Forum Rules (Everyone Must Read!!!)

1] What you CAN NOT post.

You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this forum to post any material which is:
- abusive
- vulgar
- hateful
- harassing
- personal attacks
- obscene

You also may not:
- post images that are too large (max is 500*500px)
- post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or cited properly.
- post in UPPER CASE, which is considered yelling
- post messages which insult the Armenians, Armenian culture, traditions, etc
- post racist or other intentionally insensitive material that insults or attacks another culture (including Turks)

The Ankap thread is excluded from the strict rules because that place is more relaxed and you can vent and engage in light insults and humor. Notice it's not a blank ticket, but just a place to vent. If you go into the Ankap thread, you enter at your own risk of being clowned on.
What you PROBABLY SHOULD NOT post...
Do not post information that you will regret putting out in public. This site comes up on Google, is cached, and all of that, so be aware of that as you post. Do not ask the staff to go through and delete things that you regret making available on the web for all to see because we will not do it. Think before you post!

2] Use descriptive subject lines & research your post. This means use the SEARCH.

This reduces the chances of double-posting and it also makes it easier for people to see what they do/don't want to read. Using the search function will identify existing threads on the topic so we do not have multiple threads on the same topic.

3] Keep the focus.

Each forum has a focus on a certain topic. Questions outside the scope of a certain forum will either be moved to the appropriate forum, closed, or simply be deleted. Please post your topic in the most appropriate forum. Users that keep doing this will be warned, then banned.

4] Behave as you would in a public location.

This forum is no different than a public place. Behave yourself and act like a decent human being (i.e. be respectful). If you're unable to do so, you're not welcome here and will be made to leave.

5] Respect the authority of moderators/admins.

Public discussions of moderator/admin actions are not allowed on the forum. It is also prohibited to protest moderator actions in titles, avatars, and signatures. If you don't like something that a moderator did, PM or email the moderator and try your best to resolve the problem or difference in private.

6] Promotion of sites or products is not permitted.

Advertisements are not allowed in this venue. No blatant advertising or solicitations of or for business is prohibited.
This includes, but not limited to, personal resumes and links to products or
services with which the poster is affiliated, whether or not a fee is charged
for the product or service. Spamming, in which a user posts the same message repeatedly, is also prohibited.

7] We retain the right to remove any posts and/or Members for any reason, without prior notice.

- PLEASE READ -

Members are welcome to read posts and though we encourage your active participation in the forum, it is not required. If you do participate by posting, however, we expect that on the whole you contribute something to the forum. This means that the bulk of your posts should not be in "fun" threads (e.g. Ankap, Keep & Kill, This or That, etc.). Further, while occasionally it is appropriate to simply voice your agreement or approval, not all of your posts should be of this variety: "LOL Member213!" "I agree."
If it is evident that a member is simply posting for the sake of posting, they will be removed.

8] These Rules & Guidelines may be amended at any time. (last update September 17, 2009)

If you believe an individual is repeatedly breaking the rules, please report to admin/moderator.

Now look at it from the other end.
Moskwa evidently did save Aliyev's regime, by stopping our counter offensive once the Blitz plan failed and we recaptured virtually all terrain and were ready for....
If it was not Moskwa the one giving the Carte Blanche, and was Turkey, given their supposed 'bad' relations today, would Moskwa had an interest in saving his supposed enemy's ass???

(I am not talking about all the rest, The 5 billion arms delivered, night trips preparing the Aliyev bargain in middle of night, .... non delivery of 200 M arms we were suposed to receive for months...., sputnik data not transmitted...)
He did not have to even bring up turkeys name, still trying to make Russia look worse than turkey. Trying to Inseminate hatred like we have with turkey.
I was the first 5 days ago saying looks like Moscow stopped our offencive. But besides thinking one way that Moscow helped Azeris, Moscow tried to stop the conflict from getting out of hand.
      This game is not over.
It's not the time to make this into Russian fiasco. We will loose much. Keep the criticism but rather why our government did not anticipate and deal with it(Moscow).
Do not make it a movement but rather force actions in existing environment.
While western media was trumpeting that Russia is arming and making Armenia dangerous for turkey in past three months, it is abvious now that moscows plans were not to make us safe with Azerbaijan.
It's up to us in creating that safety.
Do not lead us into a path that either Moscow or west do not give a sh it about.
Keep in context of Russo Turkish conflicts.
When there was reports that Russia was arming us against turkey, our opposition and government voiced concern.
Instead, we could jump at that arming and try to get a bigger share.
We cannot move Moscow to act for our needs with Baku. But we can make it act on Turkish threat.
Another wise, we have to make turkey/Azerbaijan one issue for Moscow. Not separate them and make it Azerbaijan and us only deal.
We have to make sure that Moscow knows that next time turkey will be involved. We will hit Nakhijevan.
If they think that fast military action by Baku will hold results against Artsakh. We have to make sure it will involve Nakhijevan.
We have to make them know and brlieve, there will be our fast military response against Nakhijevan. We have to keep Nakhijevan border boiling, not like this.
This ties karabakh conflict with turkey, limiting Russia's options.

By the way, why did our best western friends suddenly start screaming in their media 3 months ago, when 200 mln deal became signed, that Russia was arming and militirising Armenia?
They did not show such a concern for Azerbaijan. Not near as much.

1- Who's our Western friend? How and why can a russian province have friends in the West?
2- Russia, by its actions is doing perfectly the job for the West. They need nothing to do in this trend. It is destroying the base of its foothold in Kavkaz, our russophilia.
3- In my opinion russian leadership must be held accountable for harming russian strategic intersts (when it comes the way they treat us), by russian people. But that's wishfull thinking. Russians are prone to let inavders reach Moskwa, even they do burn Moskwa if need there is... but we can not afford that from our interests point of view.
4- Given the way they do threat us, our only chance is to distinguish ourselves from Russia, destroy our Russophilia once for all, by calling a cat a cat, and try to save our head by regaining our decision making capacity/ multilateral diplomacy.
5- Once the message reaches the brain of the Kreml, that theese stupid Armians have changed for good, and are ready to sent them to hell, ..... they will be effectively loose their foothold, for every Armenian village, you will have an Iskandar, or even Topol.

            Vardan Voskanian

The first delivery of the Russian S-300 surface-to-air missile system has arrived in Iran, the country’s Foreign Ministry has announced.
“We had already announced that despite several changes in the time of delivery, the deal is on its path of implementation and today I should announce that the first part of this equipment has arrived in Iran and delivery of other parts will continue,” Foreign Ministry spokesman Jaberi Ansari told journalists, Mehr news agency reported.

I wonder what would israel do now that their field test of their toy drone did not work on taking down the S300 command center? Maybe the Iranian version will work better? Let us hope hozbollah will get some.

Sackofshiitville tried that with Georgia and failed, was stripped of his Georgian citizenship. For some reason he now yells at the Ukrainian parliament and writes books titled "When Putin invaded my country".
