Armenian military budget has reached the highest for the past 25 years, almost reaching 500 million USD. Ironically the % of military spending GDP has fallen to 4.2% in 2016 compared to last year at 4.3%

That's great news, increased spending yet almost same % of GDP means we are doing some things right. We can achieve both human development and have a strong military. Surrounded by a sea of Turks, history speaks for itself.

One of my wishes for 2017 is to stop seeing such news. It is possible to bring death numbers down, or to eliminate them completely.

I'm not sure why you morons feel offended about my opinion of what our government is spending its budget.

But thank you federate for understanding what I mean I have been living in Armenia for almost 6 years and I have seen so much development in this country from social economic to military though we have a lot more work to do.

And speaking of work I'd like to thank everyone in this forum for giving out news and talking about our military for almost 8 years and still going strong thank you.
