Forum Rules (Everyone Must Read!!!)

1] What you CAN NOT post.

You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this forum to post any material which is:
- abusive
- vulgar
- hateful
- harassing
- personal attacks
- obscene

You also may not:
- post images that are too large (max is 500*500px)
- post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or cited properly.
- post in UPPER CASE, which is considered yelling
- post messages which insult the Armenians, Armenian culture, traditions, etc
- post racist or other intentionally insensitive material that insults or attacks another culture (including Turks)

The Ankap thread is excluded from the strict rules because that place is more relaxed and you can vent and engage in light insults and humor. Notice it's not a blank ticket, but just a place to vent. If you go into the Ankap thread, you enter at your own risk of being clowned on.
What you PROBABLY SHOULD NOT post...
Do not post information that you will regret putting out in public. This site comes up on Google, is cached, and all of that, so be aware of that as you post. Do not ask the staff to go through and delete things that you regret making available on the web for all to see because we will not do it. Think before you post!


2] Use descriptive subject lines & research your post. This means use the SEARCH.

This reduces the chances of double-posting and it also makes it easier for people to see what they do/don't want to read. Using the search function will identify existing threads on the topic so we do not have multiple threads on the same topic.

3] Keep the focus.

Each forum has a focus on a certain topic. Questions outside the scope of a certain forum will either be moved to the appropriate forum, closed, or simply be deleted. Please post your topic in the most appropriate forum. Users that keep doing this will be warned, then banned.

4] Behave as you would in a public location.

This forum is no different than a public place. Behave yourself and act like a decent human being (i.e. be respectful). If you're unable to do so, you're not welcome here and will be made to leave.

5] Respect the authority of moderators/admins.

Public discussions of moderator/admin actions are not allowed on the forum. It is also prohibited to protest moderator actions in titles, avatars, and signatures. If you don't like something that a moderator did, PM or email the moderator and try your best to resolve the problem or difference in private.

6] Promotion of sites or products is not permitted.

Advertisements are not allowed in this venue. No blatant advertising or solicitations of or for business is prohibited.

    Հղումներ անելով սեփական աղբյուրների և տեղեկությունների` որոշ լրատվամիջոցներով և սոցցանցերով ապատեղեկատվություն է տարածվում հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանագոտու տարբեր հատվածներում փոխհրաձգության, հրադադարի ռեժիմը խախտելու, հայկական դիրքերը և բնակավայրերը գնդակոծելու հեևանքով զոհերի և վիրավորների վերաբերյալ:
    Նման լուրեր տարածողներին խորհուրդ ենք տալիս ճշտել իրենց հասած տեղեկությունների հավաստիությունը ՀՀ ՊՆ տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունում, չտարածել չստուգված լուրեր և արհեստականորեն չսրել իրավիճակը հայ-ադրբեջանական շփման գոտում:
    ՀՀ զինված ուժերը վերահսկում են սահմանային իրավիճակը շփման գծի ամբողջ երկայնքով: ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարությունը մեկ անգամ ևս հայտարարում է, որ հայկական կողմը խստորեն հետևում է հրադադարի ռեժիմի պահպանմանը և իրավիճակին համարժեք գործողությունների է դիմում միայն հակառակորդի կողմից արձանագրվող խախտումների դեպքում:

      ICRC representatives visit three Armenian servicemen and five civilians held captive in Azerbaijan

      Baku. Kamala Guliyeva – APA. Representatives of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) visited three Armenian servicemen and five civilians held captive in Azerbaijan on April 25, spokesperson for the ICRC Delegation in Azerbaijan Shahla Gahramanova told APA.

      ICRC representatives delivered 2 Red Cross Messages to the captives and 3 Salamat Messages were taken from them.

      Currently there are three Armenian prisoners of war and five civilians in Azerbaijan. The civilians are the members of one family – Yegishe, Ruzanna, Alfred, Gayane and Petros Gevorkian. They crossed the Azerbaijani borders in January, 2010.

      Two the captives – Ohan Arutunyan and Gevorg Tovmasyan passed into Azerbaijani side in May, 2009, another one – Karen Arutunyan passed into Azerbaijani side in July, 2009. All of three soldiers wish to be sent to a third country.

      There is one Azerbaijani serviceman in Armenian captivity. Corporal of Azerbaijani Army Akhundzadeh Mammadbaghir Talib, born 1990, was captured by the Armenians near Yukhari Chayli village of Azerbaijan’s Terter region on line of contact between the Armenian and Azerbaijani troops.

