Forum Rules (Everyone Must Read!!!)

1] What you CAN NOT post.

You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this forum to post any material which is:
- abusive
- vulgar
- hateful
- harassing
- personal attacks
- obscene

You also may not:
- post images that are too large (max is 500*500px)
- post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or cited properly.
- post in UPPER CASE, which is considered yelling
- post messages which insult the Armenians, Armenian culture, traditions, etc
- post racist or other intentionally insensitive material that insults or attacks another culture (including Turks)

The Ankap thread is excluded from the strict rules because that place is more relaxed and you can vent and engage in light insults and humor. Notice it's not a blank ticket, but just a place to vent. If you go into the Ankap thread, you enter at your own risk of being clowned on.
What you PROBABLY SHOULD NOT post...
Do not post information that you will regret putting out in public. This site comes up on Google, is cached, and all of that, so be aware of that as you post. Do not ask the staff to go through and delete things that you regret making available on the web for all to see because we will not do it. Think before you post!


2] Use descriptive subject lines & research your post. This means use the SEARCH.

This reduces the chances of double-posting and it also makes it easier for people to see what they do/don't want to read. Using the search function will identify existing threads on the topic so we do not have multiple threads on the same topic.

3] Keep the focus.

Each forum has a focus on a certain topic. Questions outside the scope of a certain forum will either be moved to the appropriate forum, closed, or simply be deleted. Please post your topic in the most appropriate forum. Users that keep doing this will be warned, then banned.

4] Behave as you would in a public location.

This forum is no different than a public place. Behave yourself and act like a decent human being (i.e. be respectful). If you're unable to do so, you're not welcome here and will be made to leave.

5] Respect the authority of moderators/admins.

Public discussions of moderator/admin actions are not allowed on the forum. It is also prohibited to protest moderator actions in titles, avatars, and signatures. If you don't like something that a moderator did, PM or email the moderator and try your best to resolve the problem or difference in private.

                  Ադրբեջանի բանակում հոկտեմբերի 19-ին հերթական միջադեպն է եղել:

                  Ինչպես հաղորդում է apa-ն, 18-ամյա Ալիյար Արիֆ օղլու Զուլֆուղարովը զոհվել է իրեն ամրակցված հաշվեցուցակային զենքի կրակոցից: Փաստի առիթով քրգործ է հարուցվել: Ալիյար Զուլֆուղարովը զորակոչվել էր այս տարվա ապրիլին Իսմայիլինյան շրջանից:

                  Ադրբեջանի բանակում միջադեպերը պարբերական բնույթ են կրում, ամեն շաբաթ զինծառայողների մահվան մասին տեղեկություններ են ստացվում: Բոլոր դեպքերը ներկայացվում են որպես «դժբախտ միջադեպ» կամ «հակառակորդի գնդակից մահ»:

                  Հայաստանում անցկացվող հրամանա-շտաբային վարժանքները հերթական քայլն են՝ ուղղված Զինված ուժերի մարտունակության բարձրացմանը: Այս մասին այսօր՝ հոկտեմբերի 10-ին, մամուլի ասուլիսում նշեց ռազմական հոգեբան Դավիթ Ջամալյանը: «Բանակն ու հասարակությունը պետք է պատրաստ լինեն պատերազմին, եթե ուզում են խուսափել դրանից»,-ընդգծեց նա:

                  Անդրադառնալով խոճապային լուրերին, թե վարժանքներն անցկացվում են ԼՂ հակամարտության գոտում իրավիճակի լարվածության պատճառով, Ջամալյանը նշեց, որ վարժանքներն ընթանում են արդեն երկու շաբաթ եւ մի քանի օրից կավարտվեն: «Ինչպես տեսնում ենք, լարվածություն չկա: Ամեն ինչ սովորականի նման է»,-ամփոփեց նա:

                  Նա նշեց, որ շուտով Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում տեղի կունենան մարտավարական վարժանքներ, որոնց ընթացքում անձնակազմը ունակություններ ձեռք կբերի նոր սպառազինությունների հետ կապված: «ԼՂՀ պաշտպանության բանակը մշտապես համալրվում է սպառազինություններով»,-ասաց Ջամալյանը, հտակեցնելով, որ այս անգամ խոսքը հակատանկային սարքավորումների մասին է:

                  Նրա խոսքով, Ադրբեջանի կողմից տեղեկատվական մանիպուլյացիաներին դիմակայելու համար անհրաժեշտ է ՊՆ-ի, լրատվամիջոցների եւ հասարակական կազմակերպությունների համատեղ աշխատանքը: «Մենք պետք է հպարտանանք ձեռքբերումներով եւ բարձրաձայն հաղորդենք այդ մասին»,-ամփոփեց նա:

                  Ուկրաինան առաջարկել է Ադրբեջանին համագործակցել ուղղաթիռների արտադրության ծրագրում: Այդօրինակ ծրագրերից մեկը Մի-24ՊՈւ1 ռազմական նոր ուղղաթիռի արտադրության նախագիծն է՝ Մի-24 ուղղաթիռի բազայի հիման վրա: Մեկ այլ ծրագիր իր մեջ ներառում է բազմաֆուկցիոնալ Մի-8ՄԲՍ ուղղաթիռների արտադրությունն է:

                  Երկու ծրագրերի հետ կապված Ուկրաինայի համապատասխան կառույցները տեղեկատվություն են տրաբադրել ադրբեջանական կողմին, անցկացվել են նախնական բանակցություններ: Ներկայումս Ուկրաինան սպասում է Ադրբեջանի պատասխանին, հաղորդում է apa-ն՝ վկայակոչելով իր զինվորական աղբյուրները:

                  Մի-24ՊՈւ1 ռազմական ուղղաթիռի փորձարկումներն սկսվել են այս տարվա ամռանը: Մի-24ՊՈւ1 ուղղաթիռը, որը Մի-24 ուղղաթիռի ուժեղ մոդիֆիկացված տարբերակն է, նախատեսված է բարձլեռնային տարածքներում մարտերի համար: Ուղղաթիռի փորձարկումներն ավարտվել են օրեր առաջ: Դրանք նախատեսված են հիմնականում անձնակազմի տեղափոխման եւ վիրավորների տարհանման համար:

                    Known that Armenian army uses in Nagorno Karabakh military equipment purchased from Japan


                    Baku. Rashad Suleymanov - APA. Tank transporters purchased from Japan were used in the military exercises carried out by Armenian Armed Forces in Nagorno Karabakh. APA reports that the photos of the military equipment have been posted on the website of Russian Centre for Analysis of Strategies and Technologies (CAST).

                    Photo reporting prepared by deputy director of CAST Konstantin Makienko in Karabakh shows that the units of Armenian army in Karabakh and military units of the separatist regime possess tank transporters produced by Hino company of Japan. Nothing is known about the date of purchase of the military vehicles. Armenians mainly use them to carry armored vehicles.

                    These facts once more prove that the military equipment sold by foreign countries to Armenia is sent to Nagorno Karabakh separatists. Earlier - the parade held in Khankendi in May, 2012, revealed that the "army" of Karabakh possesses M93 Black Arrow sniper rifle, which was sold to Armenia by Serbia in 2007.

                    Tokyo has announced that it does not sell military products to the conflicting countries, including Azerbaijan and Armenia. But it turns out that Japan doesn’t adhere to this statement and sells military vehicles to Armenia, which has occupied Azerbaijan’s territories.

                      Հայաստանում ռուսական ռազմաբազայի հետախույզները ուսումնավարժանքի ժամանակ հայտնաբերել եւ նվաճել են պայմանական հակառակորդի հրամանատարական կետը:

                      «Հետախույզները պետք է հայտնաբերեին եւ ոչնչացնեին պայմանական հակառկորդի թիկունքի հրամանատարական կետը: Մասնավորապես, նրանք իրականացրել են քողարկված հրամանատարական կետի նվաճում, որը գտնվում է այսպես կոչված Մեծ բերդի (Գյումրի քաղաք) ամրացված ճակատներից մեկում »,-ՌԻԱ Նովոստիին հայտնել է ՌԴ Հարավային ռազմական շրջանի մամուլի խոսնակ Իգոր Գորբուլը:

                      Նրա խոսքով, իրենց առջեւ դրված հանձնարարությունների կատարման ժամանակ ստորաբաժանումները վայրէջք են կատարել ուղղաթիռից եւ պահպանելով քողարկումը, լեռնանտառային վայրերով բարձրացել են զորավարժությունների անցկացման վայր:

                      Գորբուլը հայտնել է, որ 2012 թ-ի ուսումնական տարվա ստուգման շրջանակներում իրականացված ուսումնավարժանքներին մասնակցել են մոտ 100 հետախույզներ, ինչպես նաեւ 20 միավոր մարտական եւ հատուկ տեխնիկա:

                      Զինվորները մշակել են քաղաքային պայմաններում` լեռնային տարածքում հետախուզա-որոնողական գոծողությունների հմտությունները:
