Անցյալ տարվա ապրիլյան էսկալացիայի օրերին Ադրբեջանը փորձում էր աստիճանաբար մարտական գործողությունների մեջ ներգրավել իր տնօրինության տակ գտնվող թիկունքային բանակային ստորաբաժանումները։ Այս մասին սեպտեմբերի 4-ին «Հակառակորդի ռազմաքաղաքական մարտավարությունն ու մեր գործողությունները» թեմայով գիտաժողովի ժամանակ ասել է Արցախի Հանրապետության Պաշտպանության բանակի օպերատիվ բաժնի պետ գնդապետ Վիկտոր Առուստամյանը։

Միաժամանակ Առուստամյանը նշել է, որ Ադրբեջանի համազորային ստորաբաժանումները պատրաստ չէին հաջորդած գործողություններին։ «Հաշվի առնելով փաստը, որ այդ պահին մենք ավելի խորը տեսադիտարկման հնարավորություն չունեինք, մենք չկարողացանք կանխել հակառակորդի ուժերի կուտակումները։ Օրինակ՝ ցերեկը հակառակորդը շփման գծից 2 տանկ էր հանել, իսկ հաջորդ երեկոյան համալրել էր ուժերը նոր տանկեր տեղավորելով։ Սակայն մենք չկարողացանք հետեւել եւ պարզել, թե քանի տանկ է ժամանել։ Լսվում էին միայն ձայներ»,– խոստովանեց Արցախի Հանրապետության Պաշտպանության բանակի օպերատիվ բաժնի պետը։

Միաժամանակ Վիկտոր Առուստամյանը նշեց, որ այս պահին հայկական կողմն արդեն ապահովված է հետախուզության բավարար միջոցներով, ինչպես նաեւ դիտարկման միջոցներով, որոնք կարող են աշխատել օնլայն ռեժիմով՝ ցույց տալով, թե ինչ է տեղի ունենում շփման գծում։

This is silly, the European Union is Armenia's largest trading partner. It is also the largest economic zone near us. The NGOs and Advisors make considerable changes in Armenia. Unless you think stopping domestic violence in Armenia, curbing drunk driving, demining activities, or providing funding for a functioning judiciary are all bad.

What is the goal for Armenia for these anti-Westerners? Even Japan and South Korea have maintained their cultures and heritage but adopted highly dynamic market economies and democratic governments. I don't think conservative Armenians, who are Anti-EU/US and pro-Russia, really have any vision for Armenia. There is no plan. The plan is to stick to Russia and keep things the way they are."

Agree that the EU has more human right benefits to our society and trade. That should not be tied to our military and defense interest.
We will flip and change with the tide that will benefit us and our survival and progress.
When you say “stick to Russia and keep things the way they are” you are contradicting yourself when you mention in the same post “European Union is Armenia’s largest trading partner”.
Obviously Russia is not an obstacle with EU trade. In short, you are blindly Anti Russian. In my case, I care less as long it benefits our interest, irrelevant of whom they are. A good example, couple post ahead, Armenia is meeting with the Chinese defense industry.
