Hamsheni Armenians of Kyrgyzstan are to move to Nagorno-Karabakh.

Ruslan Karabadjakov, the leader of Hamsheni Armenian community in Kyrgyzstan, visited Armenia for further elaborations on the project of relocation. Karabadjakov will also travel to Karabakh (Artsakh) to find the most appropriate place for the dwelling of 200 Hamsheni Armenian families, reports Yerkramas.

'We belong here, in Armenia. For 250 years our fate drove us from place to place, from Ajaria to Central Asia. Eventually, we decided to shelter on our own land,' said Karabadjakov.

The initial plan is to shelter 200 Hamsheni Armenian families in Martakert region of Nagorno-Karabakh.

The project will be funded until Hamshenis will find the means of supporting themselves.

There was never any plans by Turkey for any invasion. Սերգեյ Վարդանյանը պատմեց, որ խորհրդային տարիներին ևս Ղրղըզստանի կրոնափոխ համշենահայերը ցանկանում էին բնակություն հաստատել Հայաստանում։ «Նրանք, իհարկե, կուզեին գնալ Աջարիա, որտեղից աքսորվել էին 1944-ին, սակայն Վրաստանը նրանց չէր ընդունում», - նշեց նա։

Ներկայացնելով Ղրղըզստանի համշենահայերի համայնք իր այցելությունը՝ նա նշեց, որ վերադարձին նախաձեռնությունը ներկայացրել էր պատկան մարմիններին և լրատվամիջոցներին խնդրել էր պահպանել խոհեմ լռություն՝ գործին չխոչընդոտելու և այդ մարդկանց՝ իրենց տարածքում ավելորդ հարվածի տակ չդնելու համար։ Սակայն հասարակության լայն շրջանակներում քննարկվում էին «վերադարձի այնպիսի մանրամասներ, ինչպիսիք են՝ Երևանում նրանց համար մզկիթ կառուցելը և այլն»։ «Ասում եմ՝ նրանք այնտեղ էլ շատ գյուղերում մզկիթ չունեն: Դե, Խորհրդային Միություն էր՝ եկեղեցիները, մզկիթները շատ տեղերում արգելված էին, իսկ այստեղ շարունակում էին քննարկել հավանական և անհավանական վարկածներ: Ցանկացած գործ, երբ դեռ չես արել, բարոյական իրավունք չունես այդ մասին հայտարարել»,- ասաց Սերգեյ Վարդանյանը։

Ըստ Վարդանյանի՝ հնարավոր չէ կանխատեսել, թե Ղրղըզստանի համշենահայերից քանիսը կկամենա վերադառնալ, քանի որ կան նաև խառնամուսնություններով ընտանիքներ, և դժվար է թողնել ընտանիքի կեսը, բնակության վայրը և այլն։ Նրանց մի մասի ազգականները բնակվում են Կրասնոդարի, Ռոստովի և Վորոնեժի մարզերում և ոմանք ցանկանում են մեկնել այնտեղ: «Մարդիկ 1944-ից՝ այսինքն արդեն յոթ տասնամյակ ապրում են Ղրղըզստանում և տուն-տեղ թողնել-գալը բոլորի համար հեշտ չի լինի։ Բայց արդեն իսկ հայտարարվում է հնարավոր ամենամեծ թիվը՝ 200 ընտանիք. այնտեղ հենց այդքան կրոնափոխ համշենահայ ընտանիք կա, և հայտարարվում է, թե նրանք գալիս են։ Իսկ բարձրացված այս աղմուկից հետո, բնականաբար, այնտեղ կընկնեն նրանց տների գները, գույքը դժվար կլինի վաճառել, մարդիկ իրապես կկանգնեն խնդիրների առաջ»,- նշեց նա։

Ադրբեջանը հասցրել է օգտվել բարձրացված աղմուկից

Սերգեյ Վարդանյանը շեշտեց, որ չարված գործի շուրջ բարձրացված այս աղմուկից արդեն իսկ հասցրել է օգտվել Ադրբեջանի իշխող կուսակցությունը՝ նամակ հղելով ԵԱՀԿ համանախագահներին, թե Հայաստանը փորձում է վերաբնակեցնել «գրավյալ տարածքները»։ Նա ասաց, որ Թուրքիան արդեն քանի տարի է՝ Արևմտյան Հայաստանի տարածքում բնակեցնում է Միջին Ասիայից ու Աֆղանստանից հրավիրված տարբեր ազգությունների տասնյակ հազարավոր ներկայացուցիչների, բայց այդ մասին ոչ մի աղմուկ չի բարձրացնում: Վարդանյանը նշեց նաև, որ Թուրքիան բավականին ազդեցիկ լծակներ ունի Միջին Ասիայի հանրապետություններում, որոնցում ակտիվ գործում են թուրքական մի շարք կազմակերպություններ, որոնք կփորձեն խանգարել այս վերաբնակեցմանը:

«Ես համշենահայերի խնդիրներին ծանոթ եմ արդեն տասնամյակներ՝ տարբեր երկրներում այցելել եմ այդ մարդկանց, զրուցել եմ նրանց հետ, նրանց մասին արդեն 7 տարի է հրատարակում եմ ամսաթերթ, ծանոթ եմ Ռուսլան Կարաբաջակովին, ով եկել էր Հայաստան՝ տեղում իրավիճակին ծանոթանալու և Ղրղըզստանի համայնքին ներկայացնելու համար, որպես հին ծանոթներ հանդիպեցինք և զրուցեցինք, նրան նվիրեցի 2009 թ. լույս տեսած իմ գիրքը` «Կրոնափոխ համշենահայերի բարբառը, բանահյուսությունը և երգարվեստը», որում տպագրվել էին նաև նրա և ծնողների լուսանկարները: Շատ հուզվեց: Մեծ ցավ եմ ապրում, որ խորքային խնդիրների նկատմամբ զանգվածային լրատվամիջոցները ցուցաբերում են այսքան մակերեսային վերաբերմունք: Դա վնասում է ցանկացած գործի»,- ասաց Ս. Վարդանյանը:

Սփյուռքի նախարարությունը որևէ դիմում չի ստացել

Tert.am-ի հարցին ի պատասխան՝ Սփյուռքի նախարարությունում ասացին, որ իրենց ոչ ոք չի դիմել համշենահայերի վերադարձի հարցով: «Մեզ հետ ոչ ոք նման բան չի քննարկել և այդ տեղեկատվությունն ու դրա ծրագրի ընդգրկումը կամ ֆինանսավորումը ես չեմ կարող մեկնաբանել»,- ասաց Սփյուռքի նախարարության հայրենադարձության և հետազոտությունների վարչության հայրենադարաձության բաժնի պետ Արսեն Հակոբյանը։ Նա տրամադրեց 2003թ. պաշտոնական տվյալներ՝ ըստ որոնց, Ղրղըզստանում ապրում են 1364 հայ և 1500 մուսուլման համշենահայեր։ «Նրանց կողմից պաշտոնական դիմում, հայրենադարձության որևէ ծրագիր մենք չենք ստացել»,- կրկնեց նա։

Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում ավելի վաղ թուրքագետ Ռուբեն Մելքոնյանը կարծիք էր հայտնել, որ Հայաստանը պետք է օգտագործի համշենահայերի՝ հայկական արմատներին վերադառնալու ցանկությունը, նրանց մեջ ազգային ինքնագիտակցության զարթոնքը և վերաինտեգրի նրանց հայությանը։

PanARMENIAN.Net - The head of the Center of Westerns Armenians Studies, Haykazun Alvrtsyan has described reports on settlement of 200 Hamshen Armenian families from Kyrgyzstan in Nagorno Karabakh as ‘misunderstanding’.
“The unverified information spread by Armenian media could have caused serious problems for the Hamshen Armenians in Kyrgyzstan,” he told a press conference on May 16.
For his part, editor-in-chief of Dzayn Hamshenakan” (The Voice of Hamshen) Sergey Vardanyan said that one of the representatives of the Armenian Hamshen community of Kyrgyzstan, Ruslan Karabadjaoglu, visited Armenia and NKR with the idea of further settling there. “However, this does not mean that the entire community numbering 200 families would agree to move,” he said.
Both Alvrtsyan and Vardanyan emphasized that similar information can have grave consequences in the Turkic-speaking, Islamic Kyrgyzstan and called on journalists to be more cautious and responsible.
Earlier, Yerkramas newspaper published a report saying that 200 Hamshen Armenian families are planning to move from Kyrgyzstan to Nagorno Karabakh.

YEREVAN (Yerkir)—Around 200 Hamshen-Armenian families living in Kyrgyzstan have opted to resettle in the Nagorno Karabagh Republic (NKR).

The leader of the Hamshen-Armenian community, Ruslan Karabadjakov, has traveled to Yerevan and will soon go to Karabagh to look into the logistics of relocating 200 families there.

“Our place is here, in Armenia,” said Karabadjakov. “For 250 years, fate has forced us to move from place to place—Adzharia, Central Asia. Finally we’ve decided to seek refuge on our own soil.”

It is anticipated that the Hamshen Armenians will establish residency in the Mardakert region of Karabagh. The NKR authorities will provide land and opportunities for the group’s economic development and will subsidize this effort until the families become self-sufficient.

Armenians of Hamshen in Western Armenia were conquered by the Ottomans in the 15th century. The majority of them were forced to convert to Islam. A resurgence of Hamshen Armenians has begun in recent years, with a group in Armenia forming community organizations and publishing a newspaper.

The Hamshen Armenians settled in Adjaria, Georgia, yet were driven out. A large majority settled in Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan.
