Forum Rules (Everyone Must Read!!!)

1] What you CAN NOT post.

You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this forum to post any material which is:
- abusive
- vulgar
- hateful
- harassing
- personal attacks
- obscene

You also may not:
- post images that are too large (max is 500*500px)
- post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or cited properly.
- post in UPPER CASE, which is considered yelling
- post messages which insult the Armenians, Armenian culture, traditions, etc
- post racist or other intentionally insensitive material that insults or attacks another culture (including Turks)

The Ankap thread is excluded from the strict rules because that place is more relaxed and you can vent and engage in light insults and humor. Notice it's not a blank ticket, but just a place to vent. If you go into the Ankap thread, you enter at your own risk of being clowned on.
What you PROBABLY SHOULD NOT post...
Do not post information that you will regret putting out in public. This site comes up on Google, is cached, and all of that, so be aware of that as you post. Do not ask the staff to go through and delete things that you regret making available on the web for all to see because we will not do it. Think before you post!


2] Use descriptive subject lines & research your post. This means use the SEARCH.

This reduces the chances of double-posting and it also makes it easier for people to see what they do/don't want to read. Using the search function will identify existing threads on the topic so we do not have multiple threads on the same topic.

3] Keep the focus.

Each forum has a focus on a certain topic. Questions outside the scope of a certain forum will either be moved to the appropriate forum, closed, or simply be deleted. Please post your topic in the most appropriate forum. Users that keep doing this will be warned, then banned.

4] Behave as you would in a public location.

This forum is no different than a public place. Behave yourself and act like a decent human being (i.e. be respectful). If you're unable to do so, you're not welcome here and will be made to leave.

5] Respect the authority of moderators/admins.

Public discussions of moderator/admin actions are not allowed on the forum. It is also prohibited to protest moderator actions in titles, avatars, and signatures. If you don't like something that a moderator did, PM or email the moderator and try your best to resolve the problem or difference in private.

6] Promotion of sites or products is not permitted.

Advertisements are not allowed in this venue. No blatant advertising or solicitations of or for business is prohibited.
This includes, but not limited to, personal resumes and links to products or
services with which the poster is affiliated, whether or not a fee is charged

    Հայաստանի պաշտպանության նախարարի խոսնակին նման հույս է ներշնչում երեք հոգեւոր առաջնորդների հայտարարությունը։

    «Հուսով ենք, Ադրբեջանի հոգեւոր առաջնորդի այս հայտարարությունից հետո ադրբեջանական կողմի դիրքորոշումը կփոխվի դիպուկահարների հարցում, եւ նրանք պատրաստակամություն կհայտնեն դիպուկահարներին շփման գծից հետ քաշել եւ ավելորդ լարվածություն այսուհետեւ շփման գծում չստեղծել», - «Ազատություն» ռադիոկայանի հետ զրույցում ասաց Դավիթ Կարապետյանը։

    Երկուշաբթի օրը Երեւանում` ԱՊՀ-ի Միջկրոնական խորհրդի նախագահության նիստի շրջանակներում կայացած եռակողմ հանդիպման արդյունքում Ամենայն Հայոց կաթողիկոս Գարեգին երկրորդի, Ադրբեջանի հոգեւոր առաջնորդ Ալլահշուքյուր Փաշազադեի ու Մոսկվայի եւ Համայն Ռուսիո պատրիարք Կիրիլ առաջինի կողմից ընդունվեց համատեղ հայտարարություն, որով երեք հոգեւոր առաջնորդները կոչ են անում ղարաբաղա-ադրբեջանական շփման գծից հետ քաշել դիպուկահարներին:

    «Ազատություն» ռադիոկայանի հետ զրույցում մեկնաբանելով փաստաթուղթը` պաշտպանության նախարարի խոսնակը նաեւ ընդգծեց. - «Հայկական կողմը մշտապես արտահայտվել է դիպուկահարներին շփման գծից դուրս քաշելու օգտին։ Այդ կապակցությամբ, Միացյալ Ազգերի Կազմակերպության գլխավոր քարտուղարը եւ միջազգային տարբեր կառույցներ մի շարք հորդորներով են հանդես եկել մինչ այժմ, որը ողջունվել է հայկական կողմից, սակայն արժանացել է ադրբեջանական կողմի առարկությանը»։

    «Ձեր գնահատմամբ` սա տրամադրության փոփոխությո՞ւն է նշանակում ադրբեջանական կողմի», - այս հարցին Դավիթ Կարապետյանը արձագանքեց. - «Հուսով ենք, Ադրբեջանի հոգեւոր առաջնորդը արտահայտում է իր ժողովրդի ցանկությունը, ինչպես նաեւ նրա հայտարարությունները համաձայնեցված են Ադրբեջանի ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարության հետ։ Չգիտեմ` որքանով են նրանց տեսակետները կարեւորագույն հարցերում միասնական, դա ցույց կտա առաջիկա օրերին, շաբաթներին առաջին գծում իրավիճակը, ինչպես նաեւ դա ցույց կտան ադրբեջանական կողմի կոնկրետ քայլերը»։

