Forum Rules (Everyone Must Read!!!)

1] What you CAN NOT post.

You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this forum to post any material which is:
- abusive
- vulgar
- hateful
- harassing
- personal attacks
- obscene

You also may not:
- post images that are too large (max is 500*500px)
- post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or cited properly.
- post in UPPER CASE, which is considered yelling
- post messages which insult the Armenians, Armenian culture, traditions, etc
- post racist or other intentionally insensitive material that insults or attacks another culture (including Turks)

The Ankap thread is excluded from the strict rules because that place is more relaxed and you can vent and engage in light insults and humor. Notice it's not a blank ticket, but just a place to vent. If you go into the Ankap thread, you enter at your own risk of being clowned on.
What you PROBABLY SHOULD NOT post...
Do not post information that you will regret putting out in public. This site comes up on Google, is cached, and all of that, so be aware of that as you post. Do not ask the staff to go through and delete things that you regret making available on the web for all to see because we will not do it. Think before you post!


2] Use descriptive subject lines & research your post. This means use the SEARCH.

This reduces the chances of double-posting and it also makes it easier for people to see what they do/don't want to read. Using the search function will identify existing threads on the topic so we do not have multiple threads on the same topic.

3] Keep the focus.

Each forum has a focus on a certain topic. Questions outside the scope of a certain forum will either be moved to the appropriate forum, closed, or simply be deleted. Please post your topic in the most appropriate forum. Users that keep doing this will be warned, then banned.

4] Behave as you would in a public location.

This forum is no different than a public place. Behave yourself and act like a decent human being (i.e. be respectful). If you're unable to do so, you're not welcome here and will be made to leave.

5] Respect the authority of moderators/admins.

          Հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանի հատումը կապված է մառախուղի, անուշադրության ու մարդկային գործոնի հետ. Կարեն Վրթանեսյան

          Տարին առնվազն մեկ անգամ հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանը հատում և հակառակորդի տարածքում է հայտնվում ՀՀ քաղաքացի, հիմնականում հարակից գյուղերի բնակիչներից: Որո՞նք են պատճառները կամ ինչ թերություններ կան սահմանին, որոնք հարկավոր է շտկել, հարցերի շուրջ Tert.am-ը զրուցեց «Ռազմինֆո» ռազմական լրատվական կայքի համակարգող Կարեն Վրթանեսյանի հետ:

          Ըստ Կարեն Վրթանեսյանի՝ հիմնական պատճառը լինում է եղանակային պայմանները, օրինակ` մառախուղը: Նա ուշադրություն հրավիրեց այն հանգամանքի վրա, մարդիկ պատահականորեն հատում են սահմանը հենց ցուրտ եղանակին:

          «Բացի այդ, շատ բարդ ռելիեֆ է հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանային հատվածներում ու մարդիկ հաճախ անուշադիր են լինում. չեն մտածում՝ որ ուղղությամբ են գնում, քանի որ ինքնավստահ են»,- ասաց նա:

          Կարեն Վրթանեսյանը համոզված է, որ տեղանքը ցույց տվող նշանների պակասի խնդիր չկա, որովհետև սահմանը հատած քաղաքացիական անձիք հիմնականում սահմանամերձ գյուղերի բնակիչներն են, որոնք շատ լավ գիտեն տեղանքը և նշանների կարիք չունեն էլ:

          «Այսինքն՝ այստեղ հարցն այն չէ, որ մարդը չգիտեր տարածքը, մեկ էլ գնաց հատեց սահմանը, պարզապես ոմանք անուշադիր են, ոմանք գնում են անասունի հետևից, մառախուղ է լինում ճանապարհը չեն տեսնում: Բայց եթե հիշում եք, նախորդ տարիներին եղել են մարդիկ, որոնք հոգեկան առողջության հետ կապված խնդիրներ են ունեցել և այս դեպքերում հավելյալ նշանների առկայությունը դարձյալ ոչինչ չէր տա: Երևի թե սրանք այնպիսի միջադեպեր են, որոնք այս կամ այն հաճախականությամբ միշտ էլ լինելու են»,-ասաց նա:

