Forum Rules (Everyone Must Read!!!)

1] What you CAN NOT post.

You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this forum to post any material which is:
- abusive
- vulgar
- hateful
- harassing
- personal attacks
- obscene

You also may not:
- post images that are too large (max is 500*500px)
- post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or cited properly.
- post in UPPER CASE, which is considered yelling
- post messages which insult the Armenians, Armenian culture, traditions, etc
- post racist or other intentionally insensitive material that insults or attacks another culture (including Turks)

The Ankap thread is excluded from the strict rules because that place is more relaxed and you can vent and engage in light insults and humor. Notice it's not a blank ticket, but just a place to vent. If you go into the Ankap thread, you enter at your own risk of being clowned on.
What you PROBABLY SHOULD NOT post...
Do not post information that you will regret putting out in public. This site comes up on Google, is cached, and all of that, so be aware of that as you post. Do not ask the staff to go through and delete things that you regret making available on the web for all to see because we will not do it. Think before you post!


2] Use descriptive subject lines & research your post. This means use the SEARCH.

This reduces the chances of double-posting and it also makes it easier for people to see what they do/don't want to read. Using the search function will identify existing threads on the topic so we do not have multiple threads on the same topic.

3] Keep the focus.

Each forum has a focus on a certain topic. Questions outside the scope of a certain forum will either be moved to the appropriate forum, closed, or simply be deleted. Please post your topic in the most appropriate forum. Users that keep doing this will be warned, then banned.

4] Behave as you would in a public location.

This forum is no different than a public place. Behave yourself and act like a decent human being (i.e. be respectful). If you're unable to do so, you're not welcome here and will be made to leave.

5] Respect the authority of moderators/admins.

Public discussions of moderator/admin actions are not allowed on the forum. It is also prohibited to protest moderator actions in titles, avatars, and signatures. If you don't like something that a moderator did, PM or email the moderator and try your best to resolve the problem or difference in private.

6] Promotion of sites or products is not permitted.

    Ադրբեջանական լրատվակայքերում տեղեկություններ են հրապարակվել Սիրիայում իսլամիստական «ալ Նուսրայի ճակատ» խմբավորման սպանված ևս երկու զինյալների, ինչպես նաև ենթադրաբար Բաշար Ասադի համախոհների շարքերում մարտնչող 8 սպանված ադրբեջանցիների մասին։

    «Ֆարիզ» անունով ադրբեջանցի զինյալը
    2014-ի հունվարի սկզբից ի վեր Սիրիայում սպանված ադրբեջանցի զինյալների վերաբերյալ հաղորդագրություններն ադրբեջանական լրահոսի անբաժան մաս են դարձել, սակայն Ասադի կողմնակիցների շարքերում կռվող ադրբեջանցիների անուններ հրապարակվում են թերևս առաջին անգամ։

    Զինյալների մասին տեղեկացնում է ադրբեջանական ԱՊԱ լրատվական գործակալությունը։ Ըստ աղբյուրի՝ նրանք երկուսն էլ Սումգայիթ քաղաքի բնակիչներ են։

    Մեկի անունը Ֆիրազ է, համացանցում հայտնվել են նրա լուսանկարների կյանքի օրոք և սպանված վիճակում։ Սպանված երկրորդ զինյալի մականունը «Զիքո» է։

    Այլ տվյալներ այս պահի դրությամբ հայտնի չեն։

    Համաձայն ադրբեջանական avropa.info լրատվակայքի՝ իրենց խմբագրություն էլեկտրոնային նամակ են ուղարկել, որտեղ ամփոփված են Բաշար Ասադի կողմնակիցների շարքերում կռվող շիա ադրբեջանցիների անուններ։ Նրանք թվով 8-ն են՝ Ջոշքուն Հեյդարով, Ազադ Մուսթաֆաև, Ռուսթեմ Միրաբասով, Աղարեհիմ Քերիմով, Ջավադաղա Գուրբանով, Քեհրեմեն Հեշիմով, Ֆերիդ Թուրաբով, Էլմիր Գազիև։

    Նկատենք, որ այս տեղեկության միակ աղբյուրն այս պահին սույն կայքն է, ուստի դրա իսկությունը ստուգելը բարդ է։ Մի կողմից, այն իրականությանը մոտ է, լեզգիների կրոնական համայնքների ներկայացուցիչները մի քանի անգամ ակնարկել են այս մասին, բայց մյուս կողմից էլ՝ չի բացառվում՝ փորձ է մեղմելու իսլամիստների դեմ Ադրբեջանում ծայր առած դժգոհությունները, հավասարակշռելու իրավիճակը՝ ցույց տալով, որ ադրբեջանցիները չունեն հստակ հակաասադական կողմնորոշում Սիրիայի հարցում։

    Հարկ է նշել նաև, որ Ադրբեջանում արդեն իսկ սկիզբ է առել Թուրքիայի դերն այս խնդրում հիշատակելու միտումը։ Ադրբեջանական Anspress լրատվակայքին տված հարցազրույցում Սիրիա մեկնած ադրբեջանցի զինյալներից մեկի հայրն ուղիղ մեղադրանքներ է հղում Թուրքիային, որն «անհրաժեշտ վերահսկողություն չունի սահմանին, քանի որ իրեն ձեռնտու է ադրբեջանցի զինյալների հոսքը դեպի Սիրիայի հակաասադական խմբավորումներ»։

