The government (local police) allowed it to happen (they could have stopped it) so the government was indeed very much involved.

Both are criminals, people and government. The people of Azerbaijan are dangerous genocidal maniacs. The country has no history of its own and bases its existence on their enmity with us. You can imagine what kind of xxxx they are breeding in there and one day they will unleash it on Armenia.

Yes dear Federate, yes... may God forbid if ever we lose an inch of land of our Nakhichevan lands, not an inch of land must be given to the barbaric azeri mobs and government alike. Inclusive and especially the lands that are in between Armenia and Artsakh. Artsakh at all times must be attached to Armenia. They were Armenian lands to begin with. I will otherwise be very afraid of the Artsakhtsi people living in there. There are 130,000 of them and their lives are very important to all of us.

Don't worry time will move on it's been 15 years already,
we just have to hope that our leaders don't end up making
decesissions that will due us harm(as if they haven't done enough already)
We can just hope for better military power in the region, more birthrates,
more settlements, and some good economic growth for both Artsakh and
              Armenia.

Hope is not gona do it. You need a plan and you need to impliment it. I have been sugesting for a long time that the diaspora needs to participate by going to Armenia and gettting personaly involved with what is left of our homeland. By going there you will develop a personal closeness with Armenia you simply can never have otherwise. Go there, spend money there and make friends there. The closer we feel to our homeland the stronger we will become as a people and a nation.

Not socially but economically Diaspora would not return to Armenia by itself. Yerevan needs to do political and economical reforms to convince people to invest in Armenia. Not everyone is nationalist enough to jump in a risky invesment instead of doing business at USA, France etc, this counts for every nation.

You are right, that is one of the reasons reapproachment with turckey is on the agenda. Open borders will make business more doable. I think it is amazing what Armenia has been able to accomplish already and it will do so much more given the opportunity.
