Forum Rules (Everyone Must Read!!!)

1] What you CAN NOT post.

You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this forum to post any material which is:
- abusive
- vulgar
- hateful
- harassing
- personal attacks
- obscene

You also may not:
- post images that are too large (max is 500*500px)
- post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or cited properly.
- post in UPPER CASE, which is considered yelling
- post messages which insult the Armenians, Armenian culture, traditions, etc
- post racist or other intentionally insensitive material that insults or attacks another culture (including Turks)

The Ankap thread is excluded from the strict rules because that place is more relaxed and you can vent and engage in light insults and humor. Notice it's not a blank ticket, but just a place to vent. If you go into the Ankap thread, you enter at your own risk of being clowned on.
What you PROBABLY SHOULD NOT post...
Do not post information that you will regret putting out in public. This site comes up on Google, is cached, and all of that, so be aware of that as you post. Do not ask the staff to go through and delete things that you regret making available on the web for all to see because we will not do it. Think before you post!


2] Use descriptive subject lines & research your post. This means use the SEARCH.

This reduces the chances of double-posting and it also makes it easier for people to see what they do/don't want to read. Using the search function will identify existing threads on the topic so we do not have multiple threads on the same topic.

3] Keep the focus.

Each forum has a focus on a certain topic. Questions outside the scope of a certain forum will either be moved to the appropriate forum, closed, or simply be deleted. Please post your topic in the most appropriate forum. Users that keep doing this will be warned, then banned.

4] Behave as you would in a public location.

This forum is no different than a public place. Behave yourself and act like a decent human being (i.e. be respectful). If you're unable to do so, you're not welcome here and will be made to leave.

5] Respect the authority of moderators/admins.

Public discussions of moderator/admin actions are not allowed on the forum. It is also prohibited to protest moderator actions in titles, avatars, and signatures. If you don't like something that a moderator did, PM or email the moderator and try your best to resolve the problem or difference in private.

6] Promotion of sites or products is not permitted.

Advertisements are not allowed in this venue. No blatant advertising or solicitations of or for business is prohibited.
This includes, but not limited to, personal resumes and links to products or
services with which the poster is affiliated, whether or not a fee is charged
for the product or service. Spamming, in which a user posts the same message repeatedly, is also prohibited.

            Հայաստանի պատասխանը. Թուրքիան հասկացավ, ամեն ինչ շատ լուրջ է

            ԱՄՆ Թուրքիային երկու ամիս ժամանակ է տվել Ռուսաստանից c 400 համակարգերի գնումից հրաժարվելու համար: Այդ մասին հայտնել է Դոյչե Վելեն: Ըստ աղբյուրի, Պենտագոնի ղեկավարի նյութատեխնիկական ապահովման գծով տեղակալ Էլեն Լորդը Վաշինգտոնում լրագրողներին ասել է, որ այդ պայմանը չկատարելու դեպքում, ԱՄՆ-ից կհեռացվեն այնտեղ սովորող թուրք օդաչուներն ու f 35 գերժամանակակից ռազմական կործանիչների արտադրությանը ներգրավված թուրքական ընկերությունները:

            ԱՄՆ տեւական ժամանակ հնչեցնում է այդ զգուշացումներն ու սպառնալիքները, սակայն Անկարան հայտարարում է, որ չի հրաժարվի ռուսական ՀՕՊ համակարգի գնումից:

            Նահանգները գործնականում բաց տեքստով է հայտնում, որ ռուս-թուրքական գործարքը դիտարկում են ռազմա-տեխնիկական եւ ազգային անվտանգության սպառնալիք, քանի որ կարող է Թուրքիայի միջոցով տեղի ունենալ ամերիկյան օդային ռազմական նորագույն տեխնոլոգիաների վերաբերյալ փակ տեղեկատվության արտահոսք, երբ Անկարայի համար լինելով մատչելի, այդ տեխնոլոգիաները կարող են մատչելի դառնալ նաեւ Ռուսաստանի համար՝ դրանից բխող հակազդեցության լուծումներով, ինչը կչեզոքացնի ամերիկյան տեխնոլոգիաների էֆեկտիվությունը:

