Forum Rules (Everyone Must Read!!!)

1] What you CAN NOT post.

You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this forum to post any material which is:
- abusive
- vulgar
- hateful
- harassing
- personal attacks
- obscene

You also may not:
- post images that are too large (max is 500*500px)
- post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or cited properly.
- post in UPPER CASE, which is considered yelling
- post messages which insult the Armenians, Armenian culture, traditions, etc
- post racist or other intentionally insensitive material that insults or attacks another culture (including Turks)

The Ankap thread is excluded from the strict rules because that place is more relaxed and you can vent and engage in light insults and humor. Notice it's not a blank ticket, but just a place to vent. If you go into the Ankap thread, you enter at your own risk of being clowned on.
What you PROBABLY SHOULD NOT post...
Do not post information that you will regret putting out in public. This site comes up on Google, is cached, and all of that, so be aware of that as you post. Do not ask the staff to go through and delete things that you regret making available on the web for all to see because we will not do it. Think before you post!


2] Use descriptive subject lines & research your post. This means use the SEARCH.

This reduces the chances of double-posting and it also makes it easier for people to see what they do/don't want to read. Using the search function will identify existing threads on the topic so we do not have multiple threads on the same topic.

3] Keep the focus.

Each forum has a focus on a certain topic. Questions outside the scope of a certain forum will either be moved to the appropriate forum, closed, or simply be deleted. Please post your topic in the most appropriate forum. Users that keep doing this will be warned, then banned.

4] Behave as you would in a public location.

This forum is no different than a public place. Behave yourself and act like a decent human being (i.e. be respectful). If you're unable to do so, you're not welcome here and will be made to leave.

5] Respect the authority of moderators/admins.

Public discussions of moderator/admin actions are not allowed on the forum. It is also prohibited to protest moderator actions in titles, avatars, and signatures. If you don't like something that a moderator did, PM or email the moderator and try your best to resolve the problem or difference in private.

6] Promotion of sites or products is not permitted.

Advertisements are not allowed in this venue. No blatant advertising or solicitations of or for business is prohibited.
This includes, but not limited to, personal resumes and links to products or
services with which the poster is affiliated, whether or not a fee is charged

    Քաթարի «Ալ Ջազիրա» հեռուստաընկերությունը, համաձայն ադրբեջանական աղբյուրի, ներկայացրել է հաղորդում «Հարավային Կովկասի երկրների ռազմական կարողությունների մասին` հիմնված ՄԱԿ-ի տվյալների եւ ՆԱՏՕ-ի սպաների հաղորդած տեղեկությունների վրա»: Մի կողմ թողնենք, թե որտեղի՞ց ՆԱՏՕ-ի սպան կարող է մանրակրկիտ տեղեկություն ունենալ կոնկրետ Հայաստանի ռազմական կարողությունների մասին, ու շարունակենք: Ըստ այդմ` պարզվել է. «Ադրբեջանի տարեկան ռազմական բյուջեն կազմում է ավելի քան երեք միլիարդ դոլար: Այդ երկրի ռազմաօդային պաշտպանության բազայում առկա են կործանիչներ, հակաօդային պաշտպանության համակարգում 4 զենիթա-հրթիռային բրիգադներ, մեկ` զենիթա-հրթիռային գունդ, ռադիոտեխնիկական գումարտակի երկու ստորաբաժանումներ»: Այս բոլորը, ինչպես նաեւ Ադրբեջանի ռազմաօդային պաշտպանության համակարգում այսօր ծառայող 9000-անոց կազմը հիմք են տվել ՆԱՏՕ-ի սպաներին «Ալ Ջազիրա»-ի եթերից հայտարարել. «Ադրբեջանը ունակ է ոչնչացնել ոչ միայն Հայաստանը, այլեւ ամբողջ Հարավային Կովկասը ընդամենը 48 րոպե 56 վայրկյան ժամանակահատվածում»: Անշուշտ, ՆԱՏՕ-ի սպաները, իրենց հետ նաեւ «Ալ Ջազիրա»-ին մեջբերող ադրբեջանական աղբյուրները բավական երկար ժամանակ են ծախսել` Հարավային Կովկասը Ադրբեջանի ձեռամբ ոչնչանալու ստույգ ժամանակը պարզելու համար, հետեւաբար մենք զերծ մնանք մեկնաբանություններից, փոխարենը հիշեցնենք ռուս հայտնի լրագրող, փորձագետ Մաքսիմ Յուսինի` «Վզգլյադ» պարբերականում հրապարակած հոդվածը «Ադրբեջանը կսկսի պատերազմը եւ կպարտվի» խորագրով: Արձանագրելով, որ «իհարկե, տնտեսական տեսանկյունից Ադրբեջանը Հայաստանից շահեկանորեն տարբերվում է, ու ռազմական կարիքների ամար Բաքուն ավելի շատ միջոցներ կարող է հատկացնել», Յուսինը այդուհանդերձ փաստում է. «Եթե Ադրբեջանը սկսի պատերազմ, ու եթե դրան այլ պետություններ չմիջամտեն, նա կրկին պարտություն կկրի: Իսկ որպեսզի որեւէ այլ պետություն չմիջամտի, կհոգա Ռուսաստանը, քանի որ Հայաստանը մեր ամենահուսալի դաշնակիցն է Անդրկովկասում եւ Հայաստանի ռազմական պարտությունը, նրա դիրքերի թուլացումը Անդրկովկասում, Ռուսաստանի ծրագրերի մեջ չեն մտնում»: Միեւնույն ժամանակ ռուս փորձագետը այլ հարցեր էլ էր հնչեցրել` ընդ որում ապահովելով նաեւ դրանց պատասխանները: Այսպես` Յուսինը «դժվար հավատալի է» համարում, թե «ադրբեջանցի զինվորը կարո՞ղ է արդարացնել ժողովրդի, երկրի ղեկավարության հույսերը»: «Պատերազմում ամեն ինչ չէ, որ որոշվում է զինված ուժերի քանակով: Թե որքան բարձր է հայերի մարտական ոգին, որքան կարգապահ են նրանք, ես համոզվել եմ 1992-ին Ղարաբաղում: Տեսել եմ նաեւ ադրբեջանցի զինվորներին` համեմատությունն ակնհայտորեն նրանց օգտին չէ: Իհարկե, այդ ժամանակներից հետո շատ ջրեր են հոսել, Ադրբեջանը վերակառուցել է իր բանակը` փառք Աստծո, նավթադոլարները բավարար են: Սակայն մարտական ոգին, կարգապահությունը, ռազմագիտությունը գնել անհնար է: Իսկ մարտական պատրաստվածության տեսանկյունից հայկական ստորաբաժանումները բազմիցս գերազանցում են հակառակորդին»: Այդուհանդերձ ռուս փորձագետը մեջբերում է ԱՄՆ արտաքին քաղաքականության խորհրդի փորձագետ Ուեյն Մերիի կարծիքը. «Գաղտնիք չէ, որ հայերը բանակ ունեն, իսկ Ադրբեջանը` զինված ուժեր»:

    Ահա եւ «նատօ-ալջազիրա-ադրբեջանական» 48 րոպե 56 վայրկյանի պատասխանը, հուսանք, այս պատասխանը նույնպես` «Ալ Ջազիրան ու ՆԱՏՕ-ի սպաները» կներկայացնեն ադրբեջանական ԶԼՄ-ներին:

        Three of such bases around Yerevan, one in south of Armenia and one in Karabakh, 12 x 5 = 60 vehicle x 4 is 240 launchers...

            I know the 3 bases around Yerevan are made up of 12 each, but are you sure the other two batteries are made up of 12?

                  My friends,

                  Why are some of you engaging yourselves into emotional discussions? Are you trying to annoy your compatriots?

                  Please stop this habit of complaining about other people's posts. Any registered member has the right to write anything he /she wants. It is the moderators job (not your's) to decide if a post stays or gets deleted.

                  If you don't like someone's views on a thread, just ignore him sometimes. You have no idea how many of your posts I personally ignored on the last few pages.

                  Let's get along please, this is just the internet.

                    Let us not speculate on the arms deal with Moldova. The RT report is very vague and some of the code names of the systems are wrong. The Russians leaked only what they wanted to leak. Please don't jump to deductions that suit your own views and needs.

                      I am trying to find out about the exac quantity of S-300 Azerbaijan took delivery from Russia. There are some confusions on whether its two batteries or two brigades. I will keep you posted whenever I get further information.

                      Note that these are the ex- Iranian ones that were never delivered and that these are the last S-300 ever produced (production has ceased). The S-400 is the replacement.

                      By the way, everyone here should start understanding superpower politics when it comes to arms sales. The USA arms Israel to the teeth, but they also sell billions of $$$ worth of weapons to arab countries. The Israelis biatch and complain about it, but the caravan passes. As long as the overall balance is not altered, the status-quo remains.
