Armenia Artsrun Hovhannisyan, who added that NATO has already realized different military-educational programs, where Armenia plays an active role. There are some programs that are realized rightly under the command of its own Armed Forces Headquarters and within the jurisdiction of its staff. There are also some programs that are supported financially by NATO or a NATO member country takes up realization of a military-educational program.

Hovhannissyan said that Armenia closely cooperates with foreign military educational institutions of different countries such as USA, Germany, Italy, Greece etc... Professional growth of the officers undergoing these programs is self-evident. He put a strong emphasis on a fact that our military forces went, go and surely will go to foreign higher military educational institutions.

Regarding our question what our military forces gain from that programs press secretary of Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Armenia said, that all these programs are important not solely form the linguistic viewpoint, but also commandment classes and military specializations.

Armenia participates in CSTO military drills in Kazakhstan

Armenia is participating in the CSTO “Unbreakable Brotherhood 2012” military drills held in Kazakhstan.

The exercises are carried out in accordance with the plan for the current year, Armenian Defense Ministry reported. The main theme is preparation and implementation of events to maintain peace.

Military drill have brought together about 950 troops, up to 70 vehicles, 35 armored vehicles and four Mi-17aircrafts. Armenia is represented by 30 peacekeepers.

Armenia’s Armed Forces raise combat-readiness level

YEREVAN. – The Armenian Armed Forces’ strategic command post exercises are still in progress.

Several extensive measures, specifically operations by newly formed and transforming military units, are carried out during the drills. Also, the combat-readiness of the police forces and the reinforcement of National Security Service Border Troops have been inspected, MOD press service informs.

The quality of readiness by all kind of headquarters is being raised during the exercises. Unmanned aerial vehicles are tested, new anti-tank measures are applied, and the grouping and use of missile troops are clarified. The air defense troops have carried out complex tactical techniques.

Armenia’s Armed Forces continually raise the level of their combat-readiness, ever since their formation, and are ready to fulfill all the tasks set before them.

Ադրբեջանական օդանավերը օգտվո՞ւմ են «Ստեփանակերտ» օդանավակայանի նավիգացիոն սարքավորումների ծառայությունից

«Ստեփանակերտ» օդանավակայանը շահագործման հանձնելու տեղեկատվության վերաբերյալ որոշ մտորումներից հետո Ադրբեջանը որոշել է վախեցնել «TALYES» ընկերությանը, որը ղարաբաղյան կողմին ապահովել է սարքավորումներով:

Ինչպես հաղորդում է ադրբեջանական ԱՊԱ գործակալությունը, Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ ներկայացուցիչ Էլման Աբդուլաեւը լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասել է, որ մի շարք օտարերկրյա ընկերություններ համագործակցում են Հայաստանի հետ` օդանավակայանը սարաքավորումներով հագեցնելու գործընթացում: «Այդ ընկերությունների թվում է նաեւ «TALYES»-ը: Ադրբեջանական կողմը կապ է պահպանում այդ ընկերության հետ եւ պահանջել է անհապաղ դադարեցնել համագործակցությունը:

Եթե դա տեղի չունենա, Ադրբեջանը համապատասխան քայլեր կձեռնարկի»,-ասել է նա:Մեկնաբանություն ստանալու համար NEWS.am-ը դիմեց ԼՂՀ քաղավիացիայի վարչության պետ Դմիտրի Ադբաշյանին: «Այո, Ստեփանակերտի օդանվակայանում նշված ընկերության նավիգացիոն սարքավորումներն են տեղադրված: DVOR/DME սարքավորումը տեղադրվել է 2010 թ-ին»,-հայտնեց նա: Ավելին, ըստ Ադբաշյանի, նշված սարքավորումը կոչված է ծառայելու ոչ միայն Ստեփանակերտի օդանավակայանին: «Այն վաղուց է գործում»,-ճշտեց վարչության պետը: Դրանից օգտվում են Հայաստանի օդային միջանցքի վրայով թռչող օտարերկրյա օդանավերը: Կարող են օգտվել նաեւ ԼՂՀ սահմանի մոտով Բաքու թռչող ինքնաթիռները:Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ ներկայացուցչի «տեղեկացվածությունը» զարմանքի չի առաջացնում, որը մեծ «նորություն» է փորձում ներկայացնել ոչ առաջին տարին գործող սարքավորման առկայությունը: Իսկ բոլորին շանտաժի ենթարկելու փորձերը, ովքեր «կհամարձակվեն» համագործակցել Հայաստանի եւ ԼՂՀ-ի հետ, արդեն զավեշտալի է դառնում:

Armenian Special Services Expose Azerbaijan’s ‘Provocateur’



Armenia’s special services have reported a botched attempt by a “provocateur” to get the country embroiled in a spy row with neighboring Azerbaijan amid mounting tensions between the two South Caucasus republics.

In a statement released on Wednesday the National Security Service (NSS) said Zamirzhon Otazhonov, a 33-year-old citizen of Uzbekistan, an ethnic Tajik, turned to Armenia’s law-enforcement authorities on September 24 offering his services to carry out “an act of terrorism” in the Azerbaijani capital of Baku in exchange for a payment of $20,000.

Otazhonov, according to the statement, said earlier this year he worked for an Azerbaijani construction company that refused to pay him his salary, which made him feel “hatred” towards Azeris.

The NSS said its “operative-investigative measures” had exposed Otazhonov as an agent acting on the instructions of Azerbaijani special services and qualified his actions as “provocation”. It added that Otazhonov had been deported from Armenia.

“By its actions the Azerbaijani side sought to present Armenia as a sponsor of terrorism,” the NSS said.

The statement by the Armenian successor of the Soviet KGB also alleged that by sending an agent to Armenia Azerbaijan attempted to provoke a high-profile espionage scandal to “soften” the backlash over the case of Ramil Safarov, an Azerbaijani murderer of an Armenian who was handed over to Azerbaijan by Hungary several weeks ago.

Before his controversial extradition on August 31, Azerbaijani army officer Safarov had been serving a life sentence in a Hungarian jail for hacking to death a fellow Armenian student at NATO-sponsored English language courses in Budapest in 2004. He was supposed to continue to serve his sentence for at least another 22 years even after being handed over to authorities in Baku. The 35-year-old confessed axe-killer, however, was pardoned by a presidential decree shortly after repatriation. He was also promoted to the rank of major, given a house and eight years’ worth of back-pay.

Armenia reacted to the development by suspending diplomatic ties with Hungary and accusing Azerbaijan of propagating hatred towards Armenians. Official Yerevan said the move by Baku had complicated the internationally mediated efforts to find a peaceful solution to the protracted conflict over Nagorno-Karabakh.

Azerbaijan, in turn, alleged that Armenia and ‘clandestine Armenian groups’ had been plotting a ‘nemesis’ attack against Safarov, who has not been seen in public since his release and reportedly has security personnel around him 24 hours a day.

Azerbaijan has not yet reacted to the announcement by Armenia’s NSS.
