Արցախա-ադրբեջանական հակամարտ զորքերի շփման գծում 2017-ի հուլիսից սկսած նկատվում է հրաձգության դեպքերի աճ: Հակառակորդի կողմից դիվերսիոն հետախուզական խմբերի ներթափանցման փորձ չիրականացնելը մարտ ամսին ներթափանցման փորձի տապալման արդյունք էր: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ սեպտեմբերի 4-ին «Հակառակորդի ռազմաքաղաքական մարտավարությունն ու մեր անելիքները» թեմայով համաժողովին այս մասին ասաց ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարի առաջին տեղակալ Արտակ Զաքարյանը:



«Ապրիլյան մարտական գործողություններից հետո առաջնագծում լարվածությունը պահպանվում է: Սկզբնական շրջանում հրաձգության դեպքերի քանակը կտրուկ նվազել էր, սակայն հուլիսից սկսած նկատվել է հրաձգության դեպքերի աճ: Իսկ 2016-ի նոյեմբերից հակառակորդը կիրառել է նաև ականանետ: Ներկայումս տարածաշրջանում իրավիճակը մնում է լարված»,- ասաց Զաքարյանն ու հավելեց, որ չնայած ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի կողմից խոշոր տրամաչափի զենք չկիրառելու կարգադրանքին՝ հակառակորդը պարբերաբար նռնականետերի, ականանետների, հրանոթների կրակի և անօդաչու թռչող սարքերի հարվածների է ենթարկում մեր հերթապահ ստորաբաժանումները:



Նրա խոսքով՝ ներկա դրությամբ դիվերսիոն հետախուզական խմբերի ներթափանցումների փորձեր չեն իրականացվում միայն այն պատճառով, որ մարտի 24-25 գիշերը հակառակորդի կողմից ձեռնարկված ներթափանցման փորձը մեր զորքերի կողմից հաջող կերպով կանխվել է: Թեև, հակառակորդի կողմից դիվերսիոն հետախուզական խմբերի ներթափանցումների փորձեր չիրականացնելը ժամանակավոր երևույթ է հանդիսանում:



«Միևնույն ժամանակ, Ադրբեջանը շարունակում է զարգացնել զինված ուժերի պատրաստությունը տարբեր կազմավորումներում զորավարժությունների անցկացմամբ: Հակառակորդի նոր մարտահրավերներին դիմակայելու համար ՀՀ ազգային բանակում աշխատանքներն ուղղված են սպառազինության ռազմական տեխնիկայի նոր նմուշների ստեղծմանը, առկա սպառազինության և տեխնիկայի տեսակների արդիականացմանը, ղեկավարման համակարգի կատարելագործմանը»,-ասաց փոխնախարարը:



Նրա խոսքով՝ ներկայում մեր կողմից կատարվում է ակտիվ հետախուզություն և օպերատիվ արձագանք հակառակորդի ցանկացած գործողություններին: Արվում է ամեն ինչ հակառակորդին առավել վաղ հայտնաբերելու և հուժկու պատասխան տալու համար:

The only thing I care about is Rule of Law and bringing Armenian products/institutions to Global Standards. That's pretty much what I see positive of the EU, they are a world leader, and Armenia can gain a lot of knowledge from them.
Regarding that demining post by Eurasianet, it seems like they have gotten themselves a brand new staff of writers that assume NK is some kind of rebel terrorist territory and that the Azeris are the biggest victims.

Production of optical devices grows sixfold in Armenia

PanARMENIAN.Net - The production of optical instrumentsin Armenia has grown sixfold in the first seven months of 2017.

According to some documents posted by the national statistical service, 20,149 optical-mechanical devices were manufactured in the reporting period against the 3,388 produced in the first six months of 2016.

2,036 devices were built in July alone.

The official statistics, however, gives no details concerning the exact type or number of instruments built.

It was announced in July 2016 that Armenia will start production of military night vision goggles and thermal imaging cameras. According to then economy minister Artsvik Minasyan, Russia was set to be the main recipient of Armenian night vision and thermal imaging cameras.”

It really is not like that. George Soros a domestic terrorist and then letting all the conservative pieces of sh*t with their financing of Republicans and Donald Trump get away is the whole point of pointing the finger at George Soros. These right wing nuts want to destroy women's, minority, and environmental rights just because they think that the rich white man should keep having his way with the world. George Soros, for better or worse, is actually against all that.

This is silly, the European Union is Armenia's largest trading partner. It is also the largest economic zone near us. The NGOs and Advisors make considerable changes in Armenia. Unless you think stopping domestic violence in Armenia, curbing drunk driving, demining activities, or providing funding for a functioning judiciary are all bad.

BUT having corrupt monopolies running your electrical infrastructure and selling weapons to your enemies is by a far a better thing to you isn't it?

What is the goal for Armenia for these anti-Westerners? Even Japan and South Korea have maintained their cultures and heritage but adopted highly dynamic market economies and democratic governments. I don't think conservative Armenians, who are Anti-EU/US and pro-Russia, really have any vision for Armenia. There is no plan. The plan is to stick to Russia and keep things the way they are."