          Հարցին, թե ինչ անելիքներ ունի Պաշտպանության նախարարությունը դեպքերի թիվը նվազեցնելու ուղղությամբ՝ ինչ-որ սարքավորումներ տեղադրել կամ բնակչության իրազեկվածությունն ավելի բարձրացնել, Կարեն Վրթանեսյանը պատասխանեց. «Իհարկե իրազեկվածությունը միշտ էլ պետք է բարձրացնել, բայց մարդիկ, ինչպես նշեցի, ամեն ինչ էլ շատ լավ գիտեն: Իսկ ինչ վերաբերում է սարքերին, ապա դրանք չափազանց թանկ են և հարմար էլ չեն: Նման առաջարկություններ անողները երևի չեն էլ տեսել այդ տարածքները և չեն պատկերացնում, թե ինչ խնդիրներ կան»:

          Կարեն Վրթանեսյանն ընդգծեց, որ հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանը հատելու հարցը խիստ կապված է մարդկային գործոնի հետ:

            Մեզ հայտնի դարձավ, որ այս տարի Հայաստանին Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության տրամադրած 200 միլիոն դոլարի արտոնյալ վարկի շրջանակներում ձեռք բերած ռազմական ժամանակակից տեխնիկան ճանապարհ է ընկել եւ շուտով կհասնի Հայաստան:

            Սույն տեխնիկան, սակայն, Հայաստան կհասնի բավական բարդ ճանապարհով: Այն ՌԴ-ից հասցվելու է Ղազախստան, որտեղից էլ Իրան, Իրանի կողմից էլ կմտնի Հայաստան: Բանն այն է, որ ռուս-վրացական հակամարտությունից հետո Վրաստանի իշխանությունները թույլ չեն տալիս, որ իրենց տարածքով ռուսական զենք մտնի մեր երկիր: Արդյունքում, այդ ծանր տեխնիկան տեղ հասցնելու համար ընտրվել է շատ ավելի երկար ճանապարհ:

            Իշխանական շրջանակներում տեղեկություններ կան, որ Վրաստան կատարած իր վերջին այցի ընթացքում Սերժ Սարգսյանը շոշափել է նաեւ այս հարցը, որովհետեւ բացի այս 200 միլիոնի ռազմական տեխնիկայից, որը, ըստ մամուլի հրապարակումների, հիմնականում «Իսկանդեր» զենիթահրթիռային համակարգ է, ՀՀ-ն այլ տեխնիկա էլ է ձեռք բերել (Սմերչ), որը չի կարողանում կարճ ճանապարհով երկիր մտցնել:

                Մեկ տարի է անցել Արցախում հակառակորդի կողմից ուսումնավարժական թռիչքի ժամանակ հայկական օդուժի Մի-24 ուղղաթիռի խոցման դեպքից: Ուղղաթիռի անձնակազմի զոհված անդամների ծառայակիցների հիշողություններում դեռ թարմ է նոյեմբերյան չարաբաստիկ օրը: Ասում են ՝ գուցե ժամանակը կբուժի, ինչ-որ կերպ ընկերների կորստի ցավը կմեղմանա, բայց տղաներից հետո մնացած «սպիները», այնուամենայնիվ, չեն անհետանա:

                «Թեև Սերգեյը, Սարգիսն ու Ազատը ֆիզիկապես մեզ հետ չեն, բայց միշտ զգում ենք նրանց ներկայությունը»,-խոստովանում է ռազմական օդաչու Ռուստամ Խաչատրյանը: Նա խոցված ուղղաթիռի հրամանատար Սերգեյ Սահակյանին ճանաչում էր 1994-ից , նրա հետ ծառայել էր 17 տարի: «Մեծատառով մարդ՝ ընկերասեր, կատակասեր, հարմարվող, բոլորի հետ կարողանում էր ընդհանուր եզրեր գտնել»,-yerkir.am-ի հետ զրույցում զոհված ընկերոջը նկարագրում է Ռուստամն ու հավելում. «Ռազմական ավիացիան, ուղղաթիռներն ու թռիչքները Սերգեյի տարերքն էին»: Ընկերոջ խոսքով ՝ Սերգեյին տարբեր առաջարկներ են եղել՝ կապված աշխատանքը փոխելու հետ, սակայն նա հրաժարվել է, որ շարունակի ուղղաթիռով թռչել:

                Սերգեյի հետ 20 տարի ծառայած Տիրայր Դանիելյանն էլ խոստովանում է. «Դեռ շատ բաներ ունեինք նրանից սովորելու…Թե´ իր համեստությամբ, թե´ պրոֆեսիոնալիզմով արժանի էր ընդօրինակման, ավիացիայի ոլորտում Սերգեյի պես մասնագետները շատ են պետք»:

                23-ամյա Պետիկ Գեղամյանն ուղղաթիռի անձնակազմի զոհված անդամներից Ազատ Սահակյանի համակուրսեցին է: Խոսելով Ազատի նպատակների մասին՝ ասում է. «Ուզում էր առաջ գնալ, լավ մասնագետ դառնալ»:

                Ընկերոջ խոսքով՝ Ազատը լավատես էր, սիրում էր օգնել դիմացինին: «Սիրում էր ինչ-որ նոր տեղ գնալ, ինչ-որ նոր բան տեսնել, սովորել, հետաքրքրասեր էր՝ սիրում էր ինչ-որ բան քանդել՝ ուսումնասիրել : Տեղում նստած չէր մնում, անընդհատ ինչ-որ բան էր մոգոնում, որ պարապ չմնա»,- պատմում է Պետիկն ու նշում ՝ Ազատի տեղը միշտ էլ դատարկ է մնալու… Դավիթ Եսայանն էլ է Ազատի հետ ծառայել, դեպքի օրերին չէր հավատում կատարվածին, իսկ հիմա… «Մինչև հիմա էլ էնպիսի զգացողություն է, որ չհավատանք կատարվածին»,- ասում է Դավիթը, իսկ Պետիկն էլ ավելացնում է. «Ավելի շուտ չենք ուզում հավատալ, որ նա մեզ հետ չէ»: Դավիթի խոսքով՝ Ազատը սիրում էր ձկնորսությամբ զբաղվել: «Շաբաթ, կիրակի օրերին, երբ ազատ օր էր ունենում առավոտները գնում էր ձկնորսության, գալիս՝ պատմում էր»:

                Գևորգ Աղաբալյանն էլ Սարգիս Նազարյանի ընկերն է: «Սարգիսը ոչ միայն թռչել շատ էր սիրում, այլև կոնստրուկտորական նորամուծություններ էր անում տեխնիկայում, սիրում էր ինչ-որ բան հորինել»,- ասում է նա: Գևորգն ավելորդ է համարում խոսել Սարգսի մարդկային որակների մասին: Ասում է՝ բոլորը գիտեին, թե ինչ նվիրված էր ընտանիքին, ընկերներին:

                      ARMENIA SEEKS TO DEVELOP PATRIOTIC MILITARY-INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX

                      YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 17, ARMENPRESS. The development of Patriotic
                      military-industrial complex will continue to remain a priority for
                      defense policy the next year. the Chairman of the NA Standing Committee
                      on Defense, National Security and Internal Affairs Koryun Nahapetyan
                      told about this in the National Assembly during the discussion of draft
                      on Armenian 2016 State Budget. "Special research and experimental
                      activities are planned in 2016 which are directed to the investment
                      and usage of modern and high technologies in the defense system. We
                      will have some achievements in military-industrial system in the
                      result of the mentioned clues' implementation.

                      MP also gives an importance to make proper cadres for the armed
                      forces and to the increase of qualification in domestic or foreign
                      military institutions.

                      He made it clear that they will continue to focus on soldiers and their
                      families, families of fallen and disabled soldiers' social security
                      problems. In this regard, the issue of the increase on salaries and
                      pensions, housing, provision of one-time financial assistance and so
                      on is also included.