        Այսօր Տավուշի մարզի Բերդ քաղաքում հրաժեշտ էին տալիս ապրիլի 27-ին Այգեպար-Մովսես հատվածում սպանված հայազգի 3 զինծառայողներին:

        Fecebook սոցիալական ցանցով Գոհարիկ Աբրահամյանի կողմից տարածվել էր մի լուսանկար, որում պատակերված էր 3 զինծառայողների հոգեհանգստի արարողությունը:

        Գոհարիկ Աբրահամյանի ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում հետևյալ գրառումն էր կատարել.«Բերդում ու ամբողջ տարածաշրջանում սուգ է: Այսօր սահմանամերձ ժողովուրդն ավելի քան երբեք միասնական ու տոկուն են: Աստված լուսավորի ձեր հոգիները հերոսներ, որ զոհվեցիք արյունարբու թշնամու դեմ պայքարելով:

        Արամ Եսայան-26 տարեկան, Արշակ Ներսիսյան-21 տարեկան, Դավիթ Աբգարյան-27 տարեկան…Հիշեք այս անունները…անկախ Հայաստանի հերոսներն են:

        21-ամյա Արշակի 18-ամյա այրին, ով 4 տարեկանում կորցրել էր անև մորը, սառած հայացքով մի ձեռքով շոյում էր ամուսնու անշնչած գլուխը, մյուսով սեղմում` փորը: Մայրն ուժերը կորցրած ասում էր.«իմ կորած հերոս բալա»»:

              Azerbaijan sends three Armenian captives to third country

              Baku –APA. Three Armenian prisoners of war captured by the Azerbaijani Armed Forces in May-July, 2009 were sent to a third country.

              According to APA, Ohan Arutyunyan and Gevorg Tomasyan were captured in May, 2009, Karen Arutyunyan – July, 2009. Currently there are five civilians, who are members of an Armenian family, in Azerbaijan. They are Egishe, Ruzanna, Alfred, Gayane and Petros Gevorkyan, who voluntarily crossed the borders of Azerbaijan in January, 2010.

                Ադրբեջանը երրորդ երկրի է փոխանցել հայ ռազմագերիներին

                Ադրբեջանը, նախնական տեղեկություններով, երրորդ երկրի են փոխանցել երեք հայ ռազմագերիներին: Այդ մասին NEWS.am-ի թղթակցի հետ զրույցում հայտնել է Հայաստանի Զինված ուժերի օպերատիվ վարչության ավագ սպա, Գերիների, պատանդների եւ անհայտ կորածների հարցերով զբաղվող հանձնաժողովին առընթեր աշխատանքային խմբի անդամ Սամվել Ասատրյանը:

                Նախնական տեղեկություններով, փոխանցումը տեղի է ունեցել ապրիլի 26-ին: Առայժմ չի հստակեցվում, թե որ երկրին են փոխանցվել երեք ռազմագերիները:

                Նշենք, որ Ադրբեջանում մնացել էին երեք հայ ռազմագերիներ` Օհան Հարությունյանը, Գեւորգ Թովմասյանն ու Կարեն Հարությունյանը, որոնց էլ հավանաբր փոխանցել են: Նրանք մոլորվել էին անծանոթ տեղանքում եւ հայտնվել Ադրբեջանի տարածքում:

                Երկուսը գտնվում էին 2009 թ. մայիսից, եւս մեկը` նույն տարվա հուլիսից:

                Նշենք, որ ներկայումս Ադրբեջանում է գտնվում 5 անձինց բաղկացած մի ընտանիք` Եղիշե, Ռուզաննա, Ալֆրեդ, Գայանե եւ Պետրոս Գեւորգյանները:

                Եղիշե Գեւորգյանը 8 անգամ դատապարտվել էր, եւ ներկայում էլ հետախուզվում է սպանության կասկածանքով: Նա ընտանիքի հետ 2010 թ. հունվարի 10-ին փախել էր Ադրբեջան:

                Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում է գտնվում մեկ ադրբեջանցի ռազմագերի:

                  Միջազգային հաքերների Anonymous խմբի կողմից ապրիլի 27-ի երեկոյան Թուրքիայի 3 նախարարությունների եւ ավելի քան 20 կազմակերպությունների կայքերի դեմ կիբերհարձակումը թուրքական լրատվամիջոցները կապում են փետրվարին Anonymous-ի սպառնալիքի հետ:

                  Թուրքական Gazete5.com կայքը տեղեկացնելով Anonymous-ի հարձակման մասին` հիշեցնում է, որ 2012-ի փետրվարին YouTube-ի միջոցով Anonymous-ը կոչ էր արել Թուրքիային` ճանաչել Հայոց ցեղասպանությունը, հակառակ դեպքում սպառնալով կոտրել Թուրքիայի կառավարության կայքերը:

                  Նշենք, որ ապրիլի 27-ի երեկոյան Anonymous-ը համաժամանակյա հարձակման է ենթարկել Թուրքիայի ԱԳՆ, ՆԳՆ եւ արդարադատության նախարարության կայքերն ու հասարակական այլ կայքեր, որոնց թիվը հասել է 20-ի։

                  Թուրքիայի տեխնոլոգիաների եւ հաղորդակցության վարչության կիբերհարձակումների դեմ պայքարի բաժնի աշխատակիցների գլխավորությամբ, նախարությունների ինֆորմացիոն անվտանգության աշխատակիցների եւ ինտերնետ պրովայդերների անվտանգության մասնագետների մասնակցությամբ 2 ժամ պայքար է մղվել Anonymous-ի հարձակման դեմ։
