Ռուսական ռազմակայանի ինժեներական ստորաբաժանումները Գյումրիում ամենամսյա դաշտային պարապմունքներ են անցկացնում

Ուսումնամարզական Կամհուդ կենտրոնում սկսվել են Հայաստանում ռուսական ռազմակայանի ինժեներական ստորաբաժանումների ամենամսյա դաշտային պարապմունքներ: Այդ մասին հայտնում է Ռուսաստանի հարավային ռազմական շրջանի մամլո ծառայությունը:

Դաշտային պարապմունքներին մասնակցում են շուրջ 100 զինծառայողներ եւ օգտագործվում է 20 միավոր ինժեներական հատուկ տեխնիկա:

Դաշտային պարապմունքների ընթացքում զինծառայողները իրականացնում են ուսումնական առաջադրանքների մի ամբողջ համալիր`իրենց մասնագիտացմանը համարժեք, մասնավորապես սովորում են հայտնաբերել պայթյունավտանգ առարկաները եւ ականազերծել տեղանքը ռազմական գործողությունների տարբեր պայմաններում, ինչպես նաեւ կատարելագործում են իրենց գիտելիքներն ինժեներական տեխնիկայի սարքավորումների վերաբերյալ:

Բացի դրանից, հատուկ դաշտային հողափոր մեքենաների (ՊԶՄ-2) հաշվարկներն իրականացնում են խրամատների, հրամանատարական կետերի փորման նորմատիվներ:

Armed incident in Azerbaijani Army, 2 soldiers died, 2 wounded – UPDATED

Baku – APA. A fatal criminal case was recorded in Azerbaijani Defense Ministry’s N military unit situated in Terter region.

Press service of the Defense Ministry told APA that soldier Abbasov Mammad Abbas killed soldier Hasanov Emil Gilman by firing from submachine gun because of dispute between them, then committed suicide. Two other soldiers were wounded as the submachine gun was in automatic mode. Their situation is stabile.

The criminal case has been launched into the fact, the investigation is underway.

APA reports that the wounded soldiers are Teymur Tamirov, 19, and Babek Ibishov, 20. Tamirov was drafted from Baku’s Nizami District Military Commissariat, Ibishov from Imishli Region Military Commissariat.

Killed soldier Emil Hasanov was drafted Lankaran Region Military Commissariat, Mammad Abbasov from Baku’s Nasimi District Military Commissariat.

Ստեփանակերտի օդանավակայանն արդեն ամբողջությամբ պատրաստ է շահագործման, ներկայումս աշխատանքներ են իրականացվում օդանավերի ձեռքբերման եւ համապատասխան անձնակազմի պատրաստման ուղղությամբ: Այդ մասին թղթակցին ասաց ԼՂՀ քաղավիացիայի գլխավոր վարչության պետ Վալերի Ադբաշյանը: Նրա խոսքով, հենց այս փուլն ավարտվի, թռիչքները կմեկնարկեն:

Առաջին թռիչքները կիրականացվեն արգենտինահայ բարերար Էդուարդո Էռնեկյանի նվիրաբերած օդանավով: «Առաջին թռիչքը մենք նախատեսում ենք իրականացնել ընթացիկ տարվա հունիս-հուլիսին: Օդանավը թեեւ նոր չէ, սակայն սկզբի համար մեզ լիովին բավարարում է»,- նշել է զրուցակիցը:

Ինչ վերաբերում է պարկի հետագա համալրմանը, ապա, Վ.Ադբաշյանը նշեց, որ դա կապված է ֆինանսավորման հետ: Նա նաեւ ընդգծեց, որ ղարաբաղյան կողմն արդեն տարբեր մոդելների օդանավեր է դիտարկում: «Օրինակ, մեզ հետաքրքրում են Embraer օդանավերը: Իհարկե, մեր հետագա ձեռքբերումները բոլորովին նոր կլինեն»,-ասաց նա:

Պատասխանելով հարցին, թե ինչպիսին է ԼՂՀ դիրքորոշումը ոչ վաղ անցյալում Բաքվի` ղարաբաղյան օդանավերը խփելու մասին հայտարարությանը, Ադբաշյանը քմծիծաղ տվեց. «Վերջին շրջանում նման հռետորաբանությունը կարծես լռել է, նմանատիպ հարց ինձ ուղղել էր BBC-ի լրագրողը, եւ ահա թե ինչ պատասխանեցի. սպառնալիքներով հանդես եկած Ադրբեջանի քաղավիացիայի պետական վարչության տնօրենի անունը հայերեն թարգամանությամբ նշանակում է «հիմար»: Եվ իզուր չէ այդպես: Քանի որ եթե նման բան ասեր, օրինակ, ՀՕՊ հրամանատարը, պաշտպանության նախարարը, ուժային կառույցի ներկայացուցիչը, հնարավոր է ոմանք ինչ-որ չափով լուրջ վերաբերվեին դրան: Սակայն այդ Արիֆն ընդամենը քաղավիացիայի ղեկավարն է», -հիշեցրեց Ադբաշյանը:

Բացի այդ, Ադրբեջանը եւս Քաղավիացիայի միջազգային կազմակերպության` ICAO-ի անդամ է, եւ հետեւաբար ստորագրել է կոնվենցիա, որով պարտավորվում է ոչ մի դեպքում սպառնալիք չստեղծել քաղաքացիական ավիացիայի օդանավերի համար: Նրանք կարող են օդանավին ստիպել վայրէջք կատարել, սակայն իրավունք չունեն խփել քաղաքացիական օդանավերը:

Ադբաշյանը նաեւ կարծիք հայտնեց, որ քաղաքակիրթ աշխարհում միջազգային օերնսդրությունը գերակա է ազգայինի նկատմամբ. «Եթե Ադրբեջանում այլ կերպ են մտածում` դա նրանց խնդիրն է: Իր հայտարարություններով Մամեդովը հերթական անգամ ցույց է տալիս, թե մենք ում հետ գործ ունենք: Եթե պաշտոնական Բաքուն չի ընդունում իր իսկ կողմից ստորագրված միջազգային կոնվենցիան, ապա այդ երկրին պետք է հեռացնել ICAO-ից»:

Azerbaijan to purchase T-90S tanks from Russia

Azerbaijani Defense Ministry and Rosoboroneksport signed a deal on it

Baku. Rashad Suleymanov – APA. Azerbaijan will purchase T-90S tanks from Russia, military sources told APA.

In 2011, Azerbaijani Defense Ministry and Russia’s Rosoboroneksport Company signed a deal on sales of T-90S main battle tanks, no details were given on the number and delivery time of the tanks.

Rosoboroneksport also signed a deal with Turkmenistan on sales of T-90 tanks.

T-90 is being produced by Russia’s Uralvagonzavod Scientific Production Corporation.

The South Caucasian republics purchased 636 artillery systems from various countries of the world in 2005-2010.
APA reports quoting the UN Register of Conventional Arms that they purchased 355 mine throwers, 137 howitzers, 107 self-propelled artillery systems, 37 reactive fire systems.

Azerbaijan is the biggest buyer of artillery system among the South Caucasian countries. Azerbaijan bought 263 various artillery systems. Armenia takes the second place with 210 artillery systems and Georgia is the third with 163 artillery systems.

Azerbaijan bought 54 2S1 “Gvozdika”, 6 2S3 “Akatsiya”, 12 2S7 “Pion” self-propelled artillery systems, 85 D-30 guns, 85 PM-38 mine throwers, 11 9A52 “Smerch”, 10 RAK-12 reactive fire systems.

Georgia bought 22 152mm “Dana”, 7 2S7 “Pion”, 6 2S3 “Akatsiya” self-propelled artillery systems, 42 howitzers, 70 mine throwers (25 120mm, 15 122mm, 30 60mm) and 16 reactive fire systems.

Armenia bought 200 75mm mine throwers. Armenia bought this weapon from Bosnia and Herzegovina. Though Bosnia showed this information in its report to UN, these weapons were reflected in Armenia’s report. Armenia also bought 10 122mm D-30 guns from Belarus.
