do you know what type of T-72s we operate?

if my info is correct than we operate T72 Ural (Original version, armed with 125 mm smoothbore tank gun and optical coincidence rangefinder) and T72A (Added laser rangefinder and electronic fire control, turret front and top being heavily reinforced with composite armour (nicknamed Dolly Parton by US intelligence), provisions for mounting reactive armor, smoke grenade launchers, flipper armour mount on front mudguards, internal changes.)

No guys i didnt mean here.. i mean upload in wikipedia..btw congratulations you all for acceptance of outlawing denial of Armenian Genocide in France..and thank Burjuin for the Armenian Air force youtube..i said once im saying again i got crazy of Airforce..i planed once to do that major..and im still planing for that as a second major and job.

Ֆրանսիայի Ազգային Ժողովն իր այսօրվա` դեկտեմբերի 22-ի նիստում, ընդունեց Հայոց ցեղասպանության ժխտումը քրեականացնող օրինագիծը:

Օրինագիծը ներկայացվել է կառավարող «Միություն հանուն ժողովրդական շարժման» (UMP) կուսակցության պատգամավոր Վալերի Բուայեի կողմից: Նրան աջակցել են կառավարող կուսակցության, սոցիալիստական ընդդիմության եւ կենտրոնամետների մեծ մասը: Այժմ օրինագիծը ներկայացվելու է Սենատի քննարկմանը:

Ազգային Ժողովի հանձնաժողովներում քննարկումներից հետո ձեւակերպումը փոխարինվել են «օրենսդրությամբ ճանաչված ցեղասպանությունների ժխտման համար պատիժ» ձեւակերպմամբ: Օրենքը, ցեղասպանության փաստը ժխտելու դեպքում, նախատեսում է 1 տարվա ազատազրկում եւ 45 հազար եվրո տուգանք: Ֆրանսիայում ճանաչվել է երկու ցեղասպանություն` Հոլոքոսթը (1990թ. օրենք) եւ Հայոց ցեղասպանությունը (2001թ. օրենք):

Դեկտեմբերի 7-ին այս օրինագիծն ընդգրկվել էր Ֆրանսիայի ԱԺ իրավական հարցերի հանձնաժողովի օրակարգ:

Հիշեցնենք, որ Թուրքիան նախքան քվեարկությունը, Ֆրանսիային սպառնում էր լուրջ հետեւանքներով, ընդհուպ մինչեւ Փարիզում Թուրքիայի դեսպանի հետկանչը եւ առեւտրային հարաբերությունների խզումը:

ԼՂՀ պաշտպանության բանակի հրամանատար, գեներալ-լեյտենանտ Մովսես Հակոբյանն այսօր` դեկտեմբերի 22-ին, լրագրողներին է ներկայացրել 2011թ. բանակային տարում հանրապետության զինված ուժերում իրականացված գործընթացները: Նա խոսել է այն ձեռքբերումների եւ թերացումների շուրջ, որոնք արձանագրվել են անձնակազմի մարտական եւ բարոյահոգեբանական պատրաստության ոլորտում, անդրադարձել զինծառայողների սոցիալ-կենցաղային պայմանների բարելավման, բանակ-հասարակություն փոխադարձ կապի ամրապնդման ուղղությամբ կատարված աշխատանքներին:

Ներածական խոսքից հետո պաշտպանության նախարարը պատասխանել է նաեւ լրագրողների հարցերին: Իսկ դրանք հիմնականում վերաբերում էին տարածաշրջանային ռազմաքաղաքական զարգացումներին, ղարաբաղա-ադրբեջանական հակամարտ զորքերի շփման գծում տիրող իրավիճակին, բանակի մարտական եւ զորահավաքային պատրաստության, անձնակազմի հետ տարվող աշխատանքների, ռազմահայրենասիրական դաստիարակության խնդիրներին եւ հարակից այլ թեմաների:

