Forum Rules (Everyone Must Read!!!)

1] What you CAN NOT post.

You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this forum to post any material which is:
- abusive
- vulgar
- hateful
- harassing
- personal attacks
- obscene

You also may not:
- post images that are too large (max is 500*500px)
- post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or cited properly.
- post in UPPER CASE, which is considered yelling
- post messages which insult the Armenians, Armenian culture, traditions, etc
- post racist or other intentionally insensitive material that insults or attacks another culture (including Turks)

The Ankap thread is excluded from the strict rules because that place is more relaxed and you can vent and engage in light insults and humor. Notice it's not a blank ticket, but just a place to vent. If you go into the Ankap thread, you enter at your own risk of being clowned on.
What you PROBABLY SHOULD NOT post...
Do not post information that you will regret putting out in public. This site comes up on Google, is cached, and all of that, so be aware of that as you post. Do not ask the staff to go through and delete things that you regret making available on the web for all to see because we will not do it. Think before you post!


2] Use descriptive subject lines & research your post. This means use the SEARCH.

This reduces the chances of double-posting and it also makes it easier for people to see what they do/don't want to read. Using the search function will identify existing threads on the topic so we do not have multiple threads on the same topic.

3] Keep the focus.

Each forum has a focus on a certain topic. Questions outside the scope of a certain forum will either be moved to the appropriate forum, closed, or simply be deleted. Please post your topic in the most appropriate forum. Users that keep doing this will be warned, then banned.

4] Behave as you would in a public location.

This forum is no different than a public place. Behave yourself and act like a decent human being (i.e. be respectful). If you're unable to do so, you're not welcome here and will be made to leave.

5] Respect the authority of moderators/admins.

Public discussions of moderator/admin actions are not allowed on the forum. It is also prohibited to protest moderator actions in titles, avatars, and signatures. If you don't like something that a moderator did, PM or email the moderator and try your best to resolve the problem or difference in private.

6] Promotion of sites or products is not permitted.

Advertisements are not allowed in this venue. No blatant advertising or solicitations of or for business is prohibited.
This includes, but not limited to, personal resumes and links to products or
services with which the poster is affiliated, whether or not a fee is charged
for the product or service. Spamming, in which a user posts the same message repeatedly, is also prohibited.

    Արցախի ռազմական ուսումնարանը լինելու է ամենաժամանակակիցը ԱՊՀ-ում: Այս մասին հաղորդագրություն է տարածել «Արցախում Սուվորովի եւ Մադաթովի անվան ռազմական ուսումնարան» ծրագրի իրականացման կոմիտեի մամուլի կենտրոնը:

    Հաղորդագրությունում նաեւ ասվում է.

    «Արցախի անվտանգության ապահովման միջոցառումների շրջանակներում շարունակվում են հայազգի լեգենդար զորավարներ Ա.Սուվորովի եւ Վ.Մադաթովի անվան ռազմական ուսումնարանի կառուցման աշխատանքները: Ուսումնարանի ապագա սաները զինվորական կրթություն կստանան դպրոցահասակ տարիքից: Նման ուսումնարանների փորձ կա Ռուսաստանում, ինչպես նաեւ Ֆրանսիայում ու ԱՄՆ-ում: Սուվորովի եւ Մադաթովի անվան ռազմական ուսումնարանը համապատասխանելու է բոլոր արդիական միջազգային նորմերին ու չափանիշներին՝ արժանիորեն համարվելով ամենաժամանակակիցը ԱՊՀ տարածքում: Նախագծի համաձայն, ռազմական ու կենցաղային մասնաշենքերից բացի, ուսումնարանը կունենա հանդիսությունների մեծ սրահ, ֆուտբոլի դաշտ տրիբունաներով, հարթակներ բռնցքամարտի, ըմբշամարտի ու ծանրամարտի համար, բասկետբոլի, վոլեյբոլի դաշտեր եւ թենիսի հարթակ, ինչպես նաեւ մրգատու այգի ու ծաղկանոց:

    Հաշվի առնելով ցուցաբերված հետաքրքրությունն ու ստացված հայտերը, ուսումնարան ընդհանուր հիմունքներով ընդունվելու իրավունք կունենան ազգությամբ լեզգինները, թալիշները, ավարները, ցախուրներն ու թաթերը:

    Ձեր ուշադրությանն ենք ներկայացնում ապագա ուսումնարանի մասին պատմող տեսաֆիլմ»:

      Ադրբեջանական լրատվամիջոցները հունվարի 29-ին հայտնում են Սիրիայում սպանված հերթական ադրբեջանցի զինյալի մասին, որը Շեքիի շրջանի բնակիչ էր։ Այնուհանդերձ, նույն անունով զինյալի մահվան վերաբերյալ նյութ էր հրապարակվել դեռևս 2013-ի ապրիլի սկզբին։
      «Զուբեյր Ազերի» մականունով ադրբեջանցի զինյալը