            Ինչ կանի Թուրքիան այս զգուշացումից հետո: Իսկ ինչ կանի ԱՄՆ-ն, եթե Թուրքիան անտեսի նաեւ այդ զգուշացումը: Իհարկե, թուրք մասնագետների եւ ընկերությունների մուտքի արգելափակումը հավանական քայլ է, սակայն անկասկած է, որ թուրք-ռուսական գործարքը չունի միայն ռազմա-տեխնիկական, տեխնոլոգիական բնույթ, այն շատ ավելի խորքային քաղաքական գործընթացի արտահայտում է, որը գործնականում առնչվում է աշխարհակարգի վերաձեւմանն ու միջազգային եւ ռեգիոնալ անվտանգության համակարգերի վերափոխմանը, այդ թվում Կովկասում:

            Աներկբա է, որ այդ հարցերում կա նաեւ Վաշինգտոն-Մոսկվա գործակցություն: Առկա դիմակայությամբ հանդերձ, Կրեմլն անշուշտ լավ է պատկերացնում, որ երկարաժամկետ առումով միջազգային անվտանգության, նաեւ ռեգիոնալ համակարգերում դերակատարում կարող է ունենալ միայն ԱՄՆ հետ գործակցության, պայմանավորվածության պայմաններում: Դա վերաբերում է մասնավորապես նաեւ Կովկասին, որտեղ Ռուսաստանն ի վիճակի չէ միայնակ զսպել թուրքական գործոնը:

            Մյուս կողմից, այդ գործոնի, մասնավորապես դրա առաջնորդ Թուրքիայի հետ գործակցությունը Մոսկվայի համար խաղաքարտ է Արեւմուտքի հետ պայմանավորվածության ավելի լայն կամ խորքային մասշտաբում առավել նպաստավոր պայմաններ եւ դիրքեր ստանալու համար:

            Այստեղ, ի դեպ, ռուս-թուրքական գործարքի կամ պայմանավորվածության առարկա կարող է լինել Նախիջեւանը, որտեղ Ադրբեջանն ու Թուրքիան անցկացնում են զորավարժություն եւ որտեղ Թուրքիան ունի ամրանալու տեսանելի հավակնություն: Մոսկվան, ստանալով փաստացի ԱՄՆ ու ՆԱՏՕ տեխնոլոգիական բազա մուտքի թույլտվություն Անկարայից, նրան տալիս է Նախիջեւանում ամրանալու իրավունք, թերեւս ակնկալիքով, որ հետո այդ գործոնը հնարավոր կլինի թանկ վաճառել թե Արեւմուտքի, թե նաեւ Իրանի վրա:

            Հատկանշական է, որ ադրբեջանա-թուրքական զորաշարժին ի պատասխան, Հայաստանը հիշեցրեց Ռուսաստանի դաշնակցային պարտավորության մասին: Սակայն, խորքային առումով Երեւանը Նախիջեւանին պատասխանեց շատ ավելի նուրբ եւ բազմաշերտ քայլով՝ Հայաստան-Հունաստան-Կիպրոս եռակողմ նախաձեռնությամբ, որի մասնակիցները հայտարարեցին քաղաքակրթական հենքի, դրա վրա կառուցված միջազգային խաղաղության առաքելության եւ 2020 թվականին առաջին Վեհաժողովը Երեւանում անցկացնելու մասին:

            Անկարան արձագանքեց խիստ նյարդային, օգտագործելով Ամերիկայի Հայկական Համագումարի թվիթերյան գրառման առիթը, որտեղ ԱՀՀ-ն, պատկերելով Սուրբ Սոֆիայի տաճարի լուսանկարը՝ հայկական եւ հունական դրոշով, նշել էր, որ Ստամբուլը պետք է վերածել Կոնստանդնուպոլսի:

            Թուրքիայի նախագահ Էրդողանի խորհրդականը այդ առիթով հայտարարել էր, թե կկտրեն այդպիսի փորձ անողների գլուխները: Այդ սահմռկեցուցիչ արձագանքը հուշում է, թե որքան ցավոտ է Անկարան ընդունել հարցը, անշուշտ հասկանալով դրա խորությունը եւ այն, որ f 35-ներով չէ, որ Թուրքիային պատժելու է ԱՄՆ-ն, այլ ավելի խորքային մակարդակում՝ որում ծավալվում է Ռուսաստանի հետ Թուրքիայի գործարքը: Հայաստանը, Կիպրոսն ու Հունաստանը, նախաձեռնելով քաղաքակրթական նոր պլատֆորմը, որպես առաջարկ նոր աշխարհակարգին, ԱՄՆ-ին տվել են Անկարային պատժելու խորքային հնարավորությունը: Թուրքիան դա է հասկացել, որ արձագանքում է այդքան նյարդային եւ նույնիսկ վայրենի արձագանքով՝ վերադառնալով իր «քաղաքակրթական» արմատին:
