- personal attacks
- obscene

You also may not:
- post images that are too large (max is 500*500px)

- post in UPPER CASE, which is considered yelling

- post racist or other intentionally insensitive material that insults or attacks another culture (including Turks)

The Ankap thread is excluded from the strict rules because that place is more relaxed and you can vent and engage in light insults and humor. Notice it's not a blank ticket, but just a place to vent. If you go into the Ankap thread, you enter at your own risk of being clowned on.
What you PROBABLY SHOULD NOT post...
Do not post information that you will regret putting out in public. This site comes up on Google, is cached, and all of that, so be aware of that as you post. Do not ask the staff to go through and delete things that you regret making available on the web for all to see because we will not do it. Think before you post!

2] Use descriptive subject lines & research your post. This means use the SEARCH.

This reduces the chances of double-posting and it also makes it easier for people to see what they do/don't want to read. Using the search function will identify existing threads on the topic so we do not have multiple threads on the same topic.

3] Keep the focus.

Each forum has a focus on a certain topic. Questions outside the scope of a certain forum will either be moved to the appropriate forum, closed, or simply be deleted. Please post your topic in the most appropriate forum. Users that keep doing this will be warned, then banned.

4] Behave as you would in a public location.

This forum is no different than a public place. Behave yourself and act like a decent human being (i.e. be respectful). If you're unable to do so, you're not welcome here and will be made to leave.

5] Respect the authority of moderators/admins.

Public discussions of moderator/admin actions are not allowed on the forum. It is also prohibited to protest moderator actions in titles, avatars, and signatures. If you don't like something that a moderator did, PM or email the moderator and try your best to resolve the problem or difference in private.

6] Promotion of sites or products is not permitted.

Advertisements are not allowed in this venue. No blatant advertising or solicitations of or for business is prohibited.
This includes, but not limited to, personal resumes and links to products or
services with which the poster is affiliated, whether or not a fee is charged
for the product or service. Spamming, in which a user posts the same message repeatedly, is also prohibited.

7] We retain the right to remove any posts and/or Members for any reason, without prior notice.

- PLEASE READ -

Members are welcome to read posts and though we encourage your active participation in the forum, it is not required. If you do participate by posting, however, we expect that on the whole you contribute something to the forum. This means that the bulk of your posts should not be in "fun" threads (e.g. Ankap, Keep & Kill, This or That, etc.). Further, while occasionally it is appropriate to simply voice your agreement or approval, not all of your posts should be of this variety: "LOL Member213!" "I agree."
If it is evident that a member is simply posting for the sake of posting, they will be removed.

8] These Rules & Guidelines may be amended at any time. (last update September 17, 2009)

Azeri military base, 5 soldiers destroyed in Armenia’s retaliation
Armenian troops retaliated to Azeri shelling of Armenian villages in the province of Tavush. At least 5 Azerbaijani soldiers were destroyed in the counterattack, with another 5 injured, Panorama.am reports.

Azerbaijani military base, located on the hills opposite to Armenian village of Paravakar was also destroyed.

The Armenian village of Paravakar in Tavush province was shelled by Azerbaijani armed forces Thursday, September 24.

A village resident, Paytsar Aghajanyan was deadly wounded, the chief of Paravakar, Roland Margaryan told PanARMENIAN.net.

Other border villages were also bombarded: Sona Revazyan (born in 1974) and Shushan Asatryan (born in 1921) were killed in the border village of Berdavan.

The Armenian military warned about retaliatory measures, “with Azerbaijani military-political authorities to bear the entire responsibility for the consequences.”

minsk group is consist of vaginas that are afraid to point out the wrong doing of the aggressor, they always lecture both parties, how can you come up with a peaceful solution for a conflict if you don't have the guts to stand up to bastard azeris

OSCE Minsk Group cannot determine source of violence in NKR conflict

      September 25, 2015 - 12:48 AMT
PanARMENIAN.Net - OSCE Minsk Group Co-chairs Igor Popov, James Warlick and Pierre Andrieu as well as the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office, Andrzej Kasprzyk issued a statement on the escalation at the contact line between the Nagorno Karabakh Republic and Azerbaijan and the Armenian-Azerbaijani border.
The mediators, in particular, expressed concern over the usage of mortars and heavy weapons to bombard peaceful areas.
“The use of such weapons suggests an unprecedented escalation in the conflict zone. We express condolences to the families of the victims and recognize there were casualties on both sides. We urge the parties to take effective measures to avoid civilian casualties. Both sides should ensure the safety of the civilian population, remaining committed to their obligations under the Geneva Conventions,” the statement reads.
“We are sorry that these incidents took place on the eve of an arranged meeting of Armenian and Azerbaijani FMs in New York. We expect that the ministers will thoroughly discuss the escalation, as well as issues concerning the negotiated settlement of the conflict. While we are unable to determine the source of violence with certainty, as each side blames the other, the parties must work towards the use of an OSCE investigative mechanism,” the statement concludes.

Politics is not about the pursuit of morality nor what's right or wrong
Its about self interest at personal and national level often at odds with the above.
Great politicians pursue the National interest and small politicians personal interests

They have to understand we aren't scared of taking things to the next level. They have to think twice or they're just goning to keep firing.

Ever since the Mi-24 shootdown and our lack of a "disproportionate" response these f***s have been getting brave. This crap makes me want to break something.

Fighting In Karabakh Claims More Armenian Lives

Tension in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict continued to rise on Friday as four Armenian soldiers were killed in what military authorities in Stepanakert said was an Azerbaijan rocket attack on their positions in northeastern Karabakh.

A short statement by the Karabakh Defense Army said the conscripts -- Norayr Khachatrian, Robert Mkrtchian, Harut Hakobian and Karen Shahinian -- suffered fatal injuries after Azerbaijani forces fired rockets from Turkish-made TR-107 multiple-launch systems. It said that an unspecified number of other Armenian soldiers were wounded as a result.

“An investigation is underway to clarify to details of the incident,” it said in a statement. It gave no further details.

In another statement released later in the day, the Defense Ministry accused Azerbaijan of deliberately heightening tensions and warned that this “criminal tactic” could lead to “developments fraught with unpredictable consequences.” Baku will be solely responsible for them, it said.

Earlier in the day the Karabakh Armenian military said Azerbaijani troops stationed along “the line of contact” east and north of the disputed territory breached the ceasefire on the night from Thursday to Friday with TR-107 systems, mortars, grenade launchers and automatic weapons.

The Azerbaijani Defense Ministry, for its part, alleged in the morning Armenian truce violations along “the line of contact” and Azerbaijan’s border with Armenia. Skirmishes at the western section of the heavily militarized border have again intensified since Thursday.

The Armenian side suffered the latest combat casualties in Karabakh just hours after the U.S., Russian and French mediators expressed serious concern at the fresh upsurge in fighting and urged both sides to de-escalate the situation.

The mediators are due to hold a trilateral meeting with the Armenian and Azerbaijani foreign ministers in New York this weekend in another attempt to kick-start the stalled Karabakh peace process. The deadly incident in Karabakh could derail their efforts.

President Sargsyan recently spoke of "peacekeepers." Yesterday the killing of civilians, today this. Things are escalating big time. Azerbaijan's actions are only serving to justify the introduction of "peacekeepers." If this was against Azerbaijan's interests, why are they doing everything to contribute to the introduction of such peacekeepers? Some thing is cooking, and I'm not sure if I like the smell of it.