              Փետրվարի 6-ին Սիրիայի զինյալների խմբավորումները գրոհել են Հալեպ քաղաքի կալանավայրի վրա։ Մարտերում սպանվել է ադրբեջանցի զինյալների հրամանատարներից մեկը, չեչեն գրոհային Սեյֆուլլահ Շիշանին։

              Ադրբեջանական news.lent.az լրատվակայքը, հղում անելով Kavkaz Center գործակալության թվիթերյան գրառմանը, ներկայացնում է սպանված զինյալի լուսանկարը՝ հավելելով, որ նրա հրամանատարության ներքո Հալեպում ադրբեջանցիներ էին կռվում։

                Փետրվարի 6-ին ադրբեջանական կողմի վարկածով «հայկական գնդակից» առաջնագծում սպանվել է Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերի պայմանագրային զինծառայող Էշգին Ֆիրադին օղլու Գուլիևը։

                Ադրբեջանի պաշպանության նախարարության մամուլի ծառայությունը հաստատել է տեղեկությունը՝ հավելելով, որ զինծառայողի մահվան պատճառը «հայ դիպուկահարի կրակոցն է»։

                Հայտնի է նաև, որ Ադրբեջանի պաշտպանության նախարար Զաքիր Հասանովը Գուլիևին հետմահու պարգևատրել է «Գերազանց ծառայության համար» 3-րդ աստիճանի մեդալով։

                Նշենք, որ սա 2014-ի սկզբից մինչ օրս Ադրբեջանի ՊՆ հայտարարած երրորդ մարտական զոհն է։

                    PanARMENIAN.Net - Azeri media have been circulating reports claiming “serviceman Eshgin Guliyev was killed Jan 6 on the frontline in Armenian sniper attack.” Guliyev was posthumously awarded with the medal for distinguished military service of the third degree for personal valor on duty.
                    Armenian defense ministry refuted the claim, dismissing it as false. As the defense ministry spokesman Artsrun Hovhannisyan noted, no increase in ceasefire violation instances was noted, with Azeri violations having become a customary occurrence.
                    Recently, the perished, injured or missing soldiers, who, in all probability, fell victim to Baku’s botched diversion attempts, have been resurfacing in Azerbaijan. Thus, Captain of the Azerbaijani armed forces Elnur Jafarov was reported killed, while a number of servicemen were claimed to have been injured as a result of negligent use of firearms or have gone missing. The Co-chairs (Ambassadors Igor Popov of the Russian Federation, Jacques Faure of France, and James Warlick of the United States of America) and the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office, Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk, traveled to Baku and Yerevan Feb 4-5. In Baku, the Co-chairs met with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, and in Yerevan they met with Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan. In both capitals, they had consultations with the Ministers of Foreign Affairs and Defense. In their talks, the Co-chairs reiterated their deep concern over the recent escalation on the Line of Contact and the border, and called on the sides to exercise restraint in their actions and rhetoric. The sides stated their intention to strengthen observance of the ceasefire and avoid further escalation, particularly in light of the upcoming Olympic Games in Sochi.
                    In late January, a Nagorno Karabakh army soldier, Karen Galstyan, aged 20, sustained a deadly injury in a sniper attack at the northern direction of the line of contact with the Azerbaijani armed forces.
                    Simultaneous attempts of penetration by the Azerbaijani subversive groups were recorded on Jan 19-20 in the north-eastern (Jraberd) and south-eastern (Korgan) directions of the line of contact. The front units of the armed forces of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic noticed the actions of the Azerbaijani subversive groups and started an organized defense in both directions. The rival was thrown back suffering palpable human and material losses. Junior Sergeant Armen Hovhannisyan died from the wounds he received during the exchange of fire in the north-eastern direction.
                    Also, as a result of the continuous firing from the Azerbaijani side, a 16-year-old girl was wounded in her leg on Thursday, Jan 23 night in Aygepar village of Armenia’s Tavush province. Intensive fire was registered in the direction of Armenian border villages of Nerkin Karmraghbyur, Aygepar, Chinari and Movses, RA Defense Ministry spokesman Artsrun Hovhannisyan told PanARMENIAN.Net
                    The injured girl underwent a surgery in the hospital of Berd town and later discharged, according to Ankakh.com.
                    “The Azeris fired upon houses, roofs. Now the firing has stopped,” one of Aygepar residents told Razm.info.
                    According to Nerkin Karmraghbyur’s page on Facebook, the firing ceased at about 5 am Friday. No one was injured; roofs of some houses were damaged.
                    Earlier, village administration head Manvel Kamendatyan said that the electricity was turned off to avoid ignition.
                    Meanwhile, Azeri media outlets spread reports alleging that a woman was wounded by Armenians. However, no official comments followed.
                    General Antranik (1865-1927): “I am not a nationalist. I recognize only one nation, the nation of the oppressed.”