      «Զուբեյր Ազերի» մականունով ադրբեջանցի զինյալը

      Ադրբեջանական ԱՊԱ լրատվական գործակալությունը, հղում տալով «մոջահեդների» կայքերին՝ առանց դրանց անունները հիշատակելու, գրում է, որ «Զուբեյր Ազերի» (Zübeyr Azəri) մականունով ադրբեջանցի զինյալն օրերս սպանվել է Սիրիայում Բաշար Ասադի համախոհ ուժերի դեմ մարտերում։ Նյութին կից ներկայացված է սպանվածի լուսանկարը։

      Նկատենք, որ դեռևս 2013-ի ապրիլին ադրբեջանական ANSpress լրատվական գործակալությունը հաղորդել էր Աբու անունով «Զուբեյր Ազերի» մականունը կրող (Əbu Zübeyr Azəri) ադրբեջանցի զինյալի սպանության վերաբերյալ։ Ամենայն հավանականությամբ, խոսքը նույն անձի մասին է, հատկապես որ ԱՊԱ-ն վերջին շրջանում նոր է սկսել նյութեր հրապարակել 2013-ի ընթացքում սպանված ադրբեջանցի զինյալների մասին։

      Սիրիայում կռվող ադրբեջանցի զինյալների խնդիրն արդեն իսկ լուրջ է. եթե իշխանությունները 2013-ի սկզբին փորձում էին կոծկել այն, ապա այժմ դա անհնար է դարձել։

      Սիրիա մեկնելուն դեմ ուղղված կոչերով պարբերաբար հանդես են գալիս ադրբեջանցի պատգամավորներ, հասարակական, քաղաքական, կրոնական գործիչներ, համապատասխան կառույցներ։ Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ-ն օրերս պաշտոնական հաղորդագրություն էր տարածել սույն թեմայով՝ այնուհանդերձ չհաստատելով ու չհերքելով, որ սպանվածներն ադրբեջանցիներ են։

        Հունվարի 29-ին ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանն ընդունել է Հայաստանում Իտալիայի նորանշանակ արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Ջովաննի Ռիչուլիին և նորանշանակ ռազմական կցորդ, գեներալ-մայոր Ջովաննի Արմենտանիին (նստավայրը` քաղաք Մոսկվա):
        Սեյրան Օհանյանն ընդունել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում Իտալիայի Հանրապետության նորանշանակ արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան

        Սեյրան Օհանյանն ընդունել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում Իտալիայի Հանրապետության նորանշանակ արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան

        Պաշտպանության նախարարը շնորհավորեց դեսպանին և ռազմական կցորդին նշանակումների կապակցությամբ` հույս հայտնելով, որ հայ-իտալական ռազմական համագործակցությունը կշարունակի մոտ ապագայում նոր ձեռքբերումներ գրանցել։

        Ակնկալվում է ՄԱԿ-ի ՅՈւՆԻՖԻԼ խաղաղապահ առաքելության կազմում իտալական զորախմբի կազմում Լիբանան գործուղել մեկ հայկական դասակ, ինչի կապակցությամբ ստացվել է ՄԱԿ-ի համաձայնությունը, իսկ իտալական կողմի հետ առաքելության մանրամասները համաձայնեցման վերջնական փուլում են։

        Իտալական կողմը նշեց, որ Իտալիայի զինված ուժերում տեղյակ են հայ խաղաղապահների մասնագիտական պատրաստվածության և փորձի մասին և ակնկալում են համատեղ առաքլությունը սկսել մոտ ապագայում: Այս առաքելությունը նոր խթան կհանդիսանա այլ ոլորտներում երկկողմ համագործակցության զարգացման համար:

        Հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվեցին փոխադարձ հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող այլ հարցեր:

            Armenian and Georgian defense ministries sign cooperation program for 2014

            YEREVAN. – A Georgian delegation headed by Deputy Defense Minister Mikheil Darchiashvili arrived on a visit to Armenia on January 28-29.

            The delegation participated in the events dedicated to the 22nd anniversary of the Armenian Armed Forces.

            During the trip, Mikheil Darchiashvili met with his Armenian Deputy Defense Minister Davit Tonoyan and Defense Ministr Seyran Ohanyan. The sides discussed the opportunities to expand the existing level of cooperation and touched upon prospects of cooperation.

            The sides signed a program of military cooperation for 2014 between Armenian and Georgian defense ministries. The program involves mutual visits of delegations, cooperation and exchange of experience.

                  Many schools have pre conscription military training to ease them when entering the army environment.
                  Politics is not about the pursuit of morality nor what's right or wrong
                  Its about self interest at personal and national level often at odds with the above.
                  Great politicians pursue the National interest and small politicians personal interests
