1] What you CAN NOT post.

You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this forum to post any material which is:
- abusive
- vulgar
- hateful
- harassing
- personal attacks
- obscene

You also may not:
- post images that are too large (max is 500*500px)
- post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or cited properly.
- post in UPPER CASE, which is considered yelling
- post messages which insult the Armenians, Armenian culture, traditions, etc
- post racist or other intentionally insensitive material that insults or attacks another culture (including Turks)

The Ankap thread is excluded from the strict rules because that place is more relaxed and you can vent and engage in light insults and humor. Notice it's not a blank ticket, but just a place to vent. If you go into the Ankap thread, you enter at your own risk of being clowned on.
What you PROBABLY SHOULD NOT post...
Do not post information that you will regret putting out in public. This site comes up on Google, is cached, and all of that, so be aware of that as you post. Do not ask the staff to go through and delete things that you regret making available on the web for all to see because we will not do it. Think before you post!

2] Use descriptive subject lines & research your post. This means use the SEARCH.

This reduces the chances of double-posting and it also makes it easier for people to see what they do/don't want to read. Using the search function will identify existing threads on the topic so we do not have multiple threads on the same topic.

3] Keep the focus.

Each forum has a focus on a certain topic. Questions outside the scope of a certain forum will either be moved to the appropriate forum, closed, or simply be deleted. Please post your topic in the most appropriate forum. Users that keep doing this will be warned, then banned.

4] Behave as you would in a public location.

This forum is no different than a public place. Behave yourself and act like a decent human being (i.e. be respectful). If you're unable to do so, you're not welcome here and will be made to leave.

5] Respect the authority of moderators/admins.

Public discussions of moderator/admin actions are not allowed on the forum. It is also prohibited to protest moderator actions in titles, avatars, and signatures. If you don't like something that a moderator did, PM or email the moderator and try your best to resolve the problem or difference in private.

6] Promotion of sites or products is not permitted.

Advertisements are not allowed in this venue. No blatant advertising or solicitations of or for business is prohibited.
This includes, but not limited to, personal resumes and links to products or
services with which the poster is affiliated, whether or not a fee is charged
for the product or service. Spamming, in which a user posts the same message repeatedly, is also prohibited.

7] We retain the right to remove any posts and/or Members for any reason, without prior notice.

- PLEASE READ -

Members are welcome to read posts and though we encourage your active participation in the forum, it is not required. If you do participate by posting, however, we expect that on the whole you contribute something to the forum. This means that the bulk of your posts should not be in "fun" threads (e.g. Ankap, Keep & Kill, This or That, etc.). Further, while occasionally it is appropriate to simply voice your agreement or approval, not all of your posts should be of this variety: "LOL Member213!" "I agree."
If it is evident that a member is simply posting for the sake of posting, they will be removed.

8] These Rules & Guidelines may be amended at any time. (last update September 17, 2009)

If you believe an individual is repeatedly breaking the rules, please report to admin/moderator.

Israel steps back from fresh UAV deals with Russia

15 APRIL, 2016 BY: ARIE EGOZI TEL AVIV
Washington has vetoed any further sales of Israeli-made unmanned air vehicles to Russia.

For several months Russian companies have contacted Israeli manufacturers in an attempt to reach joint venture agreements. However after checking with the Israeli defence ministry about the potential of formalising any such pact, it became obvious the US administration would be very strongly opposed, and would veto any export license. Further discussions have been halted as a result.

Moscow has previously purchased 10 Searcher 2 and 30 BirdEye-450 UAVs from Israel Aerospace Industries, with these having been partially assembled in a Russian plant. Some of the air vehicles – mainly of the former model, dubbed "Forpost" in national service – have been used by Russian forces in Syria.

Well If US could pressure Israel not to sell those UAV's to our Enemies, I would say we have some strong influence in the USA.

You two seem to be a double act comedians.

... but what you say is not innocent funny jokes.

.... both of you are classic examples of traitors to our nation and fatherland.
Like all traitors you cover your evil intent toward your nation with with grand pseudo-intellectual utterances.

              May you burn in hell.

...because Armenia will survive and thrive and will stay independent and get rid of its own parasites ..... and eliminates its inbred traitors.

              .
My great grandfather was one of the leaders of the resistance in Dortyol were they held back the Ottomans in 3 different battles. He later fought in Sartarabad . His son was active saving many orphans lives, working to find Armenians in Lebanon and Syria who were lost. My father was a part of ASALA. And today I work actively in AGBU , building relationships with Armenians who don't know Armenia teaching them about our culture, language , future, history. I am not politically affiliated with no one. My party is my country like a Karabagh Hero once said. But it's amazing how easily you can just call someone a tavajan. Do you realize how heavy a word that is ? But that's not the only word used. You also called me an inbred and a parasite. I can use such words but I prefer to be a true Armenian and not swear ,insult and create hate between us as you just did. Londontsi we all have different visions. I cannot see a self defended Armenia protecting itself from wild war monger nations.

Lastly, our biggest problem is not the Russians , But our own leaders and people. With power and greatness comes sacrifice. Russia has its own intrests but for the moment they are protecting our border with Turkey. Just understand that if Russia says goodbye, the Turks will not hesitate to attack. So going back to your tavajan name calling. Think before you type. I just call a spade a spade.

I've been reading your posts for a few days and here's what I think.

1st we have to work on 2 levels: Short term and long.

                  On the short term

                  1. We need to get thermal visions to the front ASAP (and scopes!)
                  2. Get some serious camouflage equipment for our tanks and artillery (Lubawa makes those, so we can purchase them locally) because seeing our Akatsiyas and howitzers with tree branches sticking out here and there near the frontline was merely a disgrace when we're fighting against an enemy that is using UAVs. On the same level the purchase of Avtobaza-M systems from Russia proved a good decision to fight against their UAVs
                  3. We need to increase the number or our ATGMs (as I have always firmly believed, and I was really glad the last deal with Russia included the Konkurs-M)
                  4. Work on developing suicide drones ourselves (I don't think it takes a lot considering our experience in making UAVs, we can install micro cameras on them and just drive them into targets)
                  5. Purchase mine-throwers (check PMM mobile miner thrower), and scatter mines all over the frontline from a distance

                  On the long term

                  1. Well I'm writing an entire program on this and will send it to the defense ministry. Will let you in on it when it's done.

There's around 90 turks in that video. Didn't they claim that they only had around 30/40 killed ? They just contradicted themselves.

Also, there are other faces that razm has posted or that I found on facebook that are not in that video , and those are many faces.
Most of these soldiers don't look like 18 year old conscripts but at least 25+ trained soldiers.