Լրագրողների հետ ունեցած հանդիպումը եզրափակվել է նախարարի կողմից կազմակերպված նախատոնական հանդիսավոր ընդունելությամբ: Մ. Հակոբյանը ներկաներին շնորհավորելով գալիք ամանորի առիթով, նրանց մաղթել է անձնական ու աշխատանքային հաջողություններ եւ համոզմունք հայտնել, որ բանակի եւ լրագրողների միջեւ այսուհետ եւս փոխհարաբերությունները կլինեն անկեղծ ու կառուցողական:

Թուրքիայի խորհրդարանից դուրս գալու ժամանակ լրագրողները վարչապետ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանից հետաքրքվել են Ֆրանսիայի ազգային ժողովւմ հատնված հայկական բանաձեւ հետ ընդունման դեպքում Թուրքիայի քայլերից:

Թուրքական Milliyet-ի փոխանցմամբ` Թուրքիայի վարչապետը հայտարարել է, թե հայկական նախագծի ընդունման դեպքում իրենք Ֆրանսիայի դեմ պատրաստել են 3 փուլից բաղկացած պատժամիջոցներ: «Օրինագծի ընդունման օրը կհայտատարենք 1-ին փուլի պատժամիջոցների մասին, որից հետո նոր կհայտարարենք 2-րդ եւ 3-րդ փուլի պատժամիջոցների մասին»,-ասել է Էրդողանը:

Նշենք, որ ֆրանսիական կողմը թուրքական սպառնալիքներին ի պատասխան հատարարել էր, թե Թուրքիային ողջամտության կոչ է անում, քանի որ Թուրքիան մի շարք միջազգային համաձայնագրերի եւ կազմակերպությունների անդամ է եւ չի կարող դրանցից դուրս քայլեր ձեռնարկել:

Aghdam. Teymur Zahidoglu – APA. Azerbaijani civilian was wounded as a result of ceasefire violation by Armenian armed forces.

APA’s Karabakh bureau reports that the incident has been recorded today at 13.00 near the contact line of troops in Aghdam region of Azerbaijan. Resident of Aghdam’s Orta Gervend village, Hasanova Elmira Mansur, born in 1965, was wounded in leg. She was hospitalized.

Strasbourg. Fuad Gulubeyli – APA. The lower chamber of the French parliament – the National Assembly has passed the bill outlawing denial of the genocides, including the so-called “Armenian genocide” recognized by the French legislation.

APA’s Europe bureau reports that the bill was submitted to the parliament by the member of the ruling party Valérie Boyer and her 40 close colleagues in October. According to the bill, those denying the so-called “Armenian genocide” will be sentenced to one-year imprisonment and fined for € 45 000. The bill was adopted by the ruling party members. The government supported the adoption of the bill. Most of the parliamentarians called to pass the bill. The parliamentarians, who opposed the bill, called on the French lawmakers not to deal with the historical issues, mentioned that there are such shameful pages in the history of France, too.

Possible tensions in France-Turkey relations were mentioned frequently during the debates. Chairman of the French-Turkish friendship group of the National Assembly, member of ruling party Michel Diefenbaker said the Armenian issue coincided with the eve of elections every time and it was a political speculation, and the history should be left for the historians to be researched. The French parliamentarians held intensive debates around the notion of genocides and differences between them. Two genocides were recognized by the French legislators. In 1990, France recognized the genocide against the xxxs committed by the German Nazi during the World War Two and the French legislation considers relevant punishment against the persons denying this genocide. In 2001, the French parliament recognized the “Armenian genocide” and such draft laws were adopted by the parliaments of several countries. As distinct from Holocaust, the “Armenian genocide” was not recognized by any legal instance and there was no any decision by the international court.

France recognized the fictitious “Armenian genocide” on January 29, 2001. The National Assembly passed the bill criminalizing the denial of “Armenian genocide” on October 12, 2006 and sent to the Senate for confirmation. On May 4, 2011 the Senate refused to confirm the bill saying it contradicts the Constitution. The relevant draft law adopted by the National Assembly today will be sent to the Senate and then to the President for approval and only after that it will come into force.
