Forum Rules (Everyone Must Read!!!)

1] What you CAN NOT post.

You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this forum to post any material which is:
- abusive
- vulgar
- hateful
- harassing
- personal attacks
- obscene

You also may not:
- post images that are too large (max is 500*500px)
- post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or cited properly.
- post in UPPER CASE, which is considered yelling
- post messages which insult the Armenians, Armenian culture, traditions, etc
- post racist or other intentionally insensitive material that insults or attacks another culture (including Turks)

The Ankap thread is excluded from the strict rules because that place is more relaxed and you can vent and engage in light insults and humor. Notice it's not a blank ticket, but just a place to vent. If you go into the Ankap thread, you enter at your own risk of being clowned on.
What you PROBABLY SHOULD NOT post...
Do not post information that you will regret putting out in public. This site comes up on Google, is cached, and all of that, so be aware of that as you post. Do not ask the staff to go through and delete things that you regret making available on the web for all to see because we will not do it. Think before you post!


2] Use descriptive subject lines & research your post. This means use the SEARCH.

This reduces the chances of double-posting and it also makes it easier for people to see what they do/don't want to read. Using the search function will identify existing threads on the topic so we do not have multiple threads on the same topic.

3] Keep the focus.

Each forum has a focus on a certain topic. Questions outside the scope of a certain forum will either be moved to the appropriate forum, closed, or simply be deleted. Please post your topic in the most appropriate forum. Users that keep doing this will be warned, then banned.

4] Behave as you would in a public location.

This forum is no different than a public place. Behave yourself and act like a decent human being (i.e. be respectful). If you're unable to do so, you're not welcome here and will be made to leave.

5] Respect the authority of moderators/admins.

Public discussions of moderator/admin actions are not allowed on the forum. It is also prohibited to protest moderator actions in titles, avatars, and signatures. If you don't like something that a moderator did, PM or email the moderator and try your best to resolve the problem or difference in private.

6] Promotion of sites or products is not permitted.

Advertisements are not allowed in this venue. No blatant advertising or solicitations of or for business is prohibited.

        Սաքունցը Բրյուսելում հայտարարել է, թե Հայաստանը խախտում է «սպառազինությունների մասին» պայմանագիրը

        Նոյեմբերի 17-18 –ը հանրային դիվանագիտության ծրագրի շրջանակում Բրյուսելում կայացած ՆԱՏՕ–ի սեմինար հանդիպմանը, Հելսինկյան Ասոցիացիայի Վանաձորի գրասենյակի ղեկավար Արթուր Սաքունցը, ՆԱՏՕ-ի ղեկավարներին`ՀՀ ՊՆ-ի ներկայացուցիչների ներկայությամբ, հայտարարել է, թե Հայաստանը խախտում է «Եվրոպայում սովորական զինված ուժերի մասին պայմանագրի (ԵՍԶՈՒՊ) դրույթները»: HayNews.am-ի թղթակցի հետ զրույցում Արթուր Սաքունցը չի հերքել այս տեղեկությունը.
        «Այո՛, ես ՆԱՏՕ-ի ղեկավարներին ասել եմ, որ Հայաստանն, ինչպես և Ադրբեջանը խախտում է Ստամբուլում 1999թ. նոյեմբերի 19-ին ստորագրված «Սովորական սպառազինությունների մասին » նորացված պայմանագիրը: Իհարկե ասել եմ, որ Ադրբեջանի դեպքում սպառազինությունների չափն ավելի մեծ չափերի է հասնում, բայց Հայաստանն էլ է խախտում: Ես պնդել եմ, որ ժամանակն է միջազգային կառույցները կանգնեցնեն սպառազինությունների այս մրցավազքը և խախտումների վրա աչք չփակեն»:
        HayNews.am-ի թղթակցի այն հարցին, թե մի՞թե սա դավաճանություն չէ՝ սեփական երկրին մեղադրել մի բանում, ինչն ըստ էության անում է և ասում հակառակորդը, Հելսինկյան Ասոցիացիայի Վանաձորի գրասենյակի ղեկավարը հակադարձել է .
        «Ես իրավապաշտպան եմ և պարտավոր եմ թե՛ Հայաստանի ներսում և թե՛ դրսում խոսել խախտումներից, որի արդյունքում անմեղ մարդիկ են զոհվում: Հասկանում եմ, որ գլխավոր մեղավորը Ադրբեջանն է, բայց մեկ է՝ Հայաստանի պատժիչ գործողությունները ևս սպանություն են: Այստեղ դավաճանության բան չկա»:
        Արթուր Սաքունցը տեղեկացրեց ,որ ՆԱՏՕ-ի ղեկավարներին բողոքել է, թե .«Հայաստանի պաշտպանական գերատեսչությունում կոռուպցիան մեծ չափերի է հասնում, մահվան դեպքերի նախաքննությունները ճիշտ չեն կատարվում»:
        Արթուր Սաքունցի հետ հարցազրույցն առավել մանրամասն կներկայացնենք վաղը:

          Հայաստանի ՊՆ N զորամասի պահակակետի հերթափոխի ժամանակ այսօր դեկտեմբերի 3-ին` 00.55-ի սահմաններում հայտնաբերվել է պահակակետի ժամապահ, ժամկետային շարքային զինծառայող Նարեկ Ռոբերտի Դավթյանի դիակը ծնոտի տակից մահացու հրազենային վիրավորումով: Այս մասին NEWS.am-ի թղթակցի հետ զրույցում տեղեկացրեց ՊՆ քննչական ծառայության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի ավագ սպա Մերի Սարգսյանը:

          Նրա խոսքով, փաստի առթիվ ՀՀ ՊՆ քննչական ծառայության 7-րդ կայազորային քննչական բաժնում նախապատրաստվում են նյութեր:

          «Կատարվել են դեպքի վայրի զննություն, դիակի արտաքին զննում, վերցվել են անհրաժեշտ նմուշներ, նշանակվել է դիակի դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություն»,-ավելացրեց Մերի Սարգսյանը:

          Նշենք, որ դեպքը տեղի է ունեցել Վանաձորի զորամասում:

                    Baku and Ankara are aware of the Iranian Azerbaijanis’ impact on the Karabakh issue, the Institute for Near East and Gulf Military Analysis (INEGMA) analyst Theodore Karasik told Armenian News-NEWS.am, commenting on the most recent demonstrations by the Azerbaijanis of Iran.

                    Several days ago, the Iranian Azerbaijanis started a new wave of protests at the football stadiums of Tabriz city. During a match between the local team and a squad from Shiraz city, the fans wore shirts depicting the flags of Turkey and Azerbaijan and also waved an Azerbaijani flag.

                    In Karasik’s view, it is difficult to conclude whether the demonstrations were planned, “because the demands are different among the fans themselves.”

                    “Tehran is not a foreign power in the Karabakh process, and it places its bet very carefully by forming its position in the Caucasus. The process’ remaining participants, including Russia and Armenia, are aware of the bets and are playing the possible scenarios,” Theodore Karasik added.

                    According to different estimations, there are up to 15-20 million ethnic Azerbaijanis living in Iran, primarily in the East and West Azerbaijan provinces.

                      Yes, Armenia knows who are its enemies, no need to remind us dear Near East and Gulf Military Analysis (INEGMA) analyst Theodore Karasik. We've always known.