    Իսկ թե հայկական կողմը պատրա՞ստ է միակողմանիորեն դիպուկահարներին հեռացնել շփման գծից` այս առնչությամբ Հայաստանի պաշտպանության նախարարի խոսնակը շեշտեց. - «Շփման գծից դիպուկահարներին միակողմանի հանել` նշանակում է հայ զինվորների կյանքը վտանգել, նրանց կյանքը, առողջությունը հանձնել ադրբեջանցի դիպուկահարների խղճին պարզապես։ Հայ դիպուկահարները շփման գծում գոյություն ունեն միայն ու միայն այն պատճառով, որպեսզի չեզոքացնեն ադրբեջանցի դիպուկահարների գործողությունները։ Հայ դիպուկահարների գործողությունները ուղղված են ոչ թե Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերի սովորական զինվորների դեմ, այլ նրանց դիպուկահարների դեմ, ինչը մեզ թույլ է տալիս զսպել հակառակորդին եւ չեզոքացնել այն դիպուկահարների գործողությունը, որոնք պոտենցիալ վտանգ են մեր զինվորների համար»։

            On November 29, The Inspection Group of ARM Armed Forces Left for Turkey to carry out inspection on the “declared sites” in the framework of Treaty on Conventional Armed Forces in Europe (CFE). The Inspection Group will return to Armenia on December 2.

                    Նոյեմբերի 25-ին Կովկասի ինստիտուտում տեղի ունեցած «Ղարաբաղյան գործընթաց. մեծ ընդմիջման նախօրեի՞ն» թեմայով քննարկման ժամանակ քաղաքագետ Ալեքսանդր Իսկանդարյանը հետևյալ հարցադրումն արեց. «Դիպուկահարային պատերազմը չդադարեց: Կան տարբեր դիրքորոշումներ այն առումով, որ իրոք այն ուժեղացավ, թե՞ պարզապես այն ավելի շատ էին լուսաբանում քարոզչական և ուղղակի լրագրողական նպատակներից ելնելով: Այսինքն` կամ իրականությունը փոխվեց, կամ էլ իրականության լուսաբանումը: Ինչպես հասկանում եք, դրանք տարբեր բաներ են»:

                    Դիպուկահարային պատերզմը իրո՞ք ուժեղացավ, թե՞ այն ավելի շատ սկսեցին լուսաբանել: Առաջին գծում ծառայող սպաներից մեկը, ում անունը չենք նշում, կարծում է, որ իսկապես այն ուժեղացավ. «Այն, ինչ հիմա կատարում են ադրբեջանցիները, կոչվում է դիպուկահարային ահաբեկչություն: Անընդհատ աճող դիպուկահարային կրակոցները, որի պատճառով զինծառայողներ են զոհվում, բարոյալքում են զինվորներին ու խուճապ առաջացնում: Բայց այս թեորիան իրականում գործում է իրենց իսկ դեմ. որպես կանոն, նրանք ավելի շատ զոհեր են ունենում: Բայց նախորդ տարիներին էլ էին աշխատում (ճիշտ է, ոչ նման ծավալով), բայց լուսաբանումը նման կարգի չէր: Այսօր ամեն մի միջադեպի մասին հայտնի է դառնում, ինչը մեծ ռեզոնանս է առաջացնում: Եվ դա նրանց տակտիկան է, որպեսզի վախեցնեն: Լուրջ բան չկա: Ոչինչ, որ մի քսան ասկյար ցինկի մեջ տուն ուղղարկեն, կհանդարտվեն: Եվ մեր պատասխանը, իրոք, ավելի կոշտ է դարձել: Հիմա նրանց մոտ խուճապ է»:

                    Ղարաբաղում ծառայող մեկ այլ սպայի կարծիքով, դիպուկահարային պատերազմը միշտ էր կար. «Ուղղակի երբ նոր զորակոչ ենք ունենում, նրանք ակտիվացում են իրենց դիպուկահարներին: Երկրորդն էլ, եթե չեմ սխալվում, նրանք իրենց դիպուկահարային դպրոցի առաջին շրջանավարտներին ուղարկել են դիրքեր: Դիպուկահարային պատերազմը միշտ էլ կար, չեմ կարծում, որ այն ուժեղացել է: Ուղղակի երբեմն կորուստները զգալի են լինում»:
